1881  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: April 03, 2023, 09:39:24 AM
I always look for the reviews of the reliable users of the forum and when the casinos are very new, I pay more attention to them, I am not at once to start Making deposits as some members of the forum do, I always wait to see the reactions of the first players, because sometimes when the casinos that are created to cheat do not do it at Once, but after a certain time, this makes the Players begin to trust the casino and play normally, then the bad things break out and they start Delaying withdrawals and such.
Casinos made to deceive people will not show that the casino is a fraud casino but will provide good service so that this service will fool many people. And after many people started registering and depositing their money, problems started to arise. Casinos can make excuses for updating their website so that the withdrawal process can't be done quickly. Apart from that, there have also been other cases that should have aroused suspicion among the members so they can begin to question the casino's credibility.

It's funny that this is rarely the case. In movies and TV series, yes, this is how it happens, because having such complex schemes makes the story more interesting. In reality everything is much more simple: fraudulent casinos have bad design, bad support and lame advertising. Spotting them is easy unless you are blinded by some unreal promises.

~ chatGPT can't do anything special for casino sites but because chatGPT is currently boasting of AI, I've hinted at AI through chatGPT. AI technology can bring a lot of special benefits to casino sites. but it remains to be seen how keen casino sites will be on AI. but it is true AI is going to rule this whole world in coming days. So it can be said that the casino site will not be excluded in that case

An advanced AI can be used for customer support, but gambling site owners should not think that human support can be completely replaced by it. Look what ChatGPT replied to my question "Do you think in the future an AI like you can be used for customer support?":

There are things that "only a human being can provide", and we should not forget about that.

But that's Support. What about games like slots? It's interesting to speculate on how an AI can be used in this field.
1883  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the reason for the increase in the price of Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2023, 02:58:40 PM
~ I have consulted some analysis from traders I know, many people think that for bitcoin to really enter the bull season, it needs a strong rally to 35k-40k, and it can be said that the bear season is over. And if BTC fails to hit $35k or more, there will be a sharp correction back to $20k. But for me, the market is unpredictable, even if bitcoin crosses $30k or $35k, there's no guarantee it won't fall back. Just one negative news, a black swan can disrupt all our analysis. This year is not yet the year to expect a real bull season to come.

That's what I think too. Not only some negative news can affect the market, but a positive one can affect it too, and it may happen unexpectedly. So, what can we do about this situation apart saying again and agian that Bitcoin is unpredictable? I think we can be pretty sure about one thing: a new ATH will be reached somewhere in the future within 2-3 years max, because it has always been like this, and there's no reason to think that the world of finance has changed dramatically during the past 2 years.
1884  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: April 02, 2023, 02:39:19 PM
~ Most addictions have some link to the hormones in our brain...and gambling is one of those. The brain will secrete certain "feel good" hormones when we do certain things, like using drugs or the adrenaline rush that we get from gambling.

So people will get addicted to that adrenaline rush, which is a substitute for other things that they do not get from life. You will often hear about someone being addicted to one thing and when they stop with that thing, it is normally replaced with something else. (Eg. Smoking and food)

The difference between gambling addiction and binge-eating disorder is that gambling eats your money while the latter basically eats your health. When you lose all your money to gambling, but remain a healthy person, you can make more money, draw conclusions from your previous experience with gambling, and and either stop gambling at all, or gamble responsibly. While if you are obese, it's much harder to return to normal healthy life.

Gambling addiction is horrible, and no way it's a light condition. I'm just saying that in my opinion it's easier to cope with than binge-eating( I saw The Whale recently, so, maybe that's why).

We are giving away our personal data all the time to pizza restaurants, hotels, various delivery services, and stuff, and then, all of a sudden, when it some to gambling sites, it becomes a problem.
But at the same time, these services do not know about our savings. Suppose you won $1 million, and the data on your place of residence, your identification data fell into the hands of criminals. Would you have peace of mind about your safety?

I was thinking about it when writing that post. For those who won $1 million, or even $100k, it could be the reason for concerns. But those are rare cases, and most people don't win such money, and yet they are afraid of passing KYC on gambling sites. Also, I personally think that even if you won some big money the probability of your identification data falling into the hands of criminals is very low because the data is encrypted and are there only for the authorities if they have a proper warrant.

Don't think anyone has a good strategy Betwrong. Odds and stats don't always help either, you know. I think form and a good knowledge of lineup and strategy is best, but ain't nobody got time for that!

2 are my favourites, 2 are my unwilling loyal picks, the rest are likely randos (Mitoma, Wood, DCL)

My MD29 stars:
Salah, Mitoma, Wood, Zaha, Saka, Almiron, DCL

In MD29 I got only this one right so far, Alexis Mac Allister  from Brighton & Hove Albion:

We still have 2 games for MD29, but even if I'll get my two predictions right, my performance won't be that good.

What about you? How many of them you've picked right this time, and what's your all time record for this game?

And I agree with you on Mohamed Salah. If he's not injured or something, it's always good to pick him.
1887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: April 02, 2023, 10:52:46 AM

Recently I found a new poll, and now I'm not so sure that Trump has good chances to become the next president. Here it is:

https://i.imgur.com/O39wPck.png

Source: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/favorability/donald-trump/

I personally think that Trump is going to lose more of his popularity in the nearest future, and so I wouldn't bet a dime on him to become the next president.

Imo, it's either Ron DeSantis or Joe Biden, but also Kamala Harris and Michelle Obama are worth some consideration regarding betting on them.

Biden's poll numbers are similar to Trump. Neither candidate is very popular. Kamala Harris is doing even worse. US elections are no longer about which policies you support but which candidate you hate enough to go cast a vote against them.

Fair enough. Yet we, bettors, can take all those things into account, and make our bets today. Early bets are good because of the odds, in the first place. When one of the main contenders is in jail and another is out for some reason, and the third decides to not run for president at all, you won't get as good as 51.00 for someone like Mike Pence, for example.

I cant believe why not so much casinos put so clearly this tool. Because for me its like a tool more than a simple statistic.

https://bitcasino.io/live-rtp

And after that, what are your toughts on this? Do you use this?.

And what type of player are you, the one who enter in the games with high RTP ar the moment o the one who enter in the games with the current lowest RTP?.
~

First off, I want to say that Live RTP is a nice feature, and it's great that we have it on Bitcasino.io platform. And it's great for two different reasons, almost contradictory ones, I would say. Smiley

On the one hand, when I see 24h stats like this

I think "Oh, everyone's winning on this slot now! I want to win too!"

On the other hand, when I see stats like this

like for Tombstone R.I.P slot right now, I don't think "it's in a suction mode", like some gamblers would say. I think "People weren't winning on it for a while, so, Maybe it's time to give back a bit to the players, eh?"

And I played the slot, and it did give a bit back:

But instead of all players it was me only. Sorry, guys. Good luck next time. Smiley
1889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: April 01, 2023, 04:02:21 PM
~snip~
In purely luck-based games(like the game in the OP, btw) it doesn't matter whether your emotions envolved, or it's "rational" judgment or a clouded one. It all depends on luck. Period.

A small correction. The above statement is true if you want to earn money through gambling. If your goal is to have fun, then, of course, it is more rational to not bet all your balance at once, but make smaller bets to last longer.

Yeah, it's all just luck, but you can help your luck by playing games that have more probabilities of you winning than others.

It's all math in the end, luck can be helped with it.

Although technically true, in reality this way of thinking doesn't help you much, to be honest. And that is so because when playing a game with 99% RTP instead of 96% RTP you are not guaranteed to win anything. What you are guaranteed it to lose less in the long run. And that "run" is very long. It is so long that it may never happen.
1890  Economy / Economics / Re: Lending money or damaging family bond ? on: April 01, 2023, 03:25:17 PM
~
Although I did not have lent money to my cousin, I had a similar experience as yours couple of years ago. I lent one of my closest friends at that time around $4,000 and expected no return any time soon without any interest. I just wanted to help my friend then so I was not expecting anything from him. However, two years later, I decided to buy an apartment and I kind of needed money but my friend never wanted to pay my money back. Well, I thought maybe he was still short of money and that was fine if he would not pay me back soon. To my surprise, a few months later he was assigned a teaching job in my city and he asked to live in my place for two months for free. I thought this would help him financially so I agreed. However, he forged a lease on rent to get money from his company and kept the money. I thought he might pay back the money I lent but I was too naive. He used the money to buy a brand new camera and never mentioned anything about the money he borrowed from me. Two months later after he went back to his city, I summomed the courage to call him over the money he owed me and he was angery. Several months later he paid the money and blocked my calls since then. That was really an aweful experience and I stopped lending money since then.

I had similar experiences with two of my neighbours at different times. We weren't exactly friends, but we were living in the same multi-flat building so, we knew each other, ok. It was several years ago and both of them never returned the money, no matter in what financial state they were during this time. Are we not friends now? No way, I don't want to be at odds with my neighbours. What's the catch then, you may ask. Well, the amount I lent each of them was around $5. I will never lend them a dime in the future, but I won't be bothering them with "Give my money back either". My point is, lend only what you can afford to lose.

Speaking of Roobet's contribution to this forum, check this thread, guys:

Roobet.com | Art Contest "Snoop Dogg x Roobet" | 5 Categories - $7500 in prizes!

It's four days left still, and the prizes are really good. Use your imagination and some clay or colored pencils ... There are 5 categories, actually:

And I think, the more participants, the better. If you don't win, you may make someone laugh(that's what I'm hoping for with my submissions mostly). It's a rare opportunity to show your art to thousands. Don't miss it.

1892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 01, 2023, 01:20:26 PM
Yeah,Manchester City were dominating the game even in the first half and Liverpool simply has not the firepower to come back as they are still suffering although there is time. From the pressure being all in Manchester City in the end of the first half,it is now the pressure completely on Arsenal but I doubt Arsenal will have problems winning against Leeds. The odd of 1.29 for them to me is low but I think they are going to get a narrow win.

For Liverpool it is a shame though that they were in advantage and completely lost it and could not do a better job in this game, their fight to get a spot for the Champions League it comes and it becomes even more difficult to achieve.

Damn Liverpool! I was so hopeful for them that I made a 1-1 prediction even though it was against all odds. Now they have 20 minutes to equalize, but I don't believe it. It seems that Liverpool have enough strength for the first 20-45 minutes and then this team falls apart if the opponent is strong.
As for the chances for the top 4, they are, as the club has a very easy end to the season, but now they will suffer 3 games in a row.

I too gave Liverpool more hopes

Now I'm rooting for LFC to score another one, and I will get a CLOSE result. Smiley But whatever happens, I will never get EXACT this time. Damn, Man. City, you are so good!

Btw, They got me with this

It happens every fkn 1st April: I believe the joke for a couple of seconds! Smiley

you are so talented, person you got help from AI thanks to AI for helping you

Why not let him post AI artworks. The main goal of art is to create what ever you like, no matter if you just splash color on canvas our feed words into an AI.

That's what I think too. Writing a proper prompt isn't an easy task, actually. You will never get something good looking quick. Even if you have an amazing idea, you will be rewriting the prompt again and again before getting anything representative. And there's a chance you will never make it anyway.

I agree with the posters above saying that concealing the fact that the image was made with the help of AI is unethical, but I think such images can be submitted in the Digital Art category if this fact is not concealed.

I personally think it would be fun to see what these latest AI technologies could come up with. I would submit a pic myself. Smiley

But, of course, it's up to the organizers to decide whether it's allowed or not.
1894  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do we go from here on: March 29, 2023, 10:14:28 AM
There was a time where Elon musk is afraid of Robots with AI capabilities, saying they are dangerous to humans, there was a rumour about some incident where a robot threatened to crush him, I don't know how true is this, but not too long ago even the Microsoft boss Bill Gates is very concerned about the harms that AI could bring on humanity, saying something like AI might decides that humans are a threat. We do we go from here?

I think we are witnessing technological progress of such magnitude that it can be compared to the invention of the telephone, television, PC, GPS, Internet ... these kind of things. Only today it's happening much faster than previously. What was taking years in the past takes weeks now. Learning new stuff was never as important as today. Modern pundits tell us that over 50% of jobs will be impacted, and I believe them. I suggest to not be afraid of the new technologies, but study them as thoroughly as possible in order to not end up among those who was affected in a bad way, but among those who benefited from this revolution.
1895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: March 29, 2023, 09:09:15 AM
~ Yes odds for Biden are around 3.25 currently, around 4.0 for Trump and a little bit above 4.0 for Ron Desantis but I don't find those odds interesting at all, because the election is scheduled for november 2024, that is to say in more than 1 year and a half. It means the uncertainty is still very high and you will need to lock your funds in this bet for a very long time if you take it.

My thoughts exactly. If you are going to lock your money for that long, at least expect something above 20x on your bet. I think this range worth considering:

But in a perfect world I would hope for someone with above 100x odds to win and bring me good profit. Smiley
1896  Economy / Gambling / Re: Freebitco.in - FUN Token Investment Experiment on: March 28, 2023, 02:03:20 PM
~
Therefore, before you decide to invest in any coin, you should find out more about the coin, know the risks, and know how to deal with the risks. And when you are all set, you can start investing in any coins, including FUN tokens. But bitcoin is indeed an investment that investors should own and focus on owning more bitcoins. But I think every altcoin can pump higher in the future, including the FUN token, so investors can expect to get big profits again.

Yep, I think so too. There was time in 2018 when FUN token costed $0.19. And I'm not talking about the initial pump, $0.34 on the 1st of July 2017, I'm talking about the time more than a year later, when after dropping to $0.013 in November 2017 FUN token had risen to $0.19 in September 2018. Since FUN is not dead and has over $70 million trading volume, it can be somewhere around $0.20 in the future again. I'm not encouraging you to start investing in FUN token all your money, but investing a dollar or two, why not? Just for fun. Smiley
1897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this? on: March 28, 2023, 01:28:48 PM
There are numerous religions, each with its own set of characteristics. The same is true of their attitude toward gambling. The decision of the pastor to close his own religious ministry may not be the career he wants to pursue if money is not a concern. After winning a handful of cash, the pastor can now live the life he wants. My personal opinion is that gambling within certain limits is not unethical or immoral. If this is not the case, then I find individuals that smoke cigarettes in crowded public areas to be more immoral and unethical because they are disseminating the harmful smoke.

If he was an ordinary man, he could live the life he wants after the winning, I totally agree with this. But he was a pastor. He was living from other people's money before he won, probably telling them that gambling is a sin and other hypocritical stuff. I think what he should have done was giving away all the money to his parishioners, and only then leaving, if he wanted to leave the church. Since he just left, it makes him someone who walked away without paying his creditors, in my eyes.
1898  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: March 28, 2023, 12:51:56 PM
For me there are few obstacle. First is job. Im a teacher my salary is really small. I want to switch career but i need to study hard. Second, im kinda helping my family to pay some bills. I still live on my parents home. Third, i have girlfriend that i want to marry as soon as possible. Maybe after i get a better job i can solve other 2 problems.

Marry her, man. Living together you spend less on many things than living by each own. Just think of it, and you'll figure out it yourself. In my opinion, one of the biggest obstacles to achieving financial freedom is thinking that you are not ready for something, marriage included. If you have three problems, solve the easiest one first. Finding a good paying job isn't the easiest one, that's what I'm sure of.

Not exactly Jackpot, but pretty close, huh? Smiley

Do you hunt for the Jackpot on Multiply BTC, guys, and what's your strategy, if you do?

I set the win chance to 0.97%

and make a hundred rolls or so. Then if I hit over 9903 I get my money back.

This time I hit it two times, but maybe I made a bit more than a hundred rolls. Smiley
