Of course not,why would these projects can manipulate your own decision? you still have freedom to choose to invest or not,doesnt matter if the project is legit or a potential scam because what matters is,if you are doing your research you wont be joining any potential scam projects because you know the risk of losing your money.
quite right. it is your own decision, anyhow. bounty campaign just widen a number of potential ICO participants. and in distinction from usual ads its not so beautiful to manipulate |

Good question. DogRacing is a parimutuel betting system based on percental cryptocurrency token/coin value change during selected period of time. You win the entire pool from everyone who bets against you. Even the slightest increase could give you decent profit  More details in the upcoming whitepaper. The most successful bounty program to promote at the forum bitcointalk.org. There is a huge long-established community that has gathered to earn money on ICO. Social networks are also good, but there is not exactly the target audience.
Agree with you. For most of people ICO, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and bounty programs are unknown and very strange words. bitcointalk is the best way I think, but if we are talking about social networks it would be better to pay to concrete popular content makers |

FB and Twitter are big international corporations. of course they try to minimize their risks. I think this situation will not change before governmnets will set transparent and clear rules and regulations.
