This is what can happen:
They can delete everything and start over, which is the typical for a scammer. Or they can delete team page from their website and continue with their scam.
And since "Bitcointalk doesn't moderate scam", or shut down/block their thread, they will continue with their scam project. Giving a negative trust doesnt work in a scam case.
Something more serious should be implemented.

Maybe you should add a new line to that format since scammers are deleting their website and forum post.

If an ICO starts with a fake team, that is mean they don't have good intentions. They have over 100k people on Telegram, and thousands more on other social media account.
