21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Christmas And BTC? on: December 26, 2017, 07:23:04 PM
I was just wondering, to those experts on bitcoin, because I have seen that bitcoin suddenly lay low in going up, and now even plunges.  I needed your opinion.

Does Christmas or any holidays affects bitcoin?
Please elaborate. Thanks a lot
It seems that bitcoin for holidays will be low. And since February will begin to grow.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Yobit is a scam exchange on: December 26, 2017, 07:16:30 PM
Yobit is a scam they keep their Wallets on maintenance indefinitely and will not allow you to withdraw their old coins. I have been trying to withdraw my OMG coins without any luck for over 6 weeks now they don't respond to any of their support tickets or telegram Channel
Verbal accusations are not enough to say that the project is a scam. Provide evidence.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: December 26, 2017, 07:10:46 PM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
The matter is that now there is no critical situation. Therefore, in such a situation it is not difficult to keep them.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ENDING on: December 26, 2017, 07:02:05 PM
There are so many fork coming this end of year and by early month of January WEEK 1ST have another fork again what could happen to BTC, does BTC will fall.? What's your thought about it let me hear it form you! We should tackle this fork and have a discussion with.
There is a version, the more the altсoins, including the forks of bitcoins, the stronger and more stable the bitcoin will be. Of course, in the moment it can fall, but in the end it will always be in profit.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: market dropdown on: December 26, 2017, 06:55:18 PM
In the event that the price of bitcoin is 10 K, it is definitely worth buying more, since in the future we will not see this price.
I completely agree with you.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is real? on: December 26, 2017, 06:48:55 PM
That is what i find now on Reddit https://redd.it/7m7y6r now  Huh Huh Huh
Of course it's a fake. Or maybe not. Maybe Satoshi Nakamoto decided that no one would believe him and created a topic on his behalf, and no one believed him. Who knows.
27  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: December 26, 2017, 06:35:43 PM
Please forgive my cynicism.
I was offered bitcoins in I think 2010 when they were 50p each.
I was tempted to buy £200 worth but had been just lost £200 to a ponzi money scheme so decided against it!

I have seem recent reports saying they are now worth £2,500

Are these the same Bitcoins?
So would I be able to actually sell for cash or money in the bank?

Sorry to ask, but I see lots of people saying they are millionaires but don't think I have seen anyone with the actual money banked.

I mean, my 400 bitcoins would now be worth £1,000,000 and I could actually sell them for £1Million less commissions?

You gotta see I'm sceptical.
Please tell me I haven't made the biggest mistake of my life?
Briefly, yes you could become a millionaire.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bill Gates wasn’t joking when he said Bitcoin was better than Fiat Currency on: December 25, 2017, 05:42:07 PM
Recall when bill gates made that statement, he had seen the great future that bitcoin has and how it can help the global financial technology and now the price of bitcoin has quadrupled since he made the comment on bitcoin, as many people came in and saw the great potentials of bitcoin.

Bill gates made it clear that bitcoin is better than the currency because you do not have to stark physical currencies in a place for your transactions and start feeling insecure, and for large transactions,

Obviously, such an influential person as Bill Gates can contribute to the development and distribution of bitcoin.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting full time job payment in bitcoin ,anyone here? on: December 25, 2017, 05:31:17 PM
I wonder if there are anybody who is getting paid from their full time job full payment in bitcoin.
It will be nice concept and i know there are some company which allow you to buy bitcoin directly through the salary (mostly in europe).
Does anyone here have experience about this or getting paid like this ?
Among my circle of communication there are no such examples, but it would be great to meet and learn about this experience from someone.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency One world? on: December 25, 2017, 05:25:56 PM
Do you guys billieve that bitcoin will become the only one currency that can use as a mode of payment in the whole world? How is this become posible in the future?
Now it is difficult to say whether bitcoin will be a worldwide active means of payment. There are prerequisites for this, but there are enough obstacles. And only time will tell how it will actually be.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can any government ban Bitcoin? on: December 25, 2017, 05:14:10 PM
Bitcoin has been around the borders of financial markets for less than a decade, but is slowly gaining importance as an alternative asset class.
Can the government of any major country step in and do the unlikely?
At the current stage, there is hardly a technical opportunity to close the bitcoin. If the government wants, it will affect it legislatively - will do so that using bitcoin will be dangerous and not profitable.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin on webcam sites ? on: December 25, 2017, 05:04:49 PM

Of course, they can use bitcoin. How do they differ from other people with their services?
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of altcoins without Bitcoin on: December 24, 2017, 04:01:56 PM
Hello!

With the recent decrease in value of Bitcoin, the value of almost all the altcoins dropped too.
Now BTC is rising again and so are the altcoins.

I am thinking that if Bitcoin ever crashes, I mean completely drops to a very low value and when doesn't increase anymore.
Then the altcoins are going to drop too and won't have a high value anymore too, which means the cryptocurrency world will die.

Is my statement just nonsense or can it be correct?

I'm curious of what you all think will happen to the altcoins if BTC crashes for real.
I think there is a risk that most of the altcoins will not exist anymore. If bitcoin is dead, then it seems to me that Ethereum will remain, as a real alternative to any bitcoins (bitcoin, bitcoin сash, etc.). Of course, this is only an assumption.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is bitcoin on: December 24, 2017, 03:55:18 PM
What do you say when asked this question from a friend who has only heard its name mentioned a few times in the news and has no clue. I find myself lately taking the easy way out and suggesting google. I would prefer to give a clearer answer, but usually saying something leads to more questions and more confusion.
If someone could point me to a twitter type answer that would inform and twig their curiosity, i think it would be a better outcome.
Bitcoin is the idea of freedom and full control over your finances. He is more than money. To date, bitcoin is bitcoin, because it lives in our heads and hearts.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: December 24, 2017, 03:49:16 PM
Hey all check out my interview following segwit2x explaining why bitcoin is not dead!  https://humblyyourservant.com/2017/11/13/bitcoin-is-not-dead/

Would love any feedback!
Yes, bitcoin is dead. Dead and alive at the same time. And everyone decides for himself, on what side he is.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: McDonalds to accept Bitcoin by 2018 on: December 24, 2017, 03:33:02 PM
Excellent news for the Cryptocurrency market. This step shows that the business is turning in the direction of working with cryptocurrencies
I agree that this is a step in favor of the future of the whole of the Crypto-currency. If the commission for transactions is reduced, there is every chance in 2018 to buy lats in Starbucks or hamburgers in McDonald's for bitcoins.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Optimistic for 2018? on: December 24, 2017, 03:16:41 PM

The year is about to end in some days from now and we can be facing 2018 with some determination and joyful heart.
