I think stratis and waves are very good coins which can rise again with the rising prices of the many other coins. I feel bitcoin is too expensive to invest in atm, i was close to buying 5BTC back in September but thought it was expensive then (what a mistake)
I know it could still rise a lot more but with what i have available to invest, isn't gonna be life changing for me.
So I'm looking to invest and hodl altcoins and a lot of people seem to have faith in ETH even though the network had had problems recently.
Anyone think it still has good potential to rise a lot?
I think ethereum one of the best coins which can bring good profit. It is nearly impossible to guess when to make investment in crypto, but in my opinion, it is a very suitable time for thinking about eth. |

The hardest time to invest is in a bear market. You end up purchasing little amount of tokens for more ETH or BTC. But it's also a good time for projects to collect good sums of money during their crowdfunding, as ETH or BTC goes up, so does the value of the funds raised.
The question now is, will you invest in ICOs, or stick with investing in market dips (buy low, hodl and wait to go up and sell), or simply trade in bear markets?
In the bear season, I don't think on investing in ICOs a lot. Because I think there are many altcoins which have big possibilities to bring better profits than any other ICOs. |

Last year alts rise a lot. I dont know the average percentage. But when I check coins in the market at year 2013 lots of them dead now (too low ranks). probably new tech coins won them (like peercoin, namecoin, ixcoin etc) Also we are following new ICO s and most of us expecting too much gain from new coins which are not at the market. If our ICO expectations will happen, when they added to market, current market coins will go down. kind of paradox  I think expecting big things from the icos is not logical mainly. I think you can make good profit by holding some of your altcoins, but on the other hand, you should make your buying decision perfectly to have the best profit. |

so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?
I have not been trusting ICO coins, and fortunately, I don't need them for now. Because the prices are going very deep now and I think it is better to choose some classical and strong coins now. |

Bitcoin is currently trading at 6k but there has been a consistent prediction that before the year ends it will be up to 25,000. I want to know how many of you share in that optimism because at present, it's all bearish and nothing more.
If you want to make profit, you should just wait. The crypto prices have been having very volatile movements, and I think it is not impossible to see the price of bitcoin above very great values in the future. |
