I am sorry if it was discussed before but where I can find information about legal part of this project. Is there any info how they plan to make legal business of the project?
They already are a business, the company is based in Spain, so they simply will use the blockchain to receive investments to buy real estates and we get returns for the rental of said estates, so i don't think there is much paperwork in the legal department, but try their website and whitepaper anyway  . I think this project look like as an IPO project than ICO, but it does not effect by the rule of SEC. It only open a crowdsale through blockchain and Ethereum smart contract platform, then use the amount of money obtained from it to buy Real Estate in real-life. |

Well, I don't know if it's really overpriced, the real estate prices must be high over there. |

Well, I don't know if it's really overpriced, the real estate prices must be high over there. Why should prices be high there? I think that on the contrary. People should be able to buy real estate at normal prices. |

People should be able to buy real estate at normal prices. Yeah thats the reason why decentralized markets for real estate is creating at the first place .. to lower sharkish real estate prices $11,218,272 contributed is nice amount ! not the hardcap but still impresive ! people are trusting this project  |

I think we will need to w8 some time for exchanges to list our tokens, and when they do list dont forget its long hold project with huge profitability in the future so dont dump like crazy when u get your tokens its not profitable and stupid if u supported the project |

Real makes me think of a huge decentralized real estate agency where one can buy a residence or buy a business, where one can find tenants and where one can buy several. this is a very concrete project and this industry which has been valued at 300 billion dollars for 2025 is an industry that meets the primary need for man.

The tokens will be released after 7 days. You can trade them when they are added to an exchange. But if you were to keep them, you can use them to invest in real estate on the platform later on is there ICO closed if yes then how much real project raised and when will real token listed on exchanges and is there any official news for new development or plan?
The ICO is closed and the project raised 37,064 ETH. I haven't seen any new official news about exchanges or the next steps, but according to the white paper the platform will have a beta launch this month. |
