I think you are right. ETH is losing value at every fork of BTC which is gaining in value. It is best i think to buy BTC now. And after the fork buy ETH or buy ETH maybe 3 days before the fork. ETH will surely be cheaper compare to BTC. Compare to dollars, ETH doesn't lose value, but compare to BTC, it lose a lot. Are there any dangers around it?
well, as you can see bitcoin is rising pretty fast these days and with each step other altcoins specially ethereum are getting dumped harder and harder. and best case scenario is that they go down against bitcoin. for example ETH is not worth 0.046 BTC and a while ago it was worth 0.07 BTC and not so long ago it was 0.14 BTC. this means if you sold 10 ETH a while ago you could have gotten 1.4 BTC but now you are getting 0.46 BTC ($9100 versus $2990) that is what you are getting now. by the time fork happens you may get 0.04 or if you are unlucky there may be a bigger dump and you get 0.03 per coin. this is the "danger" you forgot to see. |

Because everyone want to have more Bitcoin, that's why it is dropping fast. Just look at the price of Bitcoin which is exploding records... Its dropping like stone. Who the hell is selling it and why? The devs?

It looks like some robot is selling under the highest bids in etherdelta. It didnt pick my highest bids but some of the lowest ones. There is only one explanation for this. WHALES!

Bitcoin Cash is for the moment stronger than Ethereum. In the beginning and middle of this month, BTC will be stronger. ETH will surely fall more as Bitcoin will increase in value. This is what i think, but i may be wrong.

You can mine XDN with Minergate, or HODLCoin. They are easy to mine with CPU. Maybe Dogecoin is easy to mine too? I have never try to mine it.
Else, you can try to find new coins which are just released now. But you won't know if the project will continue or fail.
Sometimes the dev (or dev team) don't come back. But it may become a successful project.

For ERC20 Token, you need some Ethereum in your wallet if you want to transfer the tokens to another address. You have to pay some gas with Ethereum for the miners (so it may be expensive to transfer if the coin don't have a lot of value...). For other coins which have their own wallets, you don't need Ethereum or Bitcoin.

I participated in the ICO but not in the bounty. I also think it is not correct to write something and change it afterwards. I know that this ICO didn't do very well. And the price of AHT indicates it.
But it is not good for Bowhead image to do this kind of thing. I think they didn't expect that the ICO sales would not do so good. But they have to be more careful and calculate well their budget.
I hope they will be able to attain their goal and that they will be successful. I don't think they are scammers, but they maybe didn't plan well their budget.
But it is not an excuse to write something and change it after.

I think DogeCoin is a very stable coin. The value of this coin don't change a lot when Bitcoin rise or fall. It may sometimes rise when Bitcoin rise.

Nobody can predict the price of Bitcoin vs altcoins. It is really difficult to know when the price of an altcoin will grow faster. Because so many people want to buy Bitcoin.

YoBit is not a good Exchange. It is not on your list.
They have zero support. You can write to the support, but they won't answer you. There are lots of altcoins, but a lot are just here for trading.
You can't withdraw your altcoins. You can only withdraw the most popular coins (BTC, ETH, and maybe others).
Cons:
- Zero support
- can't withdraw lots of altcoins, only trade them
- not a lot of users (but can be an advantage too if you start to trade as it is very slow)
- slow website
Pros:
- lots of altcoins
Gate.io is a new Exchange. It is an Exchange which will replace BTER as i understand it.
I couldn't withdraw BTC for maybe a week or two at the beginning of this month. I wrote to the support and they answered that currently we cannot withdraw BTC. But last week i received an email from them saying that BTC can be withdrawn now.
Cons:
- can't withdraw coins sometimes (didn't try to withdraw other coins appart BTC and ETH)
- not a lot of users (can be an advantage too)
Pros:
- have a support
- nice and responsive website (good for smartphone)
- have a smartphone application (didn't try)
