The meaning of blockchain is that many people run the same blockchain to ensure it won't be changed by any malevolent. That file would be so large, that everyone who wanted to run it should have a very large hard disk capacity. I don't think that it is possible. However, a blockchain could probably store an address to a specific file, so you should have a personal key to get that address, but I'm not sure if it is practical or not. I have some sensitive data files. I used encrypted cloud storage solution (like Google cloud) in the past to store the data but I want to switch to a blockchain solution. I did some research but could not really find a solution. That is why I am asking. Is there a trusty file storage blockchain solution where I can securely store and edit data?

A paper wallet is another cheap option. You don't have to buy a hardware wallet. Divide your coins into several addresses and you can store them safely. The hardware wallet is mostly for those who want to use them all the time. A paper wallet is mostly for holders. I think Metamask is what you are looking for. You install it as a plugin for Firefox / Chrome and you need to note down 12 seed words as in other wallets. These seed words create the same addresses each time. You are not the only one you are losing money, everybody is. You must have patience. Stop looking at the price charts and if you can afford it, forget your investment for some time. If you are from the people who believe that eventually, cryptos will substitute fiat money (I am one of them) you have nothing to fear. If you bought them just to double or to triple your fiat in a matter of months I think you've invested in the wrong place. The crypto market is volatile and unpredicted, everybody says here to invest as much you can afford to lose.

Or do you read again and again the same phrases? Is there the purpose of the project written and explained or you read 'generally written' words? A good team who has a good project can write a good White Book in the proper language.

I think that lightning and segwit could be implemented to other cryptocurrencies but bitcoin. If a crypto has a good software team and it's not just a copy of another popular coin I don't see there is a problem. Everything is open source and can be used for any purpose.

Don't sell your ETH yet. Ethereum's price is currently low and it would be better to buy more instead of selling.
