This is what supporters need to understand, that there is no 100% GPU/ASIC resistant. If it is profitable enough, engineers can build ASICs in secret and mine in secret. It's up to the developers to continuously innovate to make their coin GPU or ASIC resistant.

Same here.. mined since the pool is "working" again.. This is really annoying and I am starting to feel scammed. Are they joking with us, or why do they tell us the pool is fixed without even test it themselves? Are we the beta-tester for your pool problems? I am really almost done with this coin. Dev you should strongly consider to find another pool which lists you, as this current situation doesnt show your coin in a very good light. For now, many miners only lost time, paid electricity and got not even a penny as return of investment. Nobody put a gun to your head to mine in pool. You can mine solo. Or build another pool if you know how.  There was a big fork, pool went to wrong chain (havent time to examine, why), i have to verify all block in database, checking the sent payout, recalculate balances. Thats not a short time. i have real life job, i deal with crypto in my spare time. soon will be the good balances displayed. |

Good news the mining pool is back up!! Thanks Elbandi  Yes the pool is back, i backuped the database, and reset the balances. If i have time (i have IRL life too  ) , i'll puzzle out, what blocks are good and what blocks are kicked, what payouts was valid, etcetc, and correct the right balances. |

I noticed something interesting and I was wondering if someone can shed some light on it. I'm just curious.
I am mining in pool for a few weeks now and suddenly now there is address RDq*************** mining on over 100+ KH which is double than all others have together. I would assume that someone has a mighty machine(s) to get that hashes but I am more baffled that this address balance is always on 0 (ZERO) coins. Average daily income should be around 40K coins so either something is wrong or this address is getting so many coins that pool can not keep track of it.
No magic here. This address has ~50% hashrate of the round. if a block become available (after 360 confirm), he got ~60 roi from reward. thats mire than the payout limit, so his coins are sent out immediately, so his balance is 0. (=no coins are waiting for payouts) |

limit is always different, looks like a variable is uninitialized somewhere. edit: found it: https://github.com/ROIcoin/ROIcoin/blob/master/src/primitives/transaction.cpp#L210-L221the for loop doesnt make sense. result is always overwritten by new value. and if periods == 0, no loop running, so result variable is uninitialized. |

mindifficulty is 0.00244140625, multiply the desired difficulty by 65536, and use that in password. (0.01 diff -> diff_655 , 0.23 diff -> diff_15073, etc) |

Pool coinspool.cu.cc again increased the Minimum payment to 2000. Today there were 20 more coins. Please return Minimum payment to 20, because very long to dial 2000.
Dont panic, and please dont spread FUD! When the minimum payment is high, there is a reason for that, i'm working with the pool: checking the balances and payouts. If everything is okay, i release the payment threads, min payment back to normal. Elbandi |
