I wish I would have bought double the ETH I did when it was at $84 a coin. I got a $100 worth when it was at $84.62 a coin. I intend to HODL it till it goes back up over $400. After it reaches that I'm going to get more TRON with it. I have been using Binance for my exchange. I'm US-based, so I have to buy ETH through Coinbase then send it over to Binance to exchange for TRON.
TRON is also a very good investment, and the exchange can be done, but I do not see any sense in it. Just compare the graphs of these two cryptocurrencies. You will see that Ethereum is growing steadily and faster than TRX. |

when i compare the markets with the bullish trend years ago i get a bit confused.
the growth always came along with bitcoin but when i see the altcoin today the growth is a bit (how i might say that...?) ridiculous...
will this change or will the volume still be so low? 24hr highs and lows variated beetween dollars back in the day at 100m coins but
today it grows a few 0,x1-3 at a btc pump and then everything is falling apart back at one little red day. the altcoin market feels a bit like a sick patient to me that trys to get revived by a lot of effort but every little stop its dieing again...
Why should you compare these years? Crypto market is unique - its life has been changing constantly. I do not think that the situations that happened before should repeat. Alts grow (most of them), and at least this fact is cool. |

There is no point in such comments because it is all about trading and those who are interested in any coin can trade with that without any restrictions. In the current situations, the Bitcoin holds the first priority for traders to get the maximum profit of it by holding their coins for some time more. Those who have not decided to sell their coins in bear market are now in profit which is called perseverance. Holding Bitcoin will bring you profit finally, but you can trade actively altcoins. Choose tokens that are in top-100, and do not better work with shitcoins that are even supposed to dump. |

Bitcoin bubble will continue to blow bigger and will no burst in the next two generation to come, that is what make it different from other bubble in history. Bitcoin is here to stay and I will never refer to it as a bubble because it is not bitcoin is a currency traded on so many market around the globe with decent value against other currencies.
It is not correct to speak about Bitcoin like a bubble, as bubbles burst always. As you say yourself, BTC will not do it in the nearest time. Soon, crypto will be recognized as an alternative currency. |

Steem was on the top when it was about 6 dollars. Now, the cryptocurrency is pretty weak, but when Bitcoin grows greatly, Steem can follow it. However, I cannot call it the best possible gainer. |

it is not unexpected, 2018. the market reached its peak at the end of 2017. Next, it will definitely fall to the bottom. this year, the market will gradually rise to the next generation peak. this is the law of the market, in my opinion.

Does anyone have any Top 100 marketcap coins worth looking at?
Not so much interested in Ethereum killers, DAPP Platforms, coins like XRP, LTC.
On the market a lot of promising coins , I'd take those coins which had large growth , for example eos lsk tron xlm, the main thing is not to invest all the money in these coins to hold in Fiat money part of the funds we have to choose coins that have developtment progress on their blockchain .moreover if they could create smart contract like ethereum platform.and eos tron xlm could be good coins for us for long term investment.someday will occur projects that will using their platform and it will create demand If you hope to get the fastest profit, it is worth choosing new tokens, which are very cheap yet. At least 30% of them will run up. Therefore, you can make money. But this is a great risk also. |

I do not invest in ICOs but not because they are dead. Simply it takes too much time to understand if I can trust the project. And the mistake happen. It is better to trade - it is more honest.

Wait for the next IEO on Binance or on the leading exchanges. It is very hard to make an investment through the same, and if you get a chance in few days time while it get listed to the exchange there will be some good increase in the market price. This will probably get good profit on the investment, and if lucky might get a 5x growth of investment.
The newbie can use this money to buy cheap altcoins with great market capitalization like Cardano and TRON. Do not make a mistake and do not invest in hype tokens as you will lose. |

It's clear that every developer and team behind project want to make their own coin more and more popular but what they do for it? Lately as I see everyone tries to create dice website specially for their own coin.
What do you think, is this good strategy? Why don't they try to make shopping website which only supports their coin? Or something similar of ebates? Why only dice when there is huge demand on shops too.
You need to know how to do it. I do not think that even 1/10 of the guys here can make these sites. To promote altcoins, they can simply share the best information about them with people. |

yep, and i believe soon or later IOTA will be in the TOP 10 crypto at coinmarketcap because in my opinion this altcoins is better than ADA and TRX regards IOTA has all chances to gain. I suppose that it is one of the best altcoins and it can be in the top-5 even. I am not sure about its price for this year as predictions never come true. |

Not as valuable as bitcoin. Even in this forum I can find dozens of people who are not familiar with Qtum. So, it's ridiculous to compare Bitcoin to Qtum.
However, Qtum can rise 100$ until the end of the year. The Qtum team is doing quality work.
if only people can read the ann thread of qtum and read for themselves about the tumultuous start of it in the forum... but i dont know if they really achieve their objectives atm. people should do their own research first to assess their potential. Qtum used to be very popular a year ago, but now, it is starting to lose its popularity. I do not know why. However, I think that this is a very profitable altcoin. It must gain a lot in 2 years. |
