How well does advertising work?
Thanks for the tip on selling services, I'll take a look at the forum.
You put an advert in your signature and get paid on how many posts you make.

I am curious about this, Can anyone please help me?
Yes, but you'll be very lucky to find people here who will sell you coins for PP because of possible chargebacks. If you want to use PP to buy coins, buy from ebay, but be prepared to pay a premium.

There are no women on this site. Just guys pretending to be them. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) You think she's a middle-aged, bearded, beer-drinking biker, or even worse, a programmer? Eeewww if you are going to pass me for a guy at least make me a nice one, no? How do you guys want me to prove I am a real girl? And btw, girls are smart too we can figure out BTC too. And although people sending me BTC would be nice that was not the point for this post. I thought it was fun ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Timestamped pics then. Even those can be faked, or it's just some guy pimping out a girl or whatever, as we saw recently. How do you guys want me to prove I am a real girl?
No need to prove, I believe you. Based on what exactly?

http://asic-market.comIf you feel that it may make your computer nasty please us a web proxy or sandbox to view it. The prices there are too good to be true so I post them here to let yo guys get alerted of this may-be fraud. There was a thread somewhere about it being a scam. If you're suspicious, best leave it alone cos those coins won't seem so cheap when you've paid for nothing.

It says nothing about Bitcoins, but it slags off Litecoin pretty hard. Greed is a sin
so is usury, and the entire fiat system is founded on that That is odd isn't it? Usury was for centuries a great evil; suddenly it was a-ok and the churches started lending money themselves. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fchristianspooksite.files.wordpress.com%2F2013%2F11%2Ffunny-pope-vatican-gold-evil1.jpg&t=663&c=LqTgyBjarPDJXA) The Church/Vatican are a business. A great one at that. This. If money is the root of all evil... why do churches accept it. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Religion is a massive business. It's been running from centuries and hundreds of generations are being brainwashed one after another. We got scared: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ela3ChTzFcAThe Vatican is only its own country for tax purposes. The Vatican bankers are very smart. Well, apart from getting caught laundering millions in money. I often wonder if the cardinals and popes actually believe in the shit they spew, or are they genuine and just being used by the Vatican bankers? I guess it's a mixture of both. There's never a short supply of morons on this planet and people willing to exploit them for their own financial gain.

Well it depends. Is this address to be verified that they actually live there? Easy to rent a place out for a week or whatever, commit frauds which have items and coins sent to this address, then they take off. Of course, I would feel more confident dealing with somebody who I knew several real-world details about, but some people prefer their anonymity, so I respect that too. It's all about assessing the risk and trying to cover your back. You can never be 100% safe. I've also seen people scammed recently where the scammers sent their IDs and "proof" of their addresses etc.
My answer to the poll is yes, it increases my confidence, but not 100%.

Well you can say illegal drugs are "regulated" then because there's people making their own drugs. Regulation in this sense means the government takes a little and passes laws to try make it "safe" and "all above board". And Bitcoin is anonymous if you want it to be.
Illegal drugs cannot be regulated on a global scale like Bitcoin is. Why not? Legal drugs are.
