As long as you can control yourself then its not a problem because its your money, and as a gambler we are aware of the risk and prepared whatever the outcome is.

Its not easy to win and hit a high multiplier in slots so everytime I feel that its not a lucky day for me (for having consecutive losses), I will try the games requiring skills for a change. Then switch back again depending on the mood and in my budget.  Grin

I started gambling about 11 years ago I've been through all situations in slot game my highest multiplier  50,000x in sports betting my highest multi is 500x also often win the competition ever win/lose big amount so for this one don't doubt I really understand how to control it, for now I only rely on online income to gamble or cover my losses because I know now that I stand on a family there is no need to take the risk too far.
You have been betting for quite a long time man as i started gambling just 5-6 years back and have some usual wins and only few of them were big supposedly i was lucky on that days but i just prefer to play it in an entertainment way and sometimes takes break also as i am not regular gambler but it's okay for me and still happy playing with my own budget.

You do not have to play every single game that you see. If your funds are not enough to gamble, then you should not risk it at all. Even if your funds are "enough" to gamble, if you do not have more than enough then you should avoid it. I usually gamble with 20-30 cents per bet in the places I gamble, rarely ever do 1 dollar per bet but if I have to then I do it, but never more.

I do not care if there is a huge better amazing game out there, if it requires me to gamble more than I am comfortable with then I do not gamble it. You should focus on that, the game could be great and you might get a lot more fun with it but in the end if you end up with absolutely nothing then there is nothing wrong with avoiding it.

Yes I have gambled for a long time so I understand how to place it I also understand how to adjust the balance with the game I choose if I play a high risk game, of course I have prepared enough balance. For example hacksaw provider is quite familiar with this provider some of the games are my favorites one of them Frutz  this is my highest multiplier so far https://imgur.com/FjWjPlU i got it on the first bet strangely I'm not addicted to playing it because I know the risk is high.

Playing in your limits keeping your budget in mind is best way of gambling because crossing that limits have worse consequences which we don't know.If i am playing on slots then usually bet with low amount and take it in fun and entertaining way.But on the other side if i play on some skills based games then put some extra amounts and have strategy for them like poker. But always playing in limits.

interesting update, thanks for share...at least to me this sound as a "massive" update.
of course these are the rarest and valuable NFTs https://blog.rollbit.com/introducing-nft-loans/
but I would suggest also to evaluate other NFTs related crypto collectible (some items are sold with NFTs like Austrian crypto stamps) and generally speaking, why not at this point Roll Eyes , evaluate the possibility to give a loan with some other crypto collectibles (coins or paintings).

This is not possible for now since NFT can’t still be consider as a collateral especially on other platform but since with Rollbit, they can control your account so if there’s a default loan they can easily run after you better not to take a loan if you don’t want to lose everything in instant. Rollbit will soon open this offer to other gamblers for sure, time can work on this.
We will see how they handle the default loan case and what precautions they take in that case but as they have already clearly mentioned in their loan blog how all this process will be handled the default case arising seems minimal to me.So they will not be in loss most probably.
1885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My bitcoin achievement on: January 16, 2022, 05:43:37 AM
That's really great as @OP has been able to build a house with btc investment which he cannot afford to do with his lab salary from years. This is true representation of bitcoin apart from the haters who always have a negative picture in their mind but see those who believes in bitcoin don't really care.Happy to see btc helped you in the best case and made your life.We all have some basic salary and inflation hinders us to fulfill our dreams but btc is best for us.
1886  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When Greed Comes First in Trading, the Result is Bankruptcy on: January 15, 2022, 06:13:30 AM
Greed is the most important factor that is responsible for your loss because when you don't have any satisfactory point of profits then you loose all what you have invested. We have seen many people losing their funds as they were greedy enough to dive into the ocean of making more profits but end up losing all.

When you become over greedy then you don't make any research and start losing all the amount slowly so this must be avoided at any cost but still we see many people doing the same mistake and end up in that rabbit hole.
1887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Brazilian mayor to reportedly invest 1% of city funds in Bitcoin on: January 15, 2022, 06:02:59 AM
Investing 1% of the city funds is almost nothing, I didn't know how much the overall fund they had but I think 1% allocated is a very small amount.
It seems they are trying a small amount that they can afford. Cheesy

If you think about it, 1% is actually a pretty responsible amount to allocate in bitcoin; knowing that the funds should be used to improve the city in the first place. Take note that we're talking about an actual city, not a hedge/mutual fund.
Yes even if they are taking some investment steps with low amount also then it's good on your part because that will yeild high profits in the long run.But i also feel like that 1% of city funds will be huge enough that can accumulate some btc in their reserves and having them will surely boost their investments.

This is smart move as allocating just 1% to btc won't leave a bad image in public minds and meanwhile they will be getting good profits out of it.
1888  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: January 15, 2022, 05:49:33 AM
It is a great news that rollbit has introduced loan system on their platform using Non-Fungible Tokens as collateral. And it is a great milestone for rollbit as well as for the gambling platform. I think others gambling site should allow these types of loan. Many gambler will be benefited for that.

I do not understand how the loan collateral can be paid in the form of NFT. Lets suppose i own an NFT and i put it as collateral and get loan. The problem here is who will determine the NFT price at the time of being put it as collateral. What if the lender does not return the loan and then no one buys the NFT to cover the loan for the rollbit  Shocked
The users can take loan upto $10k and if they want to go above that limit then they would need to contact the support team for approval. As said only few selected NFT are categorised which are eligible for this collateral loan.If the user don't repay it within 7 days then NFT would be sold out at same price or profit on marketplace so not loss situation for them.
1889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Is The Safest Meme Coin To Invest In? on: January 14, 2022, 06:18:37 AM
You should understand from the name only that meme coins don't stand any chance to grow in the market in the long run against the top coins who have strong community support due to their use case.On the other side these meme coins are just tokens on blockchain which serves no purpose at all and was built for fun only. They are rising at this time because of some market manipulations but will end up very bad soon so it's better to stay away from them.
1890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin total supply is not 21M on: January 14, 2022, 05:56:12 AM
It's not exactly 21M, but any analysis you do assuming it's exactly 21M is going to be valid anyway.

The real key element is that it's a finite number.
Its fixed supply made it different from other coins which have infinite supply and later on come up with things like burning the coins.

The supply was initially set up to 21 million but there are so many coins lost that can never be returned like the OP_RETURN command or say some who have lost access to the keys and still out of circulation which can be returned or not and if the pace continue we would be having much lower number of bitcoins in circulation than 21million as we know it.

-snip
Not bad, the result of one victory vanishes due to a defeat on another bet, but I'm not gambling on slots just on sportsbetting.
It seems you have unlimited budget and time to gamble, have you ever thought of becoming a streamer? Wouldn't it be fun to be able to do a hobby while making money.

The thing about being a gambling streamer is that you will actually need a casino to sponsor you to actually make some money through streaming because thats the trick of the trade, either through sponsorship or sponsored funds (fake balance). Aside from that, gambling streams are basically entertainment so you will need to 'entertain' your viewers instead of just 'winning'

@roycilik: It would be nice if you could get duelbits or any site around here to sponsor you though Smiley
The casino site will sponsor you if you have that audience and reach that can attract lots of players to that particular casino through your streams. They will be paying you if you helped them earn lot more. But yes there are some gambling streamers who are being paid by different casinos as sponsorship deal between them as they match the casino requirements like subscriber, views and other factors.
1892  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: January 14, 2022, 05:27:53 AM
This is misconceptual. Credibility doesnt matter in the first place because you cant sell a fake NFT piece in Rollbit's NFT marketplace hence all the NFT pieces in Rollbits are legit. The fact that Rollbit launched this feature is probably because they believe that all defaulted NFT that they took will be sold with higher price or atleast at the same amount that the loan was taken

They are willing to spend half million dollars on NFT so that kinda shows that they do really believe that most NFT will be even more valuable in the future
Exactly and why would they risk out such big amounts of loans without taking any security steps. The NFT they will accept as collateral will be sold out in case of non repayment of loan within time limit and the amount will be recovered easily. There are many buyers who will be willing to buy it due to lot of benefits along with them on Rollbit so they are safe in this case.
1893  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: January 13, 2022, 06:35:18 AM
Agree! I know it sounds ridiculous, but wouldn't people with the listed NFT be able to take out a loan, receive actual money from Rollbit, then default on the loan and simply disappear? The issue of defaulting is not even mentioned or discussed in their article. In fact, this NFT Loan craze has the potential to be abused by money-hungry turds.

On the bright side, if someone intentionally defaulted on a loan with their NFT as collateral, they could end up losing hundreds or even thousands of dollars if Rollbit successfully sold an artwork worth far more than the loaned NFT. One example is this[1].

[1] https://www.theblockcrypto.com/post/123165/someone-took-out-a-1-4-million-loan-with-an-nft-as-collateral?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss
This is a risky endeavour. NFTs themselves are gimmicks basically and taking loans by using them as collateral is absolutely insane if you ask me.

Rollbit is basically gambling using this high risk, high reward approach and I don't think it will be feasible in the long-term. On the other hand, the risk factor for NFT owners is way lower in comparison.
They might also be taking some precautionary measures before providing any collateral loan as why would they go in such high risk features that would turn them into loss? Like the laon could be given about 80% of the value of that particular NFT and later on non repayment of loan it could be sell again on the marketplace. The team might have thought about the same as they evaluate all the risk factors beforehand launching any feature.

1895  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Keep calm and buy the dip! Told yah. on: January 13, 2022, 06:02:48 AM
There are lot of strategies and analysis involved while you are trading but they all will work if you are holding some potential coin like btc but if you are having some really zero utility altcoin then every strategy would fail and not give you any profits at all.

Buying the dip also have some indications like when you will buy because we don't know how much will it dip so check the price levels of investment and have some extra money with you to put them in right time.
1896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Strike has launched in Argentina on: January 13, 2022, 05:41:53 AM
This might even position Argentina as a candidate for becoming the next country that makes Bitcoin legal tender.

When the president of El Salvador, Bukele, said that by 2022 there would be two countries that would follow in his footsteps, I thought of Argentina. Let's hope it is true and that other countries will join them. Let's see if the big guys learn and realize that the best way to fight inflation is the Bitcoin standard, but that's a long way off, I'm afraid.
It seems reasonable with this statement as more countries are on the verge of making some regulations regarding crypto or say some of them will also opt the concept of making it legal tender and maybe Argentina is among them. There are many users and merchants using Strike in El Salvador and now its launch in new countries give another adoption sign. The government is also not against them and maybe some good for the residents come soon.
1897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A solo Bitcoin miner just won block 718214 reward worth 6.25 $BTC on: January 12, 2022, 06:14:27 AM
I read about this earlier, it’s a once in a lifetime occurrence to be honest. The chances of a solo miner repeating this are miniscule. Congrats to this lucky pleb though, he had a very good day Smiley
What a lucky solo miner who got that much lucky at this time when there are big mining pools having heavy ASIC machines with so much computing power. He really got all his expenses covered with the rewards of 6.25 btc and if he holds them for long he is already sitting on the piles of funds.Great chance for him.

1899  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: January 12, 2022, 05:53:46 AM
How could they be so diverse as a gambling site? I think this is a good addition for them considering how hyped their Rollbit NFT was and how nice to have 0 interest for a week, it's win-win thing I guess. NFT loans I think the next thing is NFT staking? I don't know if anyone has heard of it but anyone can learn it here from Binance.
We don't know their next plans but what they have disclosed at this time is already running quite successfully and they are mostly running different programmes related to NFT like this loan was great thing to me and think they are providing unique services to the gamblers and NFT holders. You can see on social media account they are giving away some of NFT and normal giveaways.
1900  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make $ 1,000,000 out of $ 30,000? on: January 12, 2022, 05:35:05 AM
If there was any perfect recipe to make out so much from minimal amount then everyone would have opted the same and now enjoying the life with all the fun items. But you have to time out the market and some portion of luck is also involved with your strategies to give back high profits to the investors.

Like you said you sold in 2017 then it was worse mistake because you already sold at way low than your initial investment but won't blame you as many others went in the flow of panic sell at that time. The biggest mistake you have done was invested more than you afford to loose at that time and now feeling guilty will not help you at all but the best you can do is put some small amounts what you can and get profits in long run.
