Please help me: I tried to mine solo but miner answers:
Code:
HTTP request failed: Failed to connect to localhost port 9982: Connection refused
json_rpc_call failed, retry after 30 seconds
May be I need to run something else, not only yenten-qt.exe and miner.exe (with commands)?
must execute the demond ,,, andentend ,, wait for k syncronyce and then run the miner
Hm, does the wallet must be loaded before or after daemon execution?

Wallet must be run before starting miner. Wallet must be configured in appdata folder, with proper .conf file, WHICH SOMEONE ALREADY POSTED HERE! People please read the thread before you post.

I know a man who gave up smoking, drinking, sex and rich food. He was healthy right up to the day he killed himself.

Yenten is really hard to mine. My computer found 2 blocks yesterday. But today, nothing... I am mining with a laptop.

Same, no blocks here. Maybe in Japan they have their own pool already. At least the coin is selling for more now, up to 800 sats.

Yesterday was very very very low difficulty... today is only low.

I am happy with solomining if I found a block per week

I've got total about 750 hash/sec and I've gotten 4 blocks in the last day.  Stick with it.  What I will say is that a pool will kill this coin.  As soon as some big pools start forming I'm cashing out.  The combination of relatively big block size and short block time makes it so you can solve a second block before everyone else on the network has even started on the block.  IMO either the block time needs to be raised or the block size decreased because even without a pool we are getting lots of double blocks and orphans.  With a pool the pool will double and triple up in a row on blocks.  This is why many coins die is pools get such an unfair advantage that they take over 51% and secretly fork the code and other miners can't even connect.

the hard thing here is there's really nothing stopping someone from doing the small mods to ccminer and GPU mining this :/
They could be already Sad So the community will just end up burning their CPUs and feeding the price with speculation.
Can't mine a block on an i-7 in a day, no pools, nothing for me here as a miner Sad

~Got this girl in my bed, a roof over my head, i mint a couple coins a week, and thats how i make bread~

I finally mined my first block over the last 2 days on an i7-2600k at 4.6 GHz. As I'm still using this system throughout the day, I've found it worthwhile to lower the thread count to 2, which still gives me 0.4 kH and I don't really notice it running (and gpu mining isn't affected). Otherwise, 6 or 8 threads nets me about 0.64 kH and an unusable system.

Sounds great! The coin is CPU-friendly, is it real? If yes, I am in. Thanks devs for your amazing idea!  Smiley

This currency is the same name as the fraud case by L & G in Japan in the 2000s. It's a bad joke.

Even so, it's worth something and selling on an exchange so I'll spend my time mining it.
