А мне кажется, что сейчас нужно брать процесс создания продукта в жесткие рамки, а не говорить, что это завис от того-то, будем стараться и т.д.
У нас есть опыт работы с разными рынками по другим продуктам, именно поэтому говорить, что мы запросто войдём с новым продуктом в Азию, это будет, мягко говоря неправда или необоснованная уверенность :-) Например, в Японии есть свои "аксакалы", которые дают или нет "добро" на вхождение в их рынок. Задача непростая, в одиночку её не осилить. Наши партнёры не просто помогают нам, два руководителя японской компании возглавляют наш проект, что помогает решить задачу. Но и этого недостаточно, нам придется пройти сертификацию продукции, затем, проверку безопасности компании, что займет не менее 6 месяцев. Я приблизительно понимаю этот механизм. Просто нужна решительность поставить дэдлайны проекту. Конечно же, основываясь на аналитике всех возможных проблем и их решений. |

- опытная партия;
- предсерийная партия;
- серия.
Попробуем всё уложить в 2019 год, многое зависит партнеров, от обратной связи с аудиторией и т.д.

Мне кажется, что один год - это слишком оптимистичный прогноз... Спасибо за ваше мнение! Капы мы выбирали, исходя из реального бизнес-плана, с которым работали в период приватного пресейла с бизнес-ангелами. При этом, рассматривались два варианта развития событий: оптимистичный и не очень :-) Софт кап выбирался так, чтобы при достижении этой границы мы могли выпустить хотя бы опытную партию. Верхняя граница позволяет ускорить запуск серийного производства. Будем рады видеть вас среди наших инвесторов или сотрудничать в другом аспекте.
