Yesterday I tried withdrawal LTC, 3 times I tried but failed

If you got failed it better to sell your LTC and try to trade with another coin, I was success WD using TRX, but for small amount about $4 in TRX, very fast it take less than 2 minutes. But, i don't know it will success for today or not. DWYOR. So do they have with liquidity or this is just a technical issues? What they ara saying and how explain this? It was looks like a fast growing exchange... but as I see they have problems already? There is not correlation with the total liquidity of the bcnex and if WD gets failed and BCNEX itself has a problem with it.
