Well if wangxinxi is just telling that you got paid already without giving you a transaction id then something is wrong there. Just like what others are saying, It didn't happen if there no transaction id.

Google not only content but they also look for the traffic quality but some how they are allowing this site. If you receive a direct traffic to your site should be fine but if you receive lot of traffic from referral and on the landing page if you have adsense advertisement than they will ban your site but if you don't have a advertisements on landing page than most likely they won't ban you and also you should fallow correctly adsense TOS for placing ads. Do you put your claim button very close the advertisements.

@onlinedragon partially my mistake to prematurely announce that we work on it. We originally wanted to port to iOS and then to other platforms, unfortunately our development strategy would not scale so we had to scrap the previous plan for a cross platform solution. @Financisto We have thought about this and it is definitely a feature that we would like to add. As a walk around you could use this tool in an offline computer to generate the private keys from your recovery phrase. An old smartphone with an offline signer app would be more user friendly.
