1861  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: July 18, 2015, 05:04:06 AM
Should i trade altcoins? Today, I will buy some BTCs and try it.

just be sure to remember that nothing is guaranteed in trading, otherwise there would be a whole lot more billionaires in the world. if you make a little bit, great, but dont be too surprised when you lose something.
1862  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cloudmining VS Investments(trading) on: July 18, 2015, 03:22:56 AM
we all know for a fact mining is not profitable why are this mining companies still around, how are they still making profit and why are people putting money into this.

i think its mostly attractive to people because its easy; theres nothing to do except buy "hashing power" and sit back as the pennies roll in. cloud mining lets people feel like they have an actual share in the mining scene without the hassle of maintaining/replacing hardware, keeping up with the newest asics, etc.

I got a pretty good deal from a friend that paid 6 months for a cloud mining shares, mostly people that want to experience the bitcoin mining scene with out buying equipment with their credit cards or fiat.

i think a large part of it is that asics now (antminer s3+) vost several hundreds of dollars, and most people arent willing to invest that much just to try out mining. cloud mining allows people to start "mining" with minimal investment, even a few dollars for a few gh/s would do.

1864  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin - How am I going to pay? on: July 18, 2015, 02:46:57 AM
when you proceed to pay for your purchase, a bitpay window should come up where it will tell you an address to send your bitcoin to as well as the amount. don't expect it to conveniently open your bitcoin wallet for you and complete the transaction; just open your wallet and copy+paste the values for the address to send to as well as the amount. no matter which wallet, as long as the bitcoin is received to that address on bitpay's end, your purchase will be completed..
1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [TUTORIAL] How to Earn 1 Bitcoin in a Week on: July 18, 2015, 02:09:47 AM
I've a doubt. If i invest on some alt coin which is under ~100 sat, it'll raise within some days/week. Already i've invested on DOGEs but its value is still under 100 sat (~60 sat) Huh

OP this theory will fail in most cases.

~Rude Boy

im fairly sure op is talking about the newer, just-released altcoins, but even then, there would need to be someone willing to buy your altcoins right after they rise in price 10 or 20 times from what they were worth originally. still incredibly unreliable imo, maybe op just got lucky a few times and thought he stumbled on a gold mine. or maybe this is his pla to get people to buy some altcoin he's invested in and try to get the price to rise so that he in turn can dump those coins and make a quick buck.
1866  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cloudmining VS Investments(trading) on: July 18, 2015, 01:31:49 AM
people misunderstand mining and cloudmining or they misunderstand the difference between cloudmining and mining you can just expect same results with both as if you are doing mining in home you have to buy all the mining equipments and the electricity cost and all the hassal yourself and remember all of your mining equipments will expire after 2 years as difficulity keep on incresing and old mining equipments are not usefull anymore so cloudmining face all of this and give you very minimum profit in long time

people also forget to think about this: why would people offer to let you use their mining equipment and buy your hashing power if they werent making money off of it? because they are. cloud mining takes an incredibly long time for users to profit for a reason, and it only accelerates the profits made by those running the operation, given that the operation is legitimate.

OK. I'm surprised people still play at such places after provable fairness was invented.

id say the same from my perspective, but these are comparable to an IRL casino's slots; you just have to trust that theyre fair to the players. lots of people play at those without even questioning weather or not theyre fair, so i guess the same idea applies here.
1868  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR on: July 18, 2015, 12:13:33 AM
I don't understand: why people send money to any site write "we are a cloud mining" withoud one proof of hardware?

because all the ignorant masses see are cheap GH/s, and promises of "fast roi." after that, all they need is continued payouts to keep their fantasy afloat.
1869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: July 17, 2015, 11:41:31 PM
No matter Dice, Casino, Sportbets,
what is your target, x2, x5 ,x10...?

For me / my exp, I am the 1 never withdrawn until I lost
I will cash out if my balance hit 1 BTC......lamo

I rarely gamble, to be honest; but, on the odd occasion that I do, I do so only for fun, and with money I fully expect to lose - so, if I end up with the same amount I started with, when I get bored and stop playing, I already consider that a good outcome. Tongue

well, you should always expect to lose, it can always go either way, but i like your way of thinking and self control; i do the same if i find myself back where i started. no need to risk losses.
1870  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Where i can buy PS4 with BITCOIN?? HELP ME!! on: July 17, 2015, 11:32:12 PM
Go look on purse.io, you might even get a cheap one. I never used the site but it seems to be legit by reviews here on the forum.

purse.io is legit, this is probably the easiest way for you to get what you want op. probably the safest too.
1871  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there any affiliate bitcoin program? on: July 17, 2015, 10:49:51 PM
most bitcoin related services and gambling establishments have some sort of affiliate program in place; check out the services and gambling section and find one that you like, weather it be based on rates or if you just like the site itself.

1873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [TUTORIAL] How to Earn 1 Bitcoin in a Week on: July 17, 2015, 10:29:49 PM
Who knows a storm might come and you cannot sell the stuff at the right price because you dont have internet, but it can be a source of inspiration, from my experience it is possible.

thats the point; its possible, but it isnt a reliable source of cash flow. this holds especially true for newbies who dont have a lot of capital to risk on trading risky altcoins. sure, the sig campaign can get them something to start off with, but its not a sure thing this will row their bankroll to work with, altcoins are a gamble imo.
1874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mainstream Adoption on: July 17, 2015, 10:22:31 PM
The really issue is mentality. Most people are a bit like race horses that have visors in their eyes and only look forward... people only look for what they know and what's already established without even considering new things. So yes: education is really needed.

Volatility isn't much of an issue nowadays, especially with services like bitpay...

adding onto that, people are scared of what they don't know, and in the mainstream media, all that gets reported about bitcoin is about how its used to buy drugs and guns off silk road. there's not much reported on the benefits (ex greece) that it can bring, and with the general population being uninformed, acceptance by the majority will be slow.

Then we should make him red.

theres no reason to. the buyer has secured the account an has proof that the seller was attempting to scam him for an additional 0.015. if anything, paint red on the newbie account that will try and claim back the account "prasmatic," as that person will be the seller.
1876  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.05 Loan on: July 17, 2015, 09:42:54 PM
My PayPal account is not verified so VirWox is not an option. Neither anyone on currency exchange would accept PayPal from me. I'm just trying to get a head start on my DropBox shop by taking a loan, if no one will loan me then I will just start it with my own money on 25th.

waiting is likely to be the better option here then, people here wont loan or trade without you having an established reputation, and its only a bit over a week of a wait.
1877  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.05 Loan on: July 17, 2015, 09:31:00 PM
as you might be aware, paypal funds are not valid as collateral as paypal transactions can easily be reversed. if youre going for the 10% interest rate you might as well try to purchase some bitcoin instead from the currency exchange section or go to an exchange, even settle with virwox's fees.
1878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [TUTORIAL] How to Earn 1 Bitcoin in a Week on: July 17, 2015, 09:17:44 PM
So, your trading theory is that every altcoin lower than 100 sats rises automatically within days?  Roll Eyes

its a pretty unreliable strategy imo, its not a given that every cheap altcoin wroth a few satoshi will always multiply in value over the course of a week. in addition, this little strategy or method depends on those altcoins being bought up on the exchange after the rise in value.
1879  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: July 17, 2015, 08:55:39 PM
for me the best way to earn bitcoin is the giveaway, gambling
and faucets.

i tried out a faucet just for fun a while back, and i only managed around 50k satoshi in a week. even with you being a full member, you could make almost double that amount with a single post from a signature campaign. its pretty obvious which one is better for your wallet Smiley
1880  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can u get bitcoins? for free on: July 17, 2015, 08:53:23 PM
You can get free BITS from https://freebitco.in/

how much can get free bits everyday there?
but from a faucets not recomended to get bitcoins.

yup, faucets are a waste of time imo, ive tried freebitcoin for a week just for the hell of it, only got around 50k satoshi. i get more than double of that with a single post from my sig campaign; even a 4 year old could do that math. even for newbies, i think that a sig campaign here is superior to claiming on any faucet. in addition, youll be browsing the forum, learning neat things about bitcoin here and there.
