Thier KYC requirements are just absurd. They ask to hold a handwritten note in one hand and your id in other hand and make a photo with sufficient quality, this is just stupid and not needed. No other exchange asks for those kind of things. THEn after they receive their photos , they say that they are blurred, WTF.
When I applied for Account verification they rejected because address proof picture is not clear so try again and verification denied. But next time I captured pic with same mobile and submit kyc and they verified my account. There are overwhelming participants and they dont want to give reward to scammers. I think they will be stand tall in short time after exchange launch, they collected enough funds for their project. Try again mate hope they will accept now. I also went through the confirmation of my identity not from the first time. I sent other photos several times, changed quality and was photographed several times, but in the end I was confirmed. I have done it but until now my account has not been received by BNCEX. I do not understand which I will fix, I have followed the instructions given, but still accepted. I visited telegram channel of Hiway and they already taking about listing soon after 23rd June. I just saw on telegram..just like me many of the people are having problems with KYC approvel ..usually takes 72hrs as they have mentioned but it’s taking more time.. don’t know why the third party service seems to be slow ?

They should resolve issues brought by their participants as they are still new in crypto industry. Though they have been in the market for quite a while already. Negative feedback is not good in building good image. I have seen this project a while back and I thought everything is in proper order here.
