U.S citizens are prohibited from joining any of these ICOs because the SEC does restrict these ICOs from accepting participants when the ICO has inside the U.S premises.But not those ICOs from residing outside the U.S as far as i know but those ICOs are still complying to the SEC's regulations just to be safe from the future problems.

Patience would be the only thing that we need to have when the bearish markt has come,it is needed in holding your coins so that we can prevent further loss whenever the market has failed,most of the newbie investors doesnt have good patience that is why they are panic selling which is wrong as they are going to lose a good opportunity to get these cheap altcoins in the market.

If we are talking about ethereum base ICO that will require erc20 tokens,you wont be able to particiapte without any ethereum address,but if you are with other platforms you should research which tokens you are going to receive so that you can create the appropriate wallet for the tokens,because you wont receive your tokens without your wallet. 

Not a good idea,because you will only lose your money if you did panci sell,because you are literally giving away your money to these big players who are responsible to these market manipulations,which is why we need to hold our coins to preven the market from falling rapidly,we shouldnt be selling at loss because we cannot recover those loss investments if we did sell in panic.

I dont think so,if bitcoin's value will still be manipulated the whole market wont improve,causing these altcoins to bleed more losing their values exponentially,bearish market is still in presense that is why it hard to predict what will happen in the near future.It might be pumped or it might be dumped but knows what will happen ?

Bull trap as far as i can see bitcoin's value is still declining,and the total marketcap is still decreasing which means the market is still in bearish movements.So you should be careful with your trades because anytime these big players can easily dump the whole market causing your portfolio to get rekt just to play safe,be patient.

That is what most of the people thought that ethereum wont fall below $500 but what happened? you should be doing technical analysis for you to know that it could go down to $100 if bitcoin's bearish movements will continue,do not be so sure without any facts! you as far as i can see it could be worst than $200 so we shouldnt be expecting too much in ethereum today.

Use either excel or google sheets so that you can easily check the progress of your bounty campaigns,i am using imtoken app from playerstore or istore but if you suspicous with these apps you should try ethplorer or etherscan so that you can manually check the rewards of the tokens of your mew addresses! these are the ones i am using and it saves me a lot of time from check each mew from time to time.
