21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 'Who's Buying this Shit?', Episode #1: AXS on: February 16, 2024, 04:18:55 PM
The growth of the token happened in the bull market, like other cryptocurrencies, that's all. Now the game is unheard of and it's not worth waiting for something like this, it would be very stupid.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing a money on: February 14, 2024, 04:42:06 PM
Let's assume we have a) $5000 b) $10000 c) $15000 to invest, what do you suggest?

If we consider long-term investments, then definitely bitcoin. If you want to play roulette, you can invest in altcoins, which are at the peak of popularity. Everyone chooses their own altcoins, but I would invest in nascent projects with instant token sales after listing.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Upcoming altcoins on: February 14, 2024, 04:19:17 PM
In general, we can sum up: all altcoins that have recently been released will not give investment income in a long time, so they cannot be held for a long time. All altcoins need to be changed to Ethereum or bitcoin after a successful sale.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DaddyDoge (DD) Worth Investing In? Let's Debate its Potential to Reach $1.00 on: February 14, 2024, 04:06:45 PM
To be honest, I'm tired of seeing ads for unknown tokens through the placement of topics about new cryptocurrencies. It's just ridiculous and unrealistic to reach a price of $1. The trading volume on the only pancakeswap exchange is $ 146.61, draw your own conclusions. For example, the Fantom blockchain reached a price of $ 3, and now it is trading at 0.43, so why should memcoin reach a price of $ 1?

26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best way make your Bitcoin anonymous right now? "Mixers"? on: February 13, 2024, 01:48:58 PM
No!! Mixers don't work anymore, stay away from them. There is an easy way:

1 - get a Monero wallet (feather or mymonero)

2- get the tor browser

3- Swap your bitcoin for Monero (XMR). The best no-kyc exchange I think is xchange.me, they only charge 1%. They have a great tor website. Navigate here with your tor browser:

http://xmxmrjvjw3drvegm7m5gpqp3bsgp3x3bgc2x7jc76cacr74jhdwop7id.onion

4- Once you get the monero, movie it to a second monero address.

Because of how Monero works, your crypto is now fully anonymous. You can now swap it back for bitcoin or any other crypto, and your coins are untraceable.

This is a 100% way, since I watched an interview with a man in uniform and he talked about exactly such a money laundering scheme.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You will burn on: February 13, 2024, 01:38:06 PM
I also prefer Bitcoin for my investments; it's my main one, accounting for over 85% of my total cryptocurrency portfolio, and is aimed at long-term holding for the upcoming 5 years. However, it's also a matter of preference. Although the DCA strategy has been proven to be the most effective so far for long-term investments, some people prefer altcoins for quick profits. Even though the pump and dump scheme is extremely risky, it's a popular method for some quick cash.

Take a look at Binance's launchpad coins; all of them are boosted the second they're listed on the exchange. Even though I'm a huge Bitcoin fan, taking advantage of these tokens has yielded great returns in a short period of time. This summarizes that investors sometimes are after different things; just because Bitcoin seems like the safest option doesn't mean it's the only one.

I agree with you, bitcoin is the safest and best choice for us but it is not the only choice. Bull season is approaching and we all know that there will be a lot of altcoins doing well and it would be a waste if we stuck with bitcoin and wasted the opportunity with altcoins. Like atlcoin called INJ, quite a few people missed it but I bought it for 10$ and now it is trading for almost 40$ in just a short time. This is just one altcoin among hundreds that are bringing significant profits, why are people so stuck with bitcoin and ignore good opportunities to increase capital?

Investing in altcoins during the bear season is very bad but we are gradually entering the bull season, let's not miss these great opportunities but make the most of them, the opportunity will not come many times if we do not know how to seize it.

It all depends on the market. For example, in 2017 there was a strong growth of altcoins, you could earn a lot of money. ICOs of new successful projects were also held, on which people earned a lot of money. But, I realized one thing - you can make money on Altcoins, but not in the long term. If we consider long-term investments, then you need to choose bitcoin.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need more influencial women in crypto to help the gender embrace it? on: February 13, 2024, 01:21:15 PM
When we talk about influencial names in crypto aside the greatest of the greatest like Satoshi Nakamoto and Vitalik Buterin, we hear names like Chanpeng Zhao, Justin Sun, Barry Silbert and the rest. I have only come across few female names which are quite unpopular if you ask me. Names like Caitlin Long, Cathie Wood and Elizabeth Stark are few names that rings a bell out of the thousands names one can find. Do you think there are more influencial women in crypto, this will help to encourage more women into adopting cryptocurrency? Perhaps there are some which are doing really great but we haven't got to hear their names.

Many women are engaged in cryptocurrencies and quite successfully, I personally know a few. My opinion is that the names of men are well known, because men have always been behind the greatest discoveries, inventions and innovations in any field, that's how this world works. I don't want to offend women in any way, but there are statistics.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Excessive Bitcoin fees on: February 12, 2024, 06:43:25 PM
What will happen when only large institutions can afford to use Bitcoin's blockchain, due to rising fees? Won't this centralize the network if most can only trade bitcoin on centralized exchanges?

It's very simple, there will be a massive outflow of capital into other cryptocurrencies and bitcoin will cease to be No. 1.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Digital Real Estate: Is it worth it? on: February 12, 2024, 06:30:09 PM
I think it's just a pointless trend like NFT. I wouldn't try that out if I didn't have thousands of dollars that I could lose.

Digital real estate is a very questionable investment nowadays, but perhaps in the future we will change our mind. Remember the movie Ready Player One, there was a developed meta universe.
But, do not touch NFT, many professional artists earn money from this, of course, in addition to them, many people sell pixel images, affecting the market in a negative way.
In any case, NFTs have been given the opportunity to show their talent as an artist all over the world, and pixel NFTs will simply disappear over time, since no one needs them.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to convert my SMT token to BTC on: February 12, 2024, 06:16:38 PM
No one knows what kind of token it is, you have not written the address of the contract, so the conclusion is that this is another shitcoin and you will not be able to buy bitcoin for it.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you were Satoshi Nakamoto, what would you do? on: February 11, 2024, 06:38:09 PM
Have you ever wondered that Satoshi Nakamoto could simply lose access to his wallet because his hard drive flew or his computer burned down. There are many ways to lose access to your wallet. Maybe he can't do anything with his bitcoins because he doesn't have access to them. And you wonder why he doesn't do anything with them.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold? on: February 11, 2024, 06:12:33 PM
As far as I think exchange based tokens are worth holding it will depend on the investor's own decision. Now everyone is buying and selling more exchange tokens than exchange tokens in the market, finding it profitable. Good Tokens will be available all the time or at any fixed time. Good exchange coins will be profitable and gain popularity slowly if held for a certain period of time.
one of the most important factors for determining the price of an exchange coin is the exchange itself. If people's trust in the exchange falls and the value of transactions on the exchange also falls, then it is certain that coin prices will also fall. and how worthy an exchange coin is to invest in depends on how much confidence there is in the exchange backing it.

There is one undeniable advantage to holding exchange tokens, it is participation in Launchpool and Launchpad, thanks to which investors earn very well. This cannot be denied.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Inverse Cramer Strikes Again on: February 11, 2024, 05:56:54 PM

So what do you think? Does Cramer's endorsement of Bitcoin mean something terrible is about to happen? ETFs rejected or delayed, institutions pulling out? Or is it all just a superstition?

He's just a windbag who's not worth listening to. Think with your head and analyze, and don't listen to fools.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first Bitcoin on: February 10, 2024, 06:15:12 PM

Long time ago I was working so hard to buy Bitcoin but I couldn't because I had no job, but starting from this
month of January I have gotten a new job that pays me 5 figures a month and I just use $110 from my salary to buy Bitcoin,so as today is the last day of the month I just bought Bitcoin with part of my salary.
However, I bought it from a 3rd party through the help of a co-worker at my working place.

So, is it safe for me to store my coin there or is there any other wallet I can use to store my coins? I know of electron but apart from the electron is there any other wallet which is safe?.
My profile shows that I am still new on Bitcointalk and I would say with my actions I am very interested in learning more about the accumulation process so I can gain more Bitcoin.

The answer is obvious, just look up and you will see a link to a new bitcoin wallet. Especially for people like you, they publish the latest version of the wallet, at the very top of the forum.

36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the benefits of cryptocurrency to the illiterate people on: February 10, 2024, 06:03:46 PM
What are the benefits of cryptocurrency to the illiterate people?

And what benefit can bitcoin bring to illiterate people as opposed to literate ones? This is a completely stupid question. Bitcoin gives all people the opportunity to invest and use decentralized money. Whether a person is literate or not does not mean that he cannot understand the basic meaning of cryptocurrency, this is the whole secret of bitcoin's success.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is technology really important for investment decisions? on: February 08, 2024, 05:41:38 PM

I want to hear your opinion on this issue:
  • Are you entering the crypto market to pursue technology or profit?
  • For you, is the project's technology important to the investment decision?

Everyone wants money, so everyone invests in cryptocurrencies that are well-known and have the most capitalization. If technology were more important for everyone, then bitcoin would have long ago been pushed off the pedestal by more technological and modern projects, of which there are a lot, but this is not happening.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's stupidity to have thousands in Bitcoin using a software wallet on: February 08, 2024, 05:31:48 PM
Definitely, it’s always advised that if you have big investment in bitcoins and if you are planning to hold it for long terms, then it’s better to use hardware wallet or specifically Trezor wallet. But if you have small amount to hold, then trezor can be expensive to own. In this case software wallet or electrum is sufficient. Depending on the amount you holding, you should adjust the security accordingly.

If there is a lot of money, then the option with two wallets is the most acceptable. Keep a large amount in a hardware wallet, and the money for current expenses in a software wallet.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Decrypt wallet.dat (lost password) on: February 08, 2024, 05:14:36 PM
I'm sure the password is written down somewhere. Maybe in your father's phone or somewhere on the computer. After all, he had to be safe and write it down, in case he forgot the password himself. So just look for it. And it will not be possible to find a password if you do not know at least some of the characters.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many new projects are now available for users for testing on: February 07, 2024, 06:35:29 PM
Already you have finished working from several bounty programs but most of them are absolutely death projects and my seor you still haven't got good money. Many such projects will come and promote but very little bounty will give you money. This year I have done some memecoin bounties and also received some payments worth like 2-3-4$. What do you think will be your exchange fees with this money.

I'll tell you a terrible secret - in 2017, there was the same situation with the value of altcoins when I was just starting to participate in bounty companies. You just need to learn how to choose good projects. 90% are shit coins.
