There you can trade your merchant tokens you don't want or can't redeem for the tokens you want. this is pretty nice. you can exchange gat tokens for promotional coins? any extra use is welcome in my opinion. |

I heard as per new rules it is mandatory to have a working platform before the ico to show the tokens can be spendable. Would this applies to paypie also or is it out the new rule sets because of its jurisdiction area?
Are you talking about Korea based ICOs or ICOs in general? Or China based maybe? PayPie isn't based in Korea or China, I see no problems at all That would make no sense. The purpose of an ICO is to raise funds to develop a product. If it's mandatory to have a working platform before the ico many good projects wouldn't be possible. That's right! I would also like to know where these new rules are stated, to which country they apply, etc. If it's not just a rumour or hearsay someone can provide perhaps a source. If this is true , it would significantly decrease the number of ICO's on the market. Having a working product is no easy feat. |

Here I am very interested by what principle is organized work of bots? People will have to buy it, what would they use it?? On which exchanges it will work and what will be the process of setting up and work of the bot?
The bots will be encapsulated in DAFs in a second stage. You won't have access to their code source of course but they will manage the trading automatically. When profit are generated, performance fees will be paid in the form of new DAF token issuance and be transfered to NPX token holders providing they have participated in voting cessions. Additionaly, should NPX token holder wish to participate in the DAF, they will have a privileged access to them. Besides, NPX tokens will be listed on at least 2 exchanges and you will be able to trade them. Listing is expected within a few weeks post ICO completion. This sounds great for early adopters and serves as a mechanism to prevent the dumping of tokens on the market. good job guys. |

Dev team should provide the beta for testing before the real app comes out, only then we can see the full potential of NapoleanX. User interface is the most important part because lots of newbies will be trying to trade.

they only need 3 day to get 3,5 million$.  45 million $ under 30 day is an easy target for this project It's encouraging to have raised 3,5 mill $ in 3 days, but 45 mill is going to be a hell of a lot more difficult. Hopefully they'll succeed, cause this has some real potential. |

Is the amount of tokens of one of these merchant tokens limited? For examples if they realize that the circulating supply is not high enough, can the shop decides that it wants to get more tokens minted?
I am thinking if there is a way for merchants to abuse this system. If they would issue new coins for them self and sell it, the buyer would eventually use it in their shop so other than this being a marketing move, i dont see if they can abuse it. The tokens that Gatcoin would issue for their customers would be used for promotional purposes. issuing too many would make no sense, as they would be issued on the customer's expense. |

I think the project Cindicator will not prevent the development of the project NaPoleonX. I would say that these are different projects that will not compete with each other.
Even so, there are in the same category of asset management with trading strategies, backtesting and trading signals on both crypto and traditional assets. But if it is really true that Cindicator could have raised $485 million more after hitting their hard cap, that money is now free to flow into NaPoleonX. If it's true we will see gigantic increase of value on first day of exchange. The market is big enough to accommodate more projects. I wouldn't worry too much about this. |

Nothing wrong if they try to compare this to paypal or any other online payments, every platform/project/etc. is influenced by other other project and made them better. I think Utrust will be able to compete and be better platform for online gateway and payments.
Even if Paypal would adopt crypto payments, they would have to drop their fees in order to convince customers to use their platform and not Utrust. it's true that Paypal has an advantage as being an established brand, but if they take their sweet time to enter the crypto market, they'll find that that advantage goes away real quick in favor of Utrust. |

Where will GAT be started? Team members have so many Asians, is not GAT will be in the Asian region as the first stop? Most of the clients that already confirmed that will be using gatcoin from the beginning are from Japan, so is most likely that the Asia is the first market for gatcoin, that is good though, the value will rise fast and we won't have to wait for companies to start using it. Since they already have companies on the line, the value of the token will definitely sky rocket. once they expand to the US and European markets, then the token will be really big. |

Is the minimum cap for the project to continue is 40k right or I am wrong about that? For how long the ICO will last?
Min cap is 25k eth. The ico will run from the 23rd oct to 17th of november. However, they wish to fund atelast 40k and hardcap is somewhere between 40k and 100k eth. the minimum cap is more then enough in my opinion, but even if they don't raise that, I hope they will proceed with whatever amount they raise. |
