If you check the price of bitcoin in the market,the price of bitcoin is also reduced.When ever the price of bitcoin is reduced,same will impact the price of altcoin.This is one of the main reason for the reduction in altcoin.This fluctuations made your friends to get some panic.If you had a opinion to inverse in altcoin,you have to consider as long term investment.

yes, because altcoins price in USD terms is depends on Bitcoin price in US dollar
and now when btc price drop altcoins price is drop too,
but in BTC terms, not all altcoins drop my friend,,

Well if those predictions are from famous crypto experts then their words are might be possible to happen as desired. Although i don't believe in predictions because for me the Crypto currency prices are really unpredictable but this is better that spreading an FUD that will just make the market to become worst. For me, 2019 is a long waiting that better we should expect a Crypto price bounce back before this year would end.

Well if those predictions are from famous crypto experts then their words are might be possible to happen as desired. Although i don't believe in predictions because for me the Crypto currency prices are really unpredictable but this is better that spreading an FUD that will just make the market to become worst. For me, 2019 is a long waiting that better we should expect a Crypto price bounce back before this year would end.

I honestly also don't want the price to fall to this severe. but I am sure that all of this cannot be separated from those who have large amounts of coins, and spread the FUD so that the price is destroyed, then they will again buy the coin-coins at a very cheap price. I still hope that 2019 will be the start of a beautiful year, more beautiful than the end of 2017. And hopefully the beauty starts at the end of this year.

you know why altcoins is dumping and its prices are always decreasing? check the market it because bitcoin is on dump. as you can see some alt coins relies only on the price of bitcoin. No question at all when bitcoin is dumping alt coins also will dump. it always happen every year ,its almost same scenario in the past years. But this year it has a big dump in the history in the bitcoin.  And last year was the biggest pump in history of bitcoin

Some alts are fantastic projects with great futures, others are okay, others are useless and will fail. It's not a case of saying all alts will do well or all will fail.
Many people, myself included, think that good alts will do very well in future simply because they have great use cases that generate huge benefits over existing solutions in real world situations. Look at ETH and smart contracts for a start, and think about how transformative it can be. Anything that is more efficient and more cost-effective than present solutions will surely do well.
