I think it's funny that they say that as if we had any control over shipping. They tried to send our miners out first to quiet and to point to it when we followed up with complaints we lodged about not receiving refunds, as if because they had now sent it some how retroactively nulls our legal request.
Yea Joshua Zipkin or his authorized representatives AMT are very quick to blame everyone but themselves for this mess. Like for instance blaming me the company is doing badly when it was already doing badly WAY before I even started getting into all this. Hell their problems started way back in the beginning of this year. I powered the miner up and within minutes miner 1 is pretty much dead. All 5 cards burned out. So obviously no testing was done there. I had to also provide my own PSU which was not what I agreed to. The second miner worked and over the next couple of weeks the cards systematically died to the point where there was one working card that also gave out a couple weeks later. I had two giant scraps of metal.

He exists. I spoke to him on the phone, and had email interactions with him. Different voice than Josh. So I know he is a different person. Whether is name is Jim Brown, that's a whole other thing. If there is a question to his identity, well we already see the sock puppet tactics here. Didn't Phin/Gleb have some info on this. Had a smoke or something outside the office when he visited way back when His name was Trevor or something not Jim? Pretty sure Phin had linked a video of him as well using a different name. |
