Well, poker is a game that has to do a lot with the ability and talent of the player, it is one of the games that I think luck is more balanced with knowledge, this means that if we operate in a poker game without knowledge it is Probably we can win, but if we had more knowledge it would be much better, there are many poker experts here in the forum, but personally I prefer to play poker in PVP mode, I feel that I have a better chance of winning in PVP games than against him casino and me, maybe things are the same, but it's my way of veiling, maybe it sounds silly, but a pvp game I have the feeling that I can win more easily.

PvP poker is so different from Video Poker that they don't even try to make it look similar. I think they could if they wanted, but they just dropped the idea.

I remember playing poker with bots on a newly opened site, and it felt a lot like playing PvP poker, but still was different. The site owners, I have to hand it to them, were not concealing the fact that some "players" were bots. They even told under what names were bots playing.

All I want to say is that playing poker with bots is much more entertaining than playing Video Poker game, because it is closer to the real PvP poker.

maybe, for simple inquiries, the site can use bots. but if the questions or issues are already a lil bit of complex, the bot can transfer it to a human agent. i've encountered such support in some trading sites. at first, the bot will respond on you and will give you the options what your problem is, if it is not on the list, they will eventually transfer it to a real person to further assist you with your concerns.

If it's done fast, before a customer can be annoyed, then it's a great solution in my opinion. But just "eventually" is not good enough. A customer may not wait for it, and walk away cursing the site.

I do agree that many problems can solved by bots, but definitely not all of them. Also, it's a big question what's easier, to program the bot properly or just hire a human to do the job.
1963  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the reason for the increase in the price of Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2023, 11:27:21 AM
~
yes, it's still good if you buy under 30k, if the person has never owned bitcoin before, this is a golden opportunity to save long term. but people who are just entering the crypto world are always reckless or afraid of what will happen if the price of bitcoin goes down making new people discouraged..?

But it's not like some secret information, the history of Bitcoin I mean. They can google it, and use their own head to estimate the probabilities of what's going to happen to BTC price in the future. If something was not only recovering after some big crashes, but was always reaching new ATHs, maybe the same thing will happen again, no?

Yes, don't look for a slot with the highest RTP, rather, look for the most entertaining one(For you, and at this moment, because different people are entertained by different things, and even one person can be entertained by different types of slots in different periods of time).  There are times when I want nothing more than Stake Originals. And in other times I want to play other slots. Basically, if you play a slot you like it's win-win for you: you either win money, or you get the fun you want.
This is such an important piece of advice in all kinds of gambling that everyone should hear about. This should be emphasized a million times and people are forgetting about it all the time. Remember this, we are talking about a "fun" thing here, it should be a fun thing, the whole purpose of gambling is entertainment and if you are having fun and not losing your house over it, then you are doing the right thing.

I put a limit on my deposits per month and I can lose them all, I don't care if I never win, if I am having some fun with it then that's all that matters, of course winning makes it more fun, but losing doesn't make me go crazy and that's what matters to me the most.

Thank you. I think it would be a good thing for us gamblers, and for gambling sites too, if none of us were losing more than we can afford to lose. Gambling sites are not interested in us losing big money, because today's online gambling is not some thimblerig game in a suspicious neighbourhood, where the organizers do want you to lose everything to them. Reputable gambling sites like Stake.com make their profits from the house edge, and what they really want is more players on their platform, not some addicted gamblers losing everything and then spreading their sad stories around.
1965  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: March 26, 2023, 02:44:19 PM
or this reason the requirement of NO KYC becomes the main pillar of demand for players in casinos.

But if there is no KYC then how to solve the problem of money laundering? For money laundering, the casinos will be responsible if there is no KYC then it will be difficult to trace the user, as a result, all the responsibility will be upon the casino. And also there will be a question regarding the abuse of bonuses and so on.

Exactly. I'm sure all crypto casinos will have some kind of KYC sooner or later. I also think that people are a bit too paranoid about the whole thing. We are giving away our personal data all the time to pizza restaurants, hotels, various delivery services, and stuff, and then, all of a sudden, when it some to gambling sites, it becomes a problem. I don't get it. Really.

On the other side though, do not look at just strikers and midfield, that's too wide, you have plenty of people in those positions, so look at who scores the most for that team. If you find the top scorer, and if he is not injured or anything like that, then it means that you could pick that player to score like they did so far for the club.

This is the best strategy for playing FortuneJack's Majestic 7, in my opinion. When I use it, my results are like this:

And if I'm too lazy and just pick some random guys, it's one or, more often, zero right picks.

Are there any other strategies, guys? Please share yours.

~.... and Trump should go back to celebrity TV shows, where he is better equip to blow his own horn.  Roll Eyes

The rush on the US Capital and Trump's contribution to that, should never be forgotten, even if he were acquitted from that.  Roll Eyes

This is what I'm totally agree with you on. It was just a miracle that things didn't turn out much worse. The attack on the United States Capitol, I mean. In a less Democratic country Trump would go to jail for his contribution to that. But unfortunately many Americans, I feel like almost half of them, but I would be happy to be wrong about this, many Americans support Republicans. And among Republicans around 60% want see Donald Trump as the president.
Not sure about the percentage, but one thing is certain is that most Americans put their blame on the camp of Donald Trump about the violence that takes place on the attack on the Capitol. Though the rioters create the huge mess, but Trump should be accountable why the attack happened. I have to agree that in a less democratic country, Trump should go to jail and pay the consequences of his action. But Trump eventually overcome the issue, because he can control the government because of his power.

Recently I found a new poll, and now I'm not so sure that Trump has good chances to become the next president. Here it is:

Source: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/favorability/donald-trump/

I personally think that Trump is going to lose more of his popularity in the nearest future, and so I wouldn't bet a dime on him to become the next president.

Imo, it's either Ron DeSantis or Joe Biden, but also Kamala Harris and Michelle Obama are worth some consideration regarding betting on them.

Please, everybody continue to share their experiences at bitcasino.io

As I said earlier, Luck has decided to take a rest on me these days, but today I think I have something to share. Smiley

Just half an hour ago, after reading about various experiences at bitcasino.io, I decided to play my favourite slot Bitcasino Billion by BGaming. There are many slots that I love to play, but I have some special affection for this one. I never regret playing Bitcasino Billion, even if I lose a quid or two in the end. It's always a fun time.

So I played for like 15 minutes, and with occasional winnings of around 5x and 7x, my overall profit was minus 0.2 mBTC.

And then I hit 6 of this guys, , at once. Can you imaging? Normally you are lucky if you get 4 of them, and I got 6!

This gave me 30 free spins

And then I was just watching a movie about me winning more and more:

344x is not my biggest multiplier on this slot, but winning $45 is rather lovely, wouldn't you agree, chaps? Smiley
1969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: March 25, 2023, 02:05:16 PM
~ Setting aside your emotions will be crucial to make or break a bet. So gamblers must do all of their best to not involve their emotions just so they could have a rational judgment and not a clouded one.

In purely luck-based games(like the game in the OP, btw) it doesn't matter whether your emotions envolved, or it's "rational" judgment or a clouded one. It all depends on luck. Period.

A small correction. The above statement is true if you want to earn money through gambling. If your goal is to have fun, then, of course, it is more rational to not bet all your balance at once, but make smaller bets to last longer.
1970  Economy / Economics / Re: Lending money or damaging family bond ? on: March 25, 2023, 01:24:24 PM

Managing finances properly is key to our financial life, which is well known to each of us, I guess. I feel like this is in my bones so sometimes I make some decisions subconsciously. I recently ran into a situation where I found myself really awkward. Last July or August(I can't remember that clearly), one of my extended family cousin asked me for three thousand dollars as he lost his job and could not pay off his loans. I refuse to lend him the money cause I knew him well that he was not a solid trustworthy guy. A few days ago we met on a family reunion occasion and he did not really talk to me and I suddenly realized that it was because I didn't lend him money last year. I think about it twice and if he had not been that untrustworthy, I would have definitely lent him the money. Anyway, I hope he is doing fine now and best wishes to him.

To me, lending money or not to someone doesn't depend on whether he/she is "trustworthy". Rather, it depends on what amount of money we are talking about. Because if I lent my money to someone I already consider it lost. I don't think three thousand dollars was an insignificant amount for you(for me it definitely isn't), so you did the right thing in my opinion.

Regarding "damaging family bond", imagine how damaged it would be if you lent him the money, and then every time you see him he would be telling you that he can't pay you back.
1971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advantage of holding Bitcoin in time of crisis on: March 25, 2023, 12:23:16 PM
~ While people care and think about their loved ones in the time of crisis, some people also do think about their money too,
what would be the safty and the value of their money in bank during this crisis and even how to get it out  ,but if you're someone that has some of your funds stored in Bitcoin you will be less worried, and a bit more in advantage than someone who has all his funds in the bank . Take for instance the current banking crisis we have in the United States and Nigeriaw where people got restricted to access their funds, and inflation as result of war in Russian and Ukraine.

I just want to add that investing your spare money in BTC is always a good deal long term, but short term, it is not always so. By "long term" here I mean 10+ years, and by "short term" I mean something around 2 years. I think, these days, when Bitcoin is still under $30k, and even when it will be under $40k, investing in BTC will be a good deal even short term. I may be wrong, like anyone else. Use your own head. But that's what I think about the current situation we are in.
1972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: March 25, 2023, 11:27:11 AM
As you all will say that Still there is almost 1 and half year away for USA elections but still I want to highlight this option because here there will be almost in millions of bets that people will do and also that's based on speculations and also someone's interest.
I think that this could be one of the biggest Bets we can see because a whole world Knows america and it's superpower and it's has international recognization because of it's influence to the whole world.
So what are your speculations over this USA elections. And I know that everybody has their own speculations and also wins and also loose. So let's see what will happen?
~img

I think most likely the next President of the United States will be either Joe Biden or Ron DeSantis. But the current for them are not that attractive, for personally, to place bets on either of them. For now, I have placed my bet on Michelle Obama with 36.00 odds. I like the odds, and I think her chances are not that slim.
1973  Economy / Gambling / Re: Freebitco.in - FUN Token Investment Experiment on: March 25, 2023, 10:45:04 AM
I have used https://freebitco.in for a long time and that almost 2017 to 2018. And there was a time when I was trying their faucet to earn some Bitcoin Satoshi to bet there and withdraw a large amount and at that time I was very desperate to earn money but I was unable to withdraw anything that was free. And also I have lost almost 0.13 btc in 2017 and that was disaster to me and now it's been almost 4 years I have not used this website.
I think that casino is always built for the Casino owners not a common man.

In fact, it's both. Casino is making money and a "common man" is getting his/her entertainment. Think of movie making. Film production, distribution and exhibition companies make millions from this business. And yet, it would be silly to say that movie industry is only there for them to make money.

Freebitco.in has become a part of life for many people, and it's a fun part of life for the majority of them, including myself.

No one knows how FUN Token investment will turn out in the end, but one thing is sure: if you haven't invested more than you could afford to lose, your fun is guaranteed. Smiley
1974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this? on: March 25, 2023, 09:46:00 AM
When some people ask questions about gambling, such as "Can someone can make a living through gambling? I don't like to engage in such conversations because those who doubt that gambling can change someone's life are usually those who have gambled and failed multiple times or those who don't really know gambling strategies.

Recently, a Uganda pastor who won 100million shillings decided to shut down his ministry. This left me with several questions in my head, such as ' Do religious leaders gamble? Is it right for religious leaders to gamble? Knowing fully well that most of them preach against gambling in their religious places. What is the ethical and moral implications of gambling, particularly in the context of religious practices and beliefs?
~

From what I see, that Ugandan pastor, David Ochieng, wasn't much of a religious person. Since he has shut down his church right after winning a big amount of money, it is obvious that the church was a source of money for him, and nothing else.

Whether religious leaders should gamble or not, it depends on their religion. If they preach about gambling being a sin, then maybe they shouldn't. But that's in theory. In reality it is much more complicated than that.

1976  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: March 22, 2023, 12:32:05 PM
~ Aside from money the main problem for other people to achieve financial freedom is their responsibility to their family. There are so many breadwinners out there got scared to leave their 9 - 5 job because they don't want their family to get hungry if they cannot get a more decent job which can give them higher pay cuts or try to risk on business side.

Yes, quitting your regular job is always risky, but sometimes you have to take such risks if you want to improve your life. It depends a lot on what your regular job is. If it's something you enjoy and get a good payment, I wouldn't advise quitting it for something unknown, and potentially unstable, but better paid. But if you hate your job, and they don't pay you that much - quit, and don't worry, you'll figure it out how to feed your family. That's my advice. But use your head.
1977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Placing bet on WWE on: March 22, 2023, 12:09:33 PM
Although the outcomes of matches in WWE are predetermined and scripted, it doesn't mean you can't bet on them. Those scripts are kept in secret, and with today's technologies it is possible to prevent any leaks. So, it can be similar to Oscars: the outcome is in the envelope, but nobody* knows it, hence you can bet on it.

*Of course some people know, but they won't tell anybody if they don't want to lose their well-paid job.

What do you guys think you would do in such case? Will you roll of them or just get over with the spins and make up whatever reward you will receive with it?

Roll them all as soon as possible, that's my advice. Below $30k is too low price for BTC, and it is more likely that it will go further up than bounce back for no reason. I may be too optimistic, so, of course, don't listen to me, make your own decision, but that's what I would do.

For years the amount of sats we are getting from free rolls on FreeBitco.in was for me the indicator of the current BTC price because the first site I was opening when my comp was on was FreeBitco.in. If I see that the reward is lower than yesterday it's a good news for me, it means BTC is rising. Smiley

Here's my table:

Features:Importance:
Huge variety of games and different sections (sports, live tables, etc
Good bonus/reward program
Good looking, intuitive and fast user interface
Good help desk
Strong community/ Reputation
The age of the site
Casino's own token that pays dividends / ability to mine it by gambling
Instant deposits & payments
No Kyc
Nr of payment methods

Reputation of the site, especially here on bitcointalk, is what matters the most to me. And "Instant deposits & payments" and "Good help desk/Support" they are equally important.

EDIT: Did it all wrong at first. Thought 1 was for number 1 feature and so on. Now corrected.
