Bonus is finished? I don't see the bonus info at token sale process bar as it was there till yesterday. However still phase 3 token sale is going on and for phase 3 I see 10% bonus. Now it's confusing if bonus is there or not.
The 3rd phase with 10% bonus ended yesterday. So I assume there won't be no bonus anymore in the 4th phase (atleast not 10% anymore). Yes i do not see any bonus more on their website so i am pretty sure that phase 3 is ended including the bonus with it, phase 4 will stay 13 more days. No more bonus. That is for sure. Remaining 12+ days will be without bonus. And also only limited amount of tokens left out in the sale. If somebody really needs to grab this opportunity, then its time to do it. They had a partnership with Coss if I remember correctly where you could get 5% bonus when participating in the ICO over the Coss exchange. Do you know if this bonus is over as well? I don't think the coss Bittwatt ico sale follows the normal website sales. One thing i know is that the 5% Bittwatt ico over the coss exchange will be there till the end of the whole ico process. |

It's due to a few reasons, they only want serious investors and partners to have access to the latest materials, and because US residents aren't allowed in the token sale. It's not that much of a big deal, takes two seconds to fill out the form and get the email with all the information.
I actually like the method they are using in distributing the whitepaper. It is very wise if you are really interested in knowing what the project is all about you will have to register with your email address and also it another way of making people subscribe for the project news. |

Sure it should. What matters the most is the softcap. Once the softcap is reached then the project is definitely marked to continue as softcap is actually meant for the core purpose of a project. That's the good thing of it, softcap was smashed a while back so no matter what the project will go ahead, regardless of hardcap; I still think it will be hit with over 10 days remaining of the ICO And looks to be around 90% of tokens sold I think they are on their final phase now. the softcap was reached quite nicely. They have progressed well and I think they have tapped into a lacking industry; To have various energy supplies and those demanding in one place is a great solution to a painful manual process. Another thing that i know this project will continue even if the hardcap isn't reach is they have many partnership with other companies and energy distribution companies. With all these they have already gone far in their implementation and it won't make sense if they stop working because their hardcap wasn't achieved. |

I think getting such good ratings from 3 rating bodies shows some positives for the project and I must say it's an attractive point as well
I don’t put much weight on ico rating sites but every peace of good news is a positive step forward it’s a good thing when people think well of the project and if nothing else it’s some great advertising for the team for free This are amazing ratings, this shows the project is getting more exposure and I must congratulate the team for their efforts in attaining such good points. I am thinking of that they could add the ratings in a better place on their site. The ratings are now in Media section, but yeah that is just my opinion. At least they got very good ratings. Nice ratings, especially the 5/5  Also just noticed that they are now 716/2000 ETH raised. Quickly approaching half way! Nice to hear that 716ETH raised yet. Also Bitfence is always deserved to this kind of rating and I am expecting bitfence will consider soon in highly rated top ICO's. I think they would need some marketing tricks to boost the sale. But also on the other hand there is plenty time left with more than a month. I think it is very doable. I think the marketing that would be of use at the moment of the CEO doing interviews and the likes. More than a month left and almost half of the 2000 eth raised, a new strategy might help but still if this pace continues their goal will be attained. |

What was the early ico price ? I once read that the price was rised after a certain time. What was it in the beginning of the ICO ?
That's correct. Price was increased as step by step. Now once sale will start then token price will be 2USD(1Kwatt ≈ 2.00 USD). I am not sure exactly remembered but beginning price was 0.75$. It should be 1$ if my memory serves me right it's currently at 1.75$ before July 3 days pre-listing Telegram add a friend bounty still ongoing, another means of amassing a lot of token for oneself  It actually started originally at $0.50, so those who got in super early are loving life now lol. Do you still know roughly how many tokens were sold for $0.50? Because that's quite a big bonus compared to the price now in the upcoming prelisting sale. Wow.. Those who bought earlier are now dancing to the moon. Compare that price to the 2usd meant for the 3 days pre-listing that's a lot of profit. Hope this won't affect the price of kwatt token once they get listed due to dumping from early investors? |

I just took a quick look at their Whitepaper. Sounds really interesting. Just one thing I don't totally understand. The platform is built on Stellar but the tokens are on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC20)?
You are right the whitepaper and the project looks very promising. What I found on page 16 " SEED is a standard ERC-20 utility token. By holding SEED on the Superbloom platform, you are considered a member. Members have the ability to read due diligence and purchase tokens from our pipeline of projects." From what I understand, you need SEED to get access to the platform. I'm yet to get the whitepaper despite my registration already, what am I doing wrong? I signed up with my email address since yesterday Surprisingly me too, i can only view the whitepaper on my browser but there's no way of downloading it for easier access. Maybe i would try it again on another browser and see the outcome. |

Of course it should, the basic thing is the softcap which have been reached, it means whatever they need for the development of the project has beh attained, hardcap is giving it more power to achieve much more... You get it? Oh yes, I get that! It's just I've seen some really promising projects not go ahead before when they haven't hit hard cap! That is weird. Usually, like Nathan01 said, only the softcap matters. The amount of the softcap is calculated that as soon as the project reaches it, the ICO is considered successful and they have enough funds to develop their product. A hardcap is often just in place to limit the funding process. Thinking about it, the couple of times I have seen it, those projects were relatively low key start ups to be fair who had solid concepts etc but maybe too ambitious for their size and capital. It may well be that they moved the goalposts so to speak. As mentioned, a softcap is the key and i'm probably being paranoid with the hardcap haha. They still have phase 4 of the ICO now so hopefully they reach the hardcap as well. I haven't seen it happen actually but I don't imagine bittwatt stopping the project because the hardcap wasn't reach. That reminds me was bittwatt able to sell all the tokens of the phase 3 ico? |

Vanig is focusing on accepting only VANIG tokens and fiat as part of first product roll out. BTC and other top crypto's will be planned for later roll outs.
I understand where they are coming from and it's quite good... Make the platform accustomed to Vanig or fiat and with time integrate other payment features, so customers gets to know dealing in Vanig is basically with Vanig token... Nice initiate it also makes a constant demand for the vanig tokens if they are the only way of buying from the site, that's always good. For the upcoming MVP next week they will only accept VANIG tokens. I think they will still be on testnet and the idea of the MVP is to reflect the idea they have and show the follow of the system. We should be looking at a beta sometime after. Either case I hope conversion to VANIG would be made easy to simplify the purchase and access to the token. If you do not have vanig token an exchange will be set up on the site where you can convert your fiat and other crypto currencies to vanig tokens. I imagine it won't be a difficult process process. |

I see that this project has a short roadmap that is not going to be taking long to complete. I like that, because some on some projects it will take a few years to start their project.
I can imagine.. The project isn't actually a complicated one that can take too long to implement and after the implementation the roadmap will be reviewed to come up with a new one to plan for the future after implementation. |

That is a reasonable expansion plan given they were able to pull 2 plants so far. If they 2 plants break even expansion would not be a problem. I think it would all down to the available funds to actually start those otherwise it going to take longer until the business is sustainable.
The concept is solid, its just for them to maintain the cash flow and reinvestment plan to expand additional plants, i'd like to see them modernize the plants as they go along for the plants they buy instead of build as i'd imagine they aren't exactly the most modern platforms, can't wait to see some videos with the plants flying the 4new logo big and bold. Are they really buying all the plants? I don't know how much you have to pay for a working waste-to-energy plant but I can imagine it to be quite a lot. Maybe partnerships with other plant-operating companies could be a cheaper solution? To my knowdledve their purchasing them, that’s why it’s 2 to start that’s what they budgeted for and the. Eventually they will reinvest from the first plants to expand the number of plants that they have to grow the business as part of the reinvestments Okay, I see. Owning the plants definitely has its benefits, too. I am just wondering how they will manage to have enough money to buy up to 22 more plants in the future. Will they reinvest their part of the profit from the first 2 (3) plants completely into new plants? It is not going to be an easy one. My personal opinion on this is that they will need to generate enough from the first two plants. or seek investments. Keep in mind that running the plants is not really that costly given the raw or core material is for free (waste). When I say not that costly I mean they usually don't end up spending as much as the traditional energy factories. It going to be difficult to pull this due to how popular their power plants become. But 4new have got ways of generating funds and i think through that they will be able to raise more money to purchase those plants. |

Sure, they have been present at Future Banking, a Wall-Street event focused on digitalisation and innovations in the banking and payments industry. Major companies such as: VISA , Revolut, Monzo werepresent at the event. this is just the start of Bitwatt Yes and the gap between the softcap and the hardcap is not big at all they can easily reach their hardcap with these events and achievements. I think if Bittwatt announce another effective partnership with some bing companies, hardcap will be reached within minutes. I am looking forward for such announcement. Fingers crossed. I don't think it will be very effective in the closing stage of this phase 3 compared to it's effect on the beginning stage of the last phase of the ico. |

Great to see and hopefully can bring Vanig to a success Yeah, this is for sure great news. MGX and iFashion seem to be the first trade marks which product will be sold via Vanig platform, and iCommerce may be a logistics partner for deliveries. Nice prospect of development is seen from this point. Nice to see some partnership announcements from Vanig. Its really long way to go for them and I am sure they are heading in right direction. Congratulations team. They are really heading in the right direction and i would love to see them compete with companies like alibaba and Amazon but they still have a long way to go. |

Will look forward to seeing the progression on this one in 2018 I get the feeling they were able to pull of the quick turn around because they raised so much so fast, thats the good part of crypto once they get the crypto its available to use and spend, they dont have to wait for checks to clear or wire transfers to process from investors, they just get the crypto and can then do with it as they please to make commitments like the plant purchases. Yup, two plants already producing 10 MW of energy together, with plans for 22 plants in total in the next 5 years! 22 power plants in the next 5 years? you must be kidding! And in all there should be mining farms? These must be unimaginable hashrates, and we ICO investors are going to earn us golden noses! (if there is this proverb in English) Really? 22 more power plants are planned? But these won't be all new plants but partnerships with already operating ones, right? Do we already know the locations these "22 plants" are going to be? in the UK? or in EU that would give us a lot of profit. I don't think its already known. Good reminder to pick up some last coins on the cheap including the 10% bonus. I'm sure hardcap will be hit within phase 4 ( no bonus included) Next phase is starting in another 10+ hours. Anyone has an idea of how the mvp would be opened to the public? I understand it is next week however I am curious if we will be able to purchase items off it? would it be functional MVP? I think if it allows purchases that would be a real success.
Lots of questions being asked about the vanig mvp supposed to be released this week, i do not think it will be functional as it is just like a unfinished product with some features but not all the features vanig will be offering. |

Great project with solid team background composition. Hoping for your miner in desktop is friendly to both x32 bit and X64 bit system. So excited to try this. Goodluck team.! to the moon!
It should be very friendly to at least the 32bit OS version if not all. Since, the 64bit can efficiently run the 32bit apps. Also I think there are more of windows users than Mac OS users thus they just have to make sure the guys their best on windows. I am not sure what programming language they have used or are using in the system but I am guessing it is a cross platform one something like python or java. I've seen their twitter post of the hardware device they are working but am still waiting for news on the software and where it is at. I think the miner will be compatible with both the x32 bit and X64 bit system. Anyways I'm waiting for the release date and also is there a demo or video illustrating how this works Yes it considering bitfence doesn't know the bit of the system interested parties will be using, this should be deployed on both 32 and 64 bit system. I haven't seen anything about a tutorial video they might be working on one already |

Superbloom looks unique, I haven't had time to go through the whitepaper paper thoroughly, this project looks promising.
It Actually feels very unique and there seems to be a lot of benefits by just holding seed tokens on the superbloom platform. This is surely a project for the serious minded hodlers. |
