You can traced every bitcoin transactions because its on a public ledger and everyone can see it via blockchain explorer however if you want to calculate the circulating supply including the lost/stolen bitcoins to make it more accurate how many the current supply is I think its pretty hard considering we do not know if a particular bitcoin is lost or stolen.

In all the coins suggested by OP I only have XLM holding for future storage even though this coin has a huge supply I have known it since the ann of this amazing currency and until now I still believe on it one of the fastest transaction I know with 0 fee. 

gui is really changed but pretty good and user friendly the only problem I encountered is that when I try to paste my private key upon logging in my wallet I did not go to dashboard I dont know if it was from my internet connection or what I just need to refreshed it 3-4 times and it relogin but overall the update is really good compared to old one.

I can see some big updates from the developments so far great updates has been announced but the price still very very low, there is no marketing yet, supporters of this project has left because of incompetence of this team to deliver products on time, to exscudo if you want your company to rise again make atleast make a signature campaign and list your coin in any top 10 exchange like digifinex or huobi, listing it in your own exchange is not enough no users want to use it because gui is not really good especially the price format.

.Both are well reputed exchange and token but if I want to invest whether in BNB token or Huobi I will go for BNB right now as I observe price of BNB went up even at bear market maybe because of a very successful IEOs using their own BNB token for purchase and It will continue to move upward while IEOs are still one of the hottest investment opportunity anyone can participate replacing ICOs.

You mean there must be a government or a central authority that may control/manage bitcoin? If this happens it will become centralized, bitcoin was developed for the people across the globe which is not managed by anyone but only the users and to be decentralized cannot be controlled by any entity or groups. Bitcoin dont need this kind of government, what btc need is regulation from a government to become a legal money with value. 

I hope it will continue to climb and never look back again until the end of the year if this happens we can see another ath in the next year for sure and I believe those who left crypto for the moment to skip this bear market will came back into crypto again and participate again in crypto activities, ieo, trading etc, we can confirm this when the btc volume transactions keep rising everyday.  

Looks like many investors was not able to buy even they are waiting for exact time of sale same as Binance many got disappointed and blame bots and whales they are the only one who are able to bought large amount of this coins, this is one of the disadvantage I can see in IEO many wants to buy but got nothing its like first come first serve basis or manipulated, who knows.

Sa tingin ko hindi pa tayo ng uumpisa sa bull run dala lang yan ng april fools ng dahil sa bitcoin etf na naaprob na hindi naman pala pag ngsteady siya above 5k ng atleast 2 weeks then go to 6k malamang ito na ang  matagal na nating hinihintay na bull pro pag bumalik na naman sa 4k level normal na naman ito kaya kilangan pa natin ng konteng tyga pa siguro pero sa tingin ko malapit na tlga tayo makaahon sayang at wala akong pang shopping ng maraming coins sarap sana mag imbak ng maramihan bago tayo bumalik sa momentum.

Im a bitcoin user for almost years and still cash is my most used money to transact to other people, many people are not yet educated about using digital money for everyday transactions the technology is I think ready but the users are not yet interested because of trust and security issues regarding digital money.
