1961  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | Earn up to 50% rakeback | VIP | on: July 17, 2022, 12:41:15 AM
Bankroll management is indeed key but I think the problem for a lot of players is that sometimes they start raging if they have a bad session and will do crazy or high bets and potentially loose everything.
Thats true. If we're in losing streak (close to get busted), sometimes we are committing a decision out of desperation. I did this before through martingale strategy with a mindset of if I win then its really meant for me and if I lose so be it, I will stop playing for a while if it happened.

So the only thing that works for me is locking most of my balance in the vault and if it gets to high, just withdraw it and only keep a small balance on the site to play.
In my case I have set money allocated for gambling. Im not the type who will deposit more to chase losses.
1962  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can the price Hit back $50k this month? on: July 15, 2022, 08:11:04 AM
It hard for me to lose my prediction because I always found good results in my prediction that made many people to believed in my prediction in the community. According to my research i Carried out few days ago, show that Bitcoin price will soon increase higher to hit back to $50k or $65k before the end of this month of July for those that bought at the low price to get ready for massive income people are going to enjoy from the market soon. What we are about to experience in this new month will make many people to regret why they purchased little of Bitcoin when the price was $18k. Do you believe it will happen this month?
Im optimistic that Bitcoin will increase again and it can happen anytime from now. However I think reaching $50k before this month end is a bit hard because the price is still moving sideways. There's no major changes and even the price reached $22k recently after moving in range of $18k - $21k for weeks it didnt last long probably because of people who do short term trading to profit. Hence I prefer to have less expectation and wait patiently.
1963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you guys invest meme coins now? on: July 15, 2022, 12:24:18 AM
The current market is totally unregulated. Investing in this market is very risky. But of course good coins can be invested Those of you who want to invest should refrain from investing in this meme coin.If for long term you can invest for long term by buying Bitcoin BNB and Ethereum all these coins. Also don't just lose your funds by investing in shit coins.
True its not a good idea to invest in meme coins even their price is quite cheap now unless you're willing to take risk and can accept the possibility that you might waste your money if you invest in these coins. Well, its hard to earn money, that being said its just wise that we are careful on where to invest our money right? Therefore choose the coins that can give you less risk and likely for you to gain in the future like the top 10 coins in CMC. Anyway the decidion is still up to us.
1965  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A newbie with 100$ on: July 14, 2022, 05:12:50 AM
In this bear market, does 100$ on Ethereum or Bitcoin make any difference? As a newbie who have only 100$ to risk is this even enough? Can this get me anywhere?
For a newbie, thats good enough as long as it is the money that you can afford to lose and not meant for important things. Much better to buy Bitcoin then hold for long time. Currently the price is still cheap if we compare it to its last ATH. There's a chance for you to double it if you can bear waiting for long. But before that you have to gain knowledge first to better understand the nature of investing in crypto.
1966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Saves my relatives both of Life, Time and money on: July 14, 2022, 04:17:09 AM
1. How did he bought $1M worth of Bitcoin? Where did he bought it? Binance? Kraken? Kucoin? P2P? Maybe elaborate this even further if it's ok to you.
Im also curious about this on how he bought the Bitcoin. Op didnt also include if his relative is already aware of Bitcoin before buying it. Because if he's not a bitcoiner and just a newbie then certainly he will not risk his money into something that he's not really aware of especially its a huge amount.

The story seems not real because there are many questions that left us hanging.
1967  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading really worth it? on: July 14, 2022, 03:44:08 AM
There are traders who made trading as their main source of income so I think it depends for every trader because some are losing while others are gaining. In my experience it didnt turn out well, maybe because the time I spent and the strategy that I think will work doesnt really match for me to gain as a trader.

Anyway, to succeed as a trader, it requires knowledge and strategy that will work regardless of the situation of the market. Its a must that you know how to set aside your emotion because sometimes its a problem if you're not able to control it.
1968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't sell your precious BTC to the whales! on: July 13, 2022, 07:39:36 AM
There are just unexpected situations that happen where investors are forced to sell their Bitcoin for their personal use. Holding will be the best thing to do for now. As much as possible and as long as we could have more patience, it will be better to hold our Bitcoin so we'll make a profit when the market recovers or when the bull run approaches. It's the right season for buying and holding.

That's why it's been said many times that investment in bitcoin should be with the money which you do not need for daily usage. If you need to sell your bitcoins urgently for any need, it means that you have invested your day to day usage money in investments.

If we're planning to hold for long period then its really ideal to invest the money that you can live without since we cant really predict for how long we're going to wait before we can sell in our set target price. If you keep on selling because its already needed then you might really sell at loss rather than gaining. Thus before investing our money think carefully if its not meant for important things because investing in Bitcoin cant guarantee that you can already gain in your set time frame.
1969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Threshold of Loss in Gambling on: July 13, 2022, 02:38:03 AM
My question is, can you remember a time when you reached your threshold of loss while gambling?
Everytime I gamble I already have fix amount to use when playing. Im not counting the losses if I spent all my capital and didnt had the chance to win. Its because im not playing to earn (though winning is of course one of the goal if you gamble). If you keep playing even you're in losing streak that can lead to further losses. So instead of having a loss threshold, I have a fix money meant for gambling regardless of the result when I play that amount.
1970  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: July 13, 2022, 01:15:07 AM
I don’t think that Rollbit team will just award the winner’s without due checks, because once they scrutinise the accounts tweets then they’ll be able to check whether it’s an legit account, or an account made just for participating in the giveaway’s. @aysg76 that’s a fine strategy too because then the end result is in your hands, but for those who’re just starting out or have less funds these giveaways are a good way to engage with the casino hence Rollbit should continue them.
They don't have time to scrutinize these twitter accounts to check the bot activity and they are willing to giveaway to these random users and you would see them in most of the casinos and not too much worried about the issue and happy to focus on gameplay and enjoying there only.
I wonder why Rollbit is not so active posting on their twitter account. Yes they're conducting twitter giveaways but there's a long interval like for weeks. We know Rollbit is already popular and trusted since many gamblers are playing on their site. But seeing their twitter account as not so active makes me think that they're too busy to give an update. A post showing a huge winning of their lucky players can attract more gamblers to play. What do you think about it?
1971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you guys invest meme coins now? on: July 12, 2022, 04:40:56 AM
are you guys ok to invest in these coins or rather not invest this time? because most famous coins like shib, and doge are now in the dip as we can see.
During this dip I prefer to invest in well-established coins rather than meme coins. Because its less risky and there's a high posibility that establish coins will bounce back once bear market is over. Currently many coins are in cheap prices so take advantage what you think is beneficial for you in the future. We are free to buy what coins we like, its your hard-earned money anyway. Just DYOR to be certain that you're doing whats right.
1972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People are not only gambling to win but they are buying entertainment on: July 12, 2022, 01:45:22 AM
Many of us here will say that we are gambling for entertainment but this is the same reason why compulsive gamblers put in more money they want to feel high, so if you say I gamble for fun does this mean you admit you are buying entertainment to produce adrenalin and endorphins, so you keep on putting more money to get that feeling regardless if you win or lose.
Well you have a point. Many gamblers are playing to have fun or to entertain themselves (like me) though the chances to win is slim.

But the different emotion especially the excitement, for me, that is something that only gambling can fill. There's money involved and thats what makes it more fun to play. Yes its hard to win but there's always a chance right?

So it depends on the gamblers how they handle themselves. Because gambling is also addicting if you cant cantrol yourself even your aim on why you gamble is only to entertain yourself.
1973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Grand Lotto Winner on: July 12, 2022, 01:19:16 AM
I dont think its a big deal if they mention the place where the winners came from. This way people will know that there's a legit winner and its not fabricated. As long as they will not reveal the identity of these winners im not seeing it as a problem.

Anyway its a huge amount and life changing, from being poor to rich in just a snap. They are certainly lucky to hit the jackpot.
1974  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you regret buying before the dip on: July 11, 2022, 07:19:01 AM
I dont regret it. Instead I might regret not buying when the price is below $30k then after few years the price skyrocket again at 6 digits. I dont want to repeat the same mistakes that I did few years back wherein I didnt buy while the price is quite cheap then bullrun happened year 2017. I feel so much regrets.

So now im making sure to accumulate and hold for long term. Regardless of the outcome I will gladly accept it because its my choice to invest and trust Bitcoin.
1975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What If Bitcoin Fall?? on: July 11, 2022, 06:56:00 AM
i am not talking about bitcoin's current situation bro. i know bitcoin will never fall. but if bitcoin not exist , what will happen ?
Then we dont have this kind of investing opportunity. We dont have Bitcoin to store our assets and most especially we dont have this digital currency that can works as an alternative to fiat as payment system. If Bitcoin didnt exist we're not here talking about crypto and probably our money are still in banks and we're paying everything in fiat. Its the opposite of what we currently experience today, just imagine that and you'll know.
1976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Kazuto Ioka vs Donnie Nietes II on: July 11, 2022, 01:22:02 AM
Age does affect Nietes fight style, he is way slower than before so the boxing fans might probaby noticed it already.  But I so wish that Nietes win's the fight to bring home the title.
Certainly there's a changes now because of his age compared to when he's in his prime. But I think he can beat Loka again like what he did before to reclaim the title. Because Nietes is one of the great boxer that brings victory to PH. I cant forget the way he fight, always in good timing and an accurate puncher too. So im looking forward to this fight even it will be held to Loka's home country because its an advantage to latter's part.
1977  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: July 11, 2022, 12:54:06 AM
So with this history gambling is as old as human civilization and has predated so many centuries ago, thank goodness for the level of development that has undergone in the gambling industry.
but not thanks to what negative this gives to people , so yes there is a good effect and bad effect but for me? it is more of the negativity than what is the  opposite .
and what i wish for that the gambling did not ever be developed and started maybe the world is far good than what is it now.
Well, gambling is not as bad as some people think. Yes It has a negative effect to gamblers if they can't control themselves when they play. But the problem is not only gambling but more on the gambler itself for lacking of control. Plus everyone has a choice and we are the one who drive ourselves, hence if you have no discipline and not limiting yourself then it's likely for you to experience a problem if you decided to gamble.

Anyway it's interesting to know the history of gambling and how things developed as time goes by.
1978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Something Like This Happen To You on: July 10, 2022, 05:06:40 AM
We experienced unexpected events or moments in gambling like this one, you are calling it off a day in a session then you're suddenly on a winning streak thinking that it's your time to get back what you've lost will you go or will you stop and come back the next day.

I'm sometimes tempted to continue but I know you cannot beat the house, so most of the time I just call it a day and just wished that tomorrow or next time it's my lucky day. What about you what's your take.
If I gamble im not thinking of the past losses because it can only change the mood and its not right to try recovering what you have lost already it can only lead to more losses if you're not lucky to win. So if ever such lucky day happen wherein im in winning streak then I will continue playing. Its a rare moment so I'll just take advantage it. Then if suddenly things are turning sour I will call it quits and just enjoy my winnings. I experienced it before and I think its not because you're greedy to win, its just that such moment if not often come.
1979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To build your Professionalism on casino on: July 10, 2022, 04:27:49 AM
It's not necessary to be in a level where we need the word "professionalism", because if we just gamble for fun, there should be no problem with us since we can stop anytime we want and if we lose we would not lose more than what we can afford to lose.
Well said, no need to make things complicated. First, ask yourself on why you're playing. Is it for fun or to make gambling as your source of income? If the latter is your answer then thats the time you need to become professional because its not easy to win in gambling. But if you only gamble for fun, what you need is self control and discipline. If you have these attitude if you're playing then you can avoid becoming addicted since you're only playing to entertain yourself.
1980  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 10, 2022, 03:39:05 AM
I prefer to use original document both on gambling site (sportsbook as well as casino) as well as crypto exchange site. Casue if I use any fake info that might be used by someone else too. If that happens then the account of mine can be locked due to the use of fake document. And I not only use the real document but also I suggest everyone to use real document.
This is the right approach obviously since it's quite easy to get screwed if you provide fake documents by gambling sites(FIAT and Crypto), but I can also understand why many gamblers choose to submit fake documents.

They do this because they are aware of all the information leaking incidents which happen on a regular basis which is why they prefer gambling anonymously.
Thats true. But there's also risk of using fake documents just because we are worried that our personal details might get compromise. If we happen to win huge and KYC verification is needed, its a problem if we cant present the documents.

Thus its still best to provide our real information. However we have to be careful and be certain that the particular site can be trusted.
