Taking hardware wallets with you is quite tedious and also they don't work with mobiles. This chip based hardware wallet has certainly made things better.
Actually, they do work with Android phones (iOS is not supported due to software restrictions). Mycelium is an example of an app which allows to use both Ledger and Trezor for making transactions on a phone. Ledger has released Ledger Nano X which supports Bluetooth so spending money on-the-go from a hardware wallet will be much easier. In the UK at least dual sims are rare. It's almost always imports that have it, not the domestic market version.
What about flagship devices of the most popular brands? Don't the S9 and the S10 have dual-sim? |

Ja bardzo poluję na tą kampanię, jednak niestety wciąż ogranicza mnie ranga - muszę dostukać jeszcze blisko 50 meritów żeby podjąć wyzwanie...

It is possible that Trezor also has similar problems, but I did not notice that it was so pronounced, at least on this forum. I have an impression that I would have better experience if I buy Trezor instead Ledger, but that's just my personal opinion.

How many resources does the bot use? The number of users has significantly risen since I have checked this topic last time. Can you make the bot detect and notify you when someone mentions you inside a tag (bold, italic, size, etc)?
He would have to make the bot detect at least 3 extra characters after user's nickname. Some people add 's to nicknames and the bot does not send notification in such case either. |

Trochę wam zazdroszczę bo merity wprowadzili tydzień przed moim awansem na Hero Member i już prawie 3 lata jestem zamknięty w tej randze i nie zanosi się na szybkie nazbieranie dodatkowych 120 meritów bo te zbieram już ponad rok.
Byłem w podobnej sytuacji. Merit został wprowadzony kilka dni przed moim awansem na Full Member. Polecam wyspecjalizować się w jednym temacie. W moim przypadku jest to Lightning Network i jak możesz zauważyć, radzę sobie całkiem nieźle. Awansowałem na Full Membera w połowie lipca, a następnie na Senior Membera po zaledwie miesiącu. Nie poddawaj się. Dziękuję wszystkim za gratulację i życzę powodzenia. Dziękuję też za poparcie mojej aplikacji na merit source. Jeżeli ktoś jeszcze nic w niej nie napisał to bardzo bym prosił o zrobienie tego. |

Unfortunately, you can't refill an opened channel with an on-chain transaction. Lightning Conductor is a third party service which will send you coins over the LN for the on-chain ones and vice-versa. It's not possible to maintain a channel while it has 0 BTC on-chain. You can't even spend your channel's funds completely. Two percent of total channel balance is reserved and can't be spent. |

Don't unplug the drive without waiting for Bitcoin Core to shut down completely. You might suffer from the problem described by @ETFbitcoin. |

I wouldn't trust Ledger after what they had done to Ledger Blue. Trezor is constantly updating their first model and it's even going to get a completely new software, ported from Trezor T which means that some of its coins will also become available on the older model. But I heard about the news that says people who have Ledger needs to update the software because it's risky and has a hole, but I don't update it yet. Maybe later I will download the software first.
The same applies to Trezor. Security holes are constantly being found in hardware devices. Most of them require the attacker to have a physical access to the device. Yesterday, Trezor released a security update. |

Why don't you create your own testnet blockchain? It will be much easier than asking a few faucets to send you that many coins. Use bitcoin-testnet-box for that. It shouldn't be difficult for you if you have a basic knowledge of Linux commands and bitcoind installed. |

I have just updated my Trezor One to 1.8.0 and Trezor T to 2.1.0. Both devices were not wiped during the update in my case so you shouldn't need to have your seed with you. It looks like support for Tron, Eos and Ontology will be added in the next update of Trezor T ( GitHub). |

Dotyczy to wszystkich monet. Ze względu na te ograniczenia nie korzystam z tej funkcji. Wolę skorzystać z bitomatu, który niestety ma wyższą prowizję (Revolut 1,5% - Bitomat 6%). |

Have you seen my project related with the LN? i also see that you are a little too "generous" when it comes to sending merit, i see a few "10s" sent on your merit page, there is not wrong with that in general , but you do complain about "lack of merit on your local board" then you probably need to balance your way of spending merit, for an example , don't spend 10 merit on a translation topic !
I am fully aware that it is too generous. I asked for help with translations at the time when there were hardly any merits distributed in that section. I wanted to show that they would be rewarded for their efforts and it worked! A few people have started to make useful posts. Now, I wouldn't give that much merit. As you can see in my merit history, the rest of the posts were rewarded with either one or two merits. |

Zgodnie z obietnicą, złożyłem aplikację na merit source dosłownie parę minut temu. O mało nie spadłem z krzesła kiedy zobaczyłem ile merita otrzymałem od suchmoon za swój post. Prosiłbym Was o udzielenie się w tym temacie. Dzięki dodatkowemu zastrzykowi merita za parę godzin moja ranga powinna zmienić się na Hero i obiecuję, że postaram się tą znaczną nadwyżkę rozdać w ciągu najbliższych kilku dni.
