21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DLRS Airdrop. Your opinion. on: October 27, 2020, 07:17:44 AM
What they gave was DLRS Token not fiat $ and we all already know that the price will not possibly be $1 / DLRS. Yobit has been holding airdrops like this very often before, and I don't think it's a problem.
This may not be a problem, but the problem is quite different. The problem is that they posted an ad on their home page that said that anyone who registers will receive $ 1,700. I don’t think that this phrase can be interpreted in any other way !!! And if so, then they have made this commitment. But they did not fulfill it. I haven’t seen any disclaimer anywhere else with explanations that these will not be real dollars at all. For these reasons, I consider this to be a real scam.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: October 27, 2020, 06:53:26 AM
In the process of trying to be a future whales you could lost everything, trust me this got me no where and I realized that I've lost tons of money because I was never contented, be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say 'im gonna be rich in 3 years later' this is 1% out of 100% chance that it's ever going to happen, remember, been rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living a good life is.
These are the right words. Those who are chasing untold riches as a rule are always left with nothing. And the one who is reasonable, chooses the best ways for investment and is able to be content with little, the one who is able to stop in time, having earned enough - he will always remain on his right way and at the same time will be completely satisfied.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / DLRS Airdrop. Your opinion. on: October 27, 2020, 06:48:14 AM
The Yobit Exchange recently launched an airdrop with some strange coins, which they called DLRS. This is doubly strange, because they accompanied this promotion with a very unambiguous inscription, which said that anyone who signs up will be paid $ 1,700.

I don't quite understand the reason why they chose this name, because in fact these coins have nothing to do with real dollars, and also cost - tens times cheaper than a dollar. In my opinion, the Yobit exchange, as usual, tried to cash in on gullible people in order to exploit their gullibility, forcing them to write 200 Shocked posts on the altcoinstalks forum.

The above facts once again confirm my opinion that this exchange is a fraudsters. If I knew in advance that the labors of my efforts would end up costing about $ 20, I would send them to hell with this DLRS.

What is your opinion on this matter?
24  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: After a long journey.. on: October 26, 2020, 11:54:46 AM
The majority of people who have recently registered on this forum will find it completely unnecessary to load themselves with writing on this forum just to get the opportunity to have an avatar. Let's be honest with each other - having an avatar does not in any way indicate that someone is cooler. This is just a prerequisite in order to participate in a large number of different bounties that have appeared recently. For ordinary people who are not interested in participating in the bounty, an avatar is not needed at all.

Despite all this, it is still worth noting your efforts to achieve a new rank. For many, this will be just a model of endurance!) Please accept my congratulations !)
25  Other / Archival / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: October 26, 2020, 11:46:17 AM
I think that three years after the 2017 hype, a very large number of investors have become much more cautious. And in general - a huge number of sane people understands perfectly well that this whole epic with defi projects is, by and large, another hype, and most of them will turn out to be a scam.
26  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginning with Crypto on: October 26, 2020, 11:41:27 AM
Training using a demo account is the same as using a rubber woman for lovemaking. In a real situation, and especially if you will trade using large amounts of money, everything will not be quite the same as when you train with a demo account. For this reason, I would advise you to train with small amounts rather than using a demo account. Train in reality, but limit yourself to, for example, the size of the deposit - no more than $ 20-50.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Max Keiser interview prediction of bitcoin change after US election and more on: October 25, 2020, 08:07:36 AM
Max Kaiser's thoughts on the fact that defi projects are a carefully repackaged scam - I more than agree on that. Of the hundreds of these projects, only a couple of percent will actually be needed. The rest is junk that nobody needs. Regarding the rapid rise in the price of bitcoin if Biden is elected, I am sure that whoever gets elected, bitcoin will still grow quite quickly. Regardless of whether it is Biden or Trump will remain for a second term.
28  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your perception matters on: October 23, 2020, 12:16:10 PM
One thing is for sure - forum = Bitcoin, the forum would never have become a magnet for so many hundreds of thousands of people if the price of bitcoin would not be so high. Many professionals, developers, owners or creators of cryptocurrency projects communicate here - they are the real backbone of this forum.
The bounty participants also add activity to the forum to a large extent - without them the forum would not be so full. All this obeys one simple rule - where there is money, life will seethe there!)
29  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2FA HW security keys, Yubikey&such. on: October 23, 2020, 12:05:36 PM
Yubikey is great - I bought my first Yubikey back in 2016, but the problem is that I didn't fasten it to my keychain and ended up losing it after a couple of months. Since then, I regularly use my Trezor as a second factor. If someone is not in the know, then I remind you that any Trezor, in addition to the function of a wallet for cryptocurrencies, can be used as a second factor for authentication. Very convenient indeed.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: October 23, 2020, 12:00:51 PM
An absolutely correct post. If projects at the bounty stage finally begin to pay for the services of bounty participants in US dollars or some stablecoins, then this will certainly contribute to an increase in the price of the project's tokens after they appear on the exchanges.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Darkside Hackers donating Bitcoins on: October 22, 2020, 07:35:37 AM
I believe there is no need to reject the donation made by these hackers. For a charity, it shouldn't make any difference who sent them the money. In fact, if you begin to deeply understand who could be the owner of this or that money, it may turn out that at a certain stage practically any money could participate in some illegal schemes, but this does not prevent us from receiving change every day in the store with this money. Therefore, I see no problem for them to accept this money.
32  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can i earn merit very quickly? on: October 22, 2020, 07:25:04 AM
There are no "quick fixes" for getting merit. That's the whole trick that merit can only be obtained if you purposefully and systematically will create the posts, that the community will find useful and informative. There are no other options to quickly become a member.
33  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New phishing campaign uses Coinbase email on: October 21, 2020, 06:53:27 PM
I am a little surprised why Coinbase does not use an anti-phishing code, like Binance does. It's so simple. If you receive an email from Binance and see your own anti-phishing code in the first line of this letter, then you are 100 percent sure that this is an authentic email. Why not adopt this simple method? This would save everyone from phishing once and for all.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better using DAI or USDT? on: October 21, 2020, 06:49:27 PM
Honestly, I'm ashamed to admit it, but I still don't know what an DAI is. I use USDT all the time when I need to freeze my assets. I'm so used to doing this that I'm too lazy to even ask about some alternatives. Perhaps this is not correct) You must always have some kind of fallback.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why hesitate ???? on: October 21, 2020, 06:44:58 PM
Things that are explained by the topic creator actually take place. A huge number of investors, due to the fact that they do not have the slightest idea in exchange trading, miss the opportunity to sell their assets at a completely acceptable price. This comes from a lack of experience. But it is thanks to such situations that people get the experience they need in the future.
36  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ToS, do you read it before using new platforms? on: October 20, 2020, 09:58:16 AM
I think that the bulk of ordinary users simply do not read the terms of the user agreement, as a rule, people tend to trust the platform, provided that someone from their relatives or friends also uses this platform. The user agreement is read by 5-10 percent of users. These are the statistics.
37  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance bot for new listed coins on: October 20, 2020, 09:54:28 AM
If everything were so simple with Binance, it would probably make sense to create such a bot. But since Binance has its own complex system of admissions to exchange trading (you need to have a certain number of BNBs in your account in order to participate in the competition), creating a bot that will not take into account these factors will make no sense. Or it turns out that this bot will buy only those coins that will inevitably fall in price every time.
38  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: October 20, 2020, 09:33:36 AM
Lossless trading is something completely unreal. I have not heard that someone succeeded in trading and at the same time had absolutely no losses. If topic starter wants to have absolutely no risks and no losses in trading, then it is easier for him to take the money to the bank, it will be much safer. Alternatively, many platforms now offer stacking. At a pretty good percentage. This can be a safe alternative to trading.
39  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how do i earn merit, to be a member? on: October 19, 2020, 04:34:03 PM
Alas, the old rules about 30 posts no longer apply. For the person who created this topic, this will probably be a big surprise, he does not even suspect that from now on he will have to think a lot with his head and write a lot of "correct" posts)

Anyone who did not have time to board this train on time will now have to buy tickets at a completely different price) I think we will meet more than once those who will be disappointed that the new merit system does not allow you to quickly pump account ranks.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Metamask phishing site on: October 19, 2020, 04:21:02 PM
Wow. Someone who is not as attentive and not as knowledgeable in these matters as you are will certainly fall into this trap. As soon as a new wave of interest from users arises in the cryptocurrency space, new tricks immediately arise from hackers. Thanks for posting this.
