141  Economy / Economics / Re: How can you manage potential losses during a crash on: June 18, 2018, 02:30:09 PM
Well I would say you have the point. Probability is well defined but unpredictability may sometimes rise to the point where evrything you think about will be the opposite. Patterns don't work sometimes. Try playing freebitco.in that is how unpredictable bitcoin is as I have observed.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin go under regulation on: June 18, 2018, 12:58:34 PM
It maybe hard to admit but due problems related to money transfer and other investments involving scams a country may be affected. The flow of money through bitcoin from one area to another affects the economy of that country even if it just a small quantity while it is constantly happening. So I believe the governments are now looking at the possibility of regulating bitcoin.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get more profit? on: June 17, 2018, 06:12:44 AM
Apologies but I don't think airdrop is a very good way of getting free money. Others even dropped tokens that could only be retrieved on an exchange that needs you to deposit several thousands of dollars in token form before you can get that 2 dollar equivalent of airdropped token. It's not that worth at all. If you want to gain profit particpate on larger and popular digital currencies and hold.
144  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: June 16, 2018, 07:09:51 PM
For me I do consider your ideas very much acceptable. If I am to lock my money for a long a time without much interest I would rather do trade it for cryptocurrencies. Though there are possibilities for losing it but I know If I can hold it long, It could multiply in value. Just know when to buy and you are set to earn money.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam coins everywhere. on: June 15, 2018, 03:13:13 AM
They just wanted easy money at the expense of others who are unknowingly getting scammed. They should have known how hard it is for those investors to gather any amount for what they think will give them the future. And yet they were just as if they were putting their money in the mouth of a shark. They should be in jail.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve? on: June 14, 2018, 04:01:15 PM
I think it should be the way volatility works. I have this idea of bitcoin changing its price not hourly but weekly. In this manner stores will have greater chances of not losing their sales or profit since they have about a week to sell their products on the same  value and conversion of money during money transfer may not be of any problem at all. Problems about losing the value of money will be lessen. And volatility will no longer be a problem except maybe during the last day of the week.
147  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: June 13, 2018, 09:01:10 PM
Maybe or maybe not depending on how the system is being run. With these idea I think you are referring to government owned coin. If the concerned government would impose that only their coins will be used and banned other coins maybe it will have a better chance at growth. Under circumstances where there is no such system controlling, there might still be growth but it will appear to move like their fiat currency. And certainly there will be more regulations to avoid impact to their current economic status.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help me choose an ICO please! on: June 13, 2018, 04:43:21 PM
There are too many ICO to be part of. There are also ICOs that are well planned but are not so well implemented as a result they fail even when they have successfully reached softcap. I think the best way to examine which one is good is through the teams efforts and transparency of ideas and one that values their investors so much. Look for highly rated ICOs and start scrutinizing their team to avoid failures.
149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin remain dominant on: June 11, 2018, 05:15:37 PM
Talking about the dominance of bitcoin, it is very clear that bitcoin still holds the most transactions and that as you can see bitcoin still dictates the movements  of other coins. When bitcoin is down the other coins does the same. If it goes up and so are other coins are up as as well. So that it clearly shows how other coins depend on the movement of bitcoin. That is why for me it is still very much dominant even until several years from now.
150  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can be useful for a troubled economy on: June 11, 2018, 03:08:01 PM
I don't think positively it will but it may help given that bitcoin will be stable also. But when volatility is causing a problem then it is possible that it will only add to the trouble and it won't help that much to the troubled economy because there is not much to gain.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: June 10, 2018, 08:15:24 AM
Possibilities are always open. I think this is about how the system works that makes it difficult to used as a currency. Volatility is creating a disadvantage. If there is any way for the system to lessen volatility then maybe it could be used by almost any establishment. Like for example a change in price is scheduled only per week maybe there is a better success on using it as a currency.
152  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading Bitcoin for real estate? on: June 10, 2018, 01:46:22 AM
I don't judge people doing this because this idea might have some good results, real estates are like bitcoin as well it goes up in value and I think it does not depreciate that much as time goes by and for me it is worth the wait even if would take a long time to change in value.
153  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: June 09, 2018, 05:08:47 PM
Under a stable economy the crash of fiat currency for me is not quiet possible. Today no matter how much inflation takes place still fiat currency will survive because it is the only currency each government have the control to makr their own economy stable and lasting.
154  Economy / Economics / Re: How to calculate profit on: June 08, 2018, 01:32:16 AM
Well it seems you are just trying to sell it back to its original price. Or is it really that you are trying to suggest another idea that you are buying lower than 10,400$ then sell it when it reaches that price. It is not clearly stated. But if you really like to consider profit, don't look too much on the price but calculate how much you started with your capital and ended up selling with the money on hand and all transactions are taken into account including the money you will have to pay to get to the exchanges to receive fiat currency. Sounds very strange maybe but these small things are often left out of the equation yet you  are spending money related to it so this could be charge as part of the entire process.
155  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: June 07, 2018, 05:43:04 AM
I think there is still more rooms for improvement. Bitcoin while being popular doesn't really mean majority of the entire world population are into it. Many are yet to invest on these coins and companies are yet to enter cryptocurrencies. So I think eventually bitcoin will certainly be moving up in value in the due time. So I think it is good to invest on it and hold.
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto VS national currency on: June 07, 2018, 02:15:20 AM
Well it could happen but on two possible events. One laughs because sellers used bitcoin instead of the real currency and the other laughs because the seller didn't really know what is it or does not used it. Possibilities are good yet I would say it is 50/50 depending on where you are actually buying. There are countries that are not so developed yet like the thirs world countries and 2023 is yet too early to predict these ideas while on the other hand other countries may have made bitcoin as a currency equivalent to fiat.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your trading plan? on: June 06, 2018, 04:15:24 PM
I have observed that some low valued coins are also gaining popularity and increases in value. So my plan for now while bitcoin is not yet so actively increasing is that I would try to invest some for new coins trade them when increases are around 30% and above.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: hold or sell? help me on: June 06, 2018, 07:48:45 AM
I just don't know if you really have decided or not but your question is a matter of interest to all. Judging how bitcoin moves in terms of value or price anybody would surely have doubts about when to sell due to problems with volatility. Yet if you really want to play safe you must have a cutloss level where you will sell your coins. This is necessary if you will not be holding it for long time. In this manner too much loses will be limited.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits? on: June 04, 2018, 08:14:05 PM
Risks are always there on cryptocurrency investments and even in anyform of business. It is always natural to see ups and downs in the market trends. Even big businesses sells part of the company shares to avoid too much loses should something happen to a planned investment. Bitcoin on the other hand may have been full of these threats and plague by too many FUDs but I don't think it will just fall because of the risks mentioned. It is a good invention that is why people keep coming to invest on it and so it manages to survive all challenges since it was first used until now.
160  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to bitcoin? on: June 03, 2018, 04:13:28 PM
Just to update bitcoin is starting to move back up after some month long of  going down and staying on the 7k level. It is a sad fact that bitcoin had encountered a bad market due to events that are causing FUD. But trust bitcoin it will in time go back up again. Maybe it is as of now. Just hold on, todays event maybe likened to a storm, eventually it will clear the skies when it is over.
