They havent given any date yet, but i believe they wont implement it soon, they are currently working on the ios/android version.

You will always be able to stake, just masternodes will also get tx fees and or maybe a higher % reward annually.

Thats unfortunate. You should try and write every password you could have used on a piece of paper and go through them step by step.

Masternodes arent yet implemented. You will get the same reward as a masternode by just having the wallet online and unlocked.
