21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn from your mistakes on: September 07, 2018, 09:51:08 PM
Well this is good and we would learn that there is something in the process that isn't actually the same as that of the usual trading steps. I am as well interested in all of these knowing that we often get ourselves into  cryptocurrency. But it is not so clear for me what really happened after. Did you really lose your money or just got nothing and the process was more like canceled? Hope it should have been so clear to really warned people not to try it.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency? on: September 07, 2018, 09:39:39 AM
The word ready might mean variedly as there are things we should consider. First is the readiness of the people to accept it. Are the people really towards using it? Aside from laws that may interfere with its usage within a country we would be asking if people know how to use it safely and appropriately. Second, we are going to consider business for these matters. Are the businesses now using it as payments? Without usage from big companies the cryptocurrency might not be used as well in smaller eatablishments. Big companies lead smaller companies to use it. Third and maybe the biggest factor, internet connectivity anywhere anytime and computers or atm's for cryptocurrencies. If all are meet everything will be ok and ready.
23  Economy / Economics / Re: Weak Hands lose money, strong hands makes profits in this game! on: September 04, 2018, 01:38:58 PM
I can agree and both disagree on this idea. Professionals use stop loss level to avoid losing too much. Strong hands  as you said doesn't guarantee success, it is only good and always positive when market is favorable. So many investors had problem with these idea and are murmuring a lot because instead of gaining they did lose their money. While true it should have to be analyzed to allow reasonable inputs and not just the plain logic which will turn nonsense. Can you build a tower that will reach the heavens using wood? Certainly no, this means everything has to consider limitations. Strong hands won't take you there but your better analysis of things.
24  Economy / Economics / Re: how to save money? on: September 04, 2018, 08:15:18 AM
How about giving oneself a challenge to  succeed every end of the month or week maybe? Sometimes when goals are really determined this would certainly create a positive result because you would always try to make it happen. I guess this can help. "Challenge one self"
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Market is down. on: September 04, 2018, 12:38:51 AM
Yes it was really true, it had been down a bit long, The pump was due to the hype as people sees it as a big opportunity to gain. After learning something and getting a good analysis they just keep on withdrawing their money. It was sad for those who have had hopes of gaining after selling their houses as a worst case scenario. That is why investing in bitcoin and other cryptocurrency really needs a lot of analysis and research. You can not just jump in anything without really knowing or studying it well. Yet as of the current situation I believe their will come a time when prices will become stable and will go up again maybe some another 8 years from now. Quite long but I guess that would be the same time to recover really well. If you can hold maybe it would be better.
26  Economy / Speculation / Re: The value of Bitcoin is rising again? on: September 03, 2018, 04:44:38 PM
I think it is possible but for me it would seem not so good yet not until maybe january next year. Yet who knows? Many have been waiting for the pump up. Probably it will go up high again as the investors had been so eager to see it move up. Signs of these are almost a bit clearer by now for bitcoin.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand on: September 03, 2018, 08:22:00 AM
Have you encountered people who have problems using the computer? Well certainly cryptocurrency will be much more like it. Especially because it also involves the use of computers. Many still had little idea about what it is. And
because not all are into cryptocurrency, it will be hard for them to learn what it is. The doors to their minds are closed and it will be hard to teach. But should you wanted them to learn, then involve them and let them see how everything works. That is the only way I think that is the most efficient in teaching them.
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: September 02, 2018, 02:49:17 PM
Your question is answerable by both yes and no. It is very clear to understand that the situation depends on the person and not just on how generally bitcoin matters. We are all unique in every aspects that we have as a person so that we might have different views. Therefore, if a person thinks it is just a waste of time then it is true otherwise it is the opposite. When thinking negatively you will lose the motivation and wouldn't be able to see that you can benefit from bitcoin same as how others could have made it. On my opinion as I have observed, it is clear that bitcoin is a coin with so many utilizing it so that there is always a chance that you can gain profit from bitcoin investments.
29  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!! on: September 02, 2018, 12:07:56 PM
On some points I do see that you have the point. The idea of a see-saw is what seems to be a correct argument. Consider that while somebody gains profit after selling his coins, it could be that somebody loses value of his coins. As the coin is valued high due to new investors coming in, the ones who have bought at lower price will sell their coins thus giving them the chance to gain from what the new investors have just paid. But I do not see this as a scam rather it is just business and when you mean business it is eveything or anything that you can do or share for as long as you did gain profit.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what happened to ethereum? on: September 02, 2018, 10:11:41 AM
It will surely go up again in price. Ethereum had been in the bottom for quite sometime. It did stay at a level lower than I could ever think of. It seems to have done a huge reset for iself. Yet fear not because if the market will be good for altcoins it will go high enough quickly. Same as how it goes down it really will just keep the trust and do not just do panic selling.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: The panic seller irony on: September 01, 2018, 11:14:05 PM
I agree with your idea about whales having all the bitcoin distributed among them because the panic sellers are selling them at low price. Yet honestly you can't blame a person for doing so maybe because they need that money. Maybe they need it importantly during those times and had some panic that it might just go very low. Buying coins at the bottom is really safe for whales because it won't go even lower but because those panic sellers you call buy it at a higher price then their is always this emotion of selling it even at low price to prevent from losing too much.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL is the only policy. on: September 01, 2018, 11:23:57 AM
We can't control volatility. We can help it though by holding. But this idea isn't the best solution and maybe just a temporary solution. It could only make price dumps when prices are pumped up high. The best thing is to use the coins for the intended purpose it is designed for and create more stores or shops that will use it. In this manner there will be a stable flow of coin in and out.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: September 01, 2018, 08:14:47 AM
We know how important it is to study about economics. We learn that without studying it we could be in great trouble especially if it involves big businesses and or the country's economy. Learning would be a great help for survival in this modern world where everything is bought with money. Unlike before where  the system is very simple and easy to do. A simple barter system can be used  not worrying much about value and loses.  So that on my part it is very crucial as we need it like a basic need. That is how important economics is for me.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: August 31, 2018, 02:56:51 PM
Coward or considered fearless doesn't change or perhaps will not change the status of bitcoin. For me it doesn't matter that way. What is the use of investing and putting everything on the line when you cannot just change everything. The situation in this scenario that you are suggesting maybe likened to a bucket that is to be fully filled with water and when it is done you would then suggest to drink from it in a race. Everybody else needs to get their share but those who haven't profit enough becomes the sore loser because he wouldn't gain from the situation rather would just lose to those who are encouraging others to hold while they will gain from it. I think we need to learn from this and not be misguided by being a brave sore loser. I think people should be encouraged to use it properly in businesses rather than just holding it for reason of gaining. Use  it as a payment system so that when volatility strikes it is often saved by actual usage and not by chances of holding alone where there is no equal opportunity for real growth. Volatility might be lessened as real usage will be emphasized and the faster market will recover.
35  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Currency Always Fails on: August 31, 2018, 09:12:35 AM
In my opinion if dollar should fail, I don't think other currencies will follow or the entire world will be in a bad economic state.  Given that the reason will be the fall of dollar only. There are other countries which I think is sufficient enough to stand in their own and might not be affected should it happen. Yet resources and the entire economy should be stable if all countries will work together.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: August 30, 2018, 04:06:38 PM
Yes I could agree with you. On the internet nothing is really that safe because many are as intelligent as the creator of the programs. They would always seek for information or ways and means to facilitate hacking no matter what and how long it would take them.  Strong passwords may not sometimes work for a very skillful one. But we can always prevent being hacked if we are too careful about using our private keys and accessing sites.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to learn day trading? on: August 30, 2018, 12:59:39 AM
You can watch tutorials on youtube. There are plenty out there. Day trading is difficult as well especially when the market is really down. For me holding and daytrading as of this time may not be very much profitable. Maybe you should think about it that much otherwise you will just have loses on your investments. Just select the right coin to get a better chance of success.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market? on: August 28, 2018, 01:29:44 AM
Both are actually good. If you need profit then better do invest in both stock market and cryptocurrency. They have similarities but may have a bit of differences yet learning the basic for both could give you an edge. I have heard that there are people who have become successful in stocks because they have experiences with cryptocurrency. So I think for me I will have to choose both.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Mining Really Causing Environmental Damage? Maybe not that much... on: August 27, 2018, 06:07:54 PM
Do not forget that no matter what is the source of our electricity still it has some effects. It can still create heat that may not be good to our environment. Too much heat can cause global warming. And global warming can cause a lot of problems to the environment.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: August 26, 2018, 10:52:57 PM
Comfort may mean a lot to the people who uses bitcoin. Comfort in the sense that they could work easily with it because the government is not regulating it or banning it is one. Another thing is that people should have to learn that bitcoin is safe even with all those reports of hacked accounts for as long as they follow the safe procedures in accessing their accounts. Comfort in the sense that bitcoin will be used by all people and that volatility will be no more because of actual worldwide usage then people will feel comfortable using it. These are just a few reasons why people are a bit hesistant to use it but even if only these few reasons are eradicated it would surely create a good market for bitcoin.
