So there is ongoing giveaway from Roobet on Twitter in which you have to guess the number to get prize of $50 and still nobody has guessed it so be fast as it's already 2 days so maybe any one of us get the exact number what Mr Roo might be thinking
I observed that Roobet does regular giveaways on Twitter which is great and all, but it would be great if they offered similar giveaways within this forum itself by focusing a little less on art contests.

This would attract gamblers who are and aren't interested in art towards their site which is a win-win basically.

Jonny Bairstow is at crease along with Joe Root and after that the tail starts for England. I counted Moeen Ali as a part of the tail, since he is not in good form with the bat lately. And after Moeen they have three genuine tailenders - Ollie Robinson, Stuart Broad and James Anderson.
Root is closing in on his century which is why I placed a live bet on England in this match. Felt weird to see Bairstow play lower down the order, but he played well and almost scored a century himself.

Lyon being the 'Lion' as usual. He claimed almost half of their side so far and is on a roll.
1883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: June 16, 2023, 04:22:21 PM
Some stuff from that article is 100% accurate while some other stuff is borderline crap. It's pretty evident that there are far more men in the world of gambling when compared to women for various reasons.

Countries which view women in a bad way just because they gamble are trash. Online gambling has helped cause a surge in the number of female gamblers which is why the gap between male and female gamblers is decreasing.

Anonymous crypto gambling sites has helped decrease this gap even faster.

England are playing well at the moment despite losing 3 wickets quickly. Root and Brook are steadying things nicely and this partnership looks like it could become a big one if the Australian bowlers continue bowling badly.

England's chances of winning go way up if Root scores a century based on my research.
1885  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling addiction causes ear deafness? on: June 16, 2023, 04:39:33 AM
Gambling addiction will always be a menace if you ask me around the world. The desire to earn money quickly in a short span of time makes people get addicted to gambling and usually produces negative results leading to bad consequences.

Self-control matters the most while gambling when compared to other factors basically.
1886  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: June 15, 2023, 04:21:34 PM
actually what Hhamouz only addressed is about Slot guessing but there are other games that exist in the past that really entertained and made many enjoyed like that wager amount guessing.
I guess he was referring to all of those games in a vague manner frankly speaking. It's pretty evident that their art contests are more popular when compared to those contests which is why it makes sense as to why they aren't changing them.

actually the main objective of that art contest is at least the Roobet company will keep bumping and advertised in "Service Section" and that will lead for at least another form of advertising , it is not completely about for gamblers to join but at least gamblers to watch the name of the company in other section (That is what I believe the objective, correct me if Im wrong)
Spending thousands of bucks for bumping? I doubt it. Their site is already popular which is why they probably aren't losing money even if their art contests aren't giving them the necessary returns.

The Ashes is coming with a lot of hype in Australia and England.

Before the series skipper Ben Stokes and coach Brendon Mccullum both doubled down on Bazball and requested flat pitches for the series and it looks like they are getting one for the first match.

https://twitter.com/GeorgeDobell1/status/1668599782334509056
Am excited for this particular series since I feel that England will provide a better challenge to the Australians when compared to India due to their bazball approach. Brendon McCullum should be proud of his epic achievements.

I'll bet on England to win the series and I hope the contest between these two giants goes down to the wire.

These are the causes of failure, mate. I don't believe it is necessary for you to use the strategies offered by the OP because the OP hasn't provided any evidence, so how can we believe in it?
What the heck are you even talking about? Op's strategy seemed different and creative which is why I developed interest in it. You can find more information related to this strategy through some research.

I am aware of the fact that these strategies are only viable in the short-term. Think before spamming random statements.
1890  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance crisis - how will it affect the crypto market? on: June 14, 2023, 03:21:02 PM
Turning this particular debacle into a political mess is meaningless and silly op. This isn't the first time that SEC launched an attack on a crypto exchange and it certainly will not be the last.

This is a fight between centralised and decentralised entities(Not some hidden war) which led to a bloodbath as expected, but corrections like this current one are very common and are temporary.

The crypto market will turn bullish again pretty soon with/without a reason.

One of the reasons why Kenya was not awarded the test status as due to opposition from the Asian boards. They thought that awarding an African nation test status would dilute their hold on the ICC. Anyway, now Kenya is just an entry in the record books.
I remember the Kenyan team from back then. They weren't anything special, but they managed to stand up against the giants of cricket on several occasions which is the best they could achieve.

Am not really surprised that they disappeared just like that since it's survival of the fittest at the end of the day.

> Another suggestion is to add an FAQ section that answers important queries on the top/bottom of the page since the blog option is pretty much pointless.

Would you mind to elaborate? What questions would you like to see there? I was thinking to create such kind of thing - its important to understand what questions should be answered.
The FAQ section should answer basic queries in a simple and easy to understand manner. I listed some below.

- Minimum deposit(All currencies)
- Minimum withdrawal(All currencies)
- House edge for various games
- Information about your KYC policy

These are just a few that I thought off from the top of my head.

Looks like Rohit might get replaced as the test captain in the near future based on information from various sources. Dravid might also get sacked since he hasn't really helped the team achieve much so far.

If Rohit does get replaced, I hope Ashwin gets a shot or Kohli should return since these two have great leadership qualities.
1894  Economy / Gambling / Re: Profit By Betting on Losing Teams on: June 13, 2023, 12:59:26 PM
Gambling on losing teams is a legitimate strategy, but more than betting on losing teams I think it is evaluating the risk/reward scenario with a specific bet. Sure, there might be a team that is likely to win, but maybe it pays a penny to the dollar. Basically, winning that bet doesn’t make a difference. I get more entertainment out of betting longshots and making sure the reward is worth the risk.
Betting on underdogs is almost always better than betting on heavy favorites, but most punters prefer betting on favorites even if the odds are low since they get tempted by the higher winning chances after factoring in the vig.

For example, some whale bet more than a million bucks on odds less than 1.01 and lost it all. Higher winning chances don't always translate to favourable results basically.

Personally, I prefer sticking to odds > 1.3 in order to try and get the best bang for my buck.

This sort of bravado is not going to cost his career but surely he came out as an immature guy. He's young so one can hope in the future, he'll try to control his emotion and not react abruptly.
I did notice him acting immaturely on several occasions actually before, but this tweet of his was next level immaturity. Legends like Ponting etc expressed their displeasure towards that tweet which makes sense.

This was going to go without underwear easily if the third umpire wanted. I honestly do not see anything wrong with his expression of frustration that he had.
Underwear? Lol. This is easily one of the funniest typos that I have ever observed anywhere.
1896  Economy / Gambling / Re: Profit By Betting on Losing Teams on: June 12, 2023, 06:42:31 PM
everyone of us have developed one or two mea s whereby we gamble using a particular strategy to make our chances of winning increases, everyone is just working on their own end to see what works to their own favour while gambling.
True. However, all the strategies that we use don't really improve our winning/losing chances since the house always wins in the long-term due to house edge factor which many gamblers tend to forget.

Op's strategy might work in the short-term, but will inevitably fail in the long-term just like all other strategies.

Megapari Review:

Heard of this site in the past, but never signed up. I got the opportunity to check it out thanks to their ongoing review campaign and the following are my personal observations.

-Registration:

Registration was quite simple. I chose the phone number option since I felt comfortable providing it to this particular site. I received the registration details pretty quickly. The password can be changed, but the account number can't be changed.

-Bonus:

Their first deposit bonuses are decent, but what really caught my eye was 'Accumulator of the day' bonus since I am a big fan of Accas/Parlays. They are premade accumulator bets which provide a 10% boost in odds. Great value!

-Deposits:

Their deposit methods are numerous and provide a good combination of FIAT and crypto payment methods. I went with the BTC deposit method and my funds reached my account pretty quickly. The amount will be displayed in the currency that you chose on top of the screen.

-Sportsbook:

I have a mixed opinion about their sportsbook section. It looks great on desktop and I didn't really find any issues there, but it is pretty tough to navigate on mobile(Including Full-screen view). For example, the support chat button clashed with some of the UI elements making it really annoying. This particular area needs more optimisation.

-Bet Slip:

The bet slip was designed well since I didn't face any trouble while placing bets on mobile and desktop. Its size could be lowered a bit though on mobile since I felt it looked a bit too big.

-Casino:

I observed that there were many, many slots games, live casino games, poker and megagames(In-house games). My favorite one among them was 'Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead'. Loved the fact that the minimum wager in this game was just a couple of cents which isn't common in slots games.

-Withdrawal:

Their withdrawal options are pretty much identical to their deposit options which is a good thing. I made sure that I met the wagering requirements for withdrawal after which I proceeded to use Dogecoin as my withdrawal option which turned out to be the right decision since the funds reached my wallet within 10 minutes which is excellent transfer time.

-Promotions:

I primarily liked their NBA and Accumulator(Mentioned above) bonuses since I bet regularly on basketball matches(NBA and NCAA-B) and I love accumulators/parlays. I suggest checking them out.

-Suggestions:

My biggest suggestion is to optimize the user interface on mobiles primarily because of the fact that some UI elements(Support chat button etc) seem to be clashing with other UI elements. Another suggestion is to add an FAQ section that answers important queries on the top/bottom of the page since the blog option is pretty much pointless.

-Favourite Section:

My favorite part of the site is actually the odds format option which can be found on top of the page. The ability to customise several parts of the odds format enhances convenience to a great extent.

-Lucky moment:

I wagered all my funds on Aviator and thankfully won decent profit which is my luckiest moment so far.

-Overall Experience:

The entire process from depositing my funds, placing bets in the sportsbook as well as casino games and withdrawing my funds was effective and efficient for the most part. I enjoyed the desktop experience way more than my mobile experience though. If you are looking for a site that provides sportsbook+casino with a multitude of deposit and withdrawal options, I recommend Megapari.

Have no idea what Gill was thinking when he posted that tweet about his controversial catch. He has a very promising future since his batting skills are top-notch, but he needs to think more maturely.

These sorts of silly mistakes could cost him his career. He should have let out his frustration privately.
1899  Economy / Gambling / Re: Profit By Betting on Losing Teams on: June 12, 2023, 06:17:22 AM
So ops I suggest you try as much as possible to share clear evidence to support your claims since many here won't believe that you can use that strategy to win.
This isn't some new strategy or something. Op just tweaked the underdog betting strategy basically which is quite risky for obvious reasons. I don't think he will provide more proof to support his strategy.

So for the bookies to identify the favorite, will be considering a lot of factors as well. But most bookies have the same favorite as they will have offering of similar odds.
True. They have teams working for them which is why beating them at their own game is tough as hell.

Australia are back on top of literally every format these days in style. The ironic thing here is that their population is a fraction of population of countries like India, Pakistan etc, but they still managed to produce so many quality players.

They have won literally every single ICC title over the years which goes to show how dominant they truly are. I hate their aggressive behaviour on field, but I do admire their match-winning skills.

Other teams need to learn a lot from them in several areas in my opinion.
