I'm also having trouble with verification and withdraw. No response from their Support team.
Wanted to add today. My account has been verified now. The support ticket was not closed though. But I am now able to withdraw. Thats a good sign. lucky you then! 99.99% of people on bittrex are not that lucky ...

Don't fall for scams guys, if you really want the ticket to be seen faster you can use the 2fa ''trick''. You can send them another ticket but using ''disable 2fa'' and telling them you need your 2fa to be disabled. They will ask you for your balance, a few transaction ids and IP to disable your 2fa. You should give them all that + Id and Id+selfie+piece of paper with date and bittrex written on it. but can't you simply disable 2FA on your settings page? why would they react on that in the support section? The point is to make them answer you. You are ''tricking'' them into believing you can't access your account, this triggers their system and you will get an automated response. You can then respond to that ticket with your id and selfie and it seems that they will check it faster that way. they've indeed answered quite quickly ... but only by +- posting a link to a FAQ ... still not verified

So hire some more support staff... Over the past couple of months, Bittrex has been in the process of improving its identity verification procedures. There are a number of reasons to improve our processes, including that improved identity procedures help protect Bittrex users from theft and fraud, and prevent abuse of the Bittrex platform. In addition, Bittrex must comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, U.S. economic sanctions laws, and other legal and regulatory requirements. Bittrex takes these compliance obligations seriously. We are committed to making sure our services are not used to launder money, support terrorism, commit fraud or other illegal activities. We understand that our verification process can be frustrating or a hassle. We have heard your complaints and are working promptly to address each individual support ticket in our system. But, we cannot do this without the help of our customers. We have provided below a list of common mistakes or issues that arise during our improved identity verification process that tends to increase the delay in completing the process successfully: Creating multiple accounts associated with a single individual or entity: Unless you have received prior approval from Bittrex, our system will disable all additional accounts associated with a single individual or entity. This issue needs to be resolved manually by our support staff. Given the necessity of manual intervention and the number of tickets we have received lately, there have been significant delays in resolving these issues. Please do not create multiple accounts. Name mismatch: If your government issued ID has a different name than the one you provided to Bittrex, your account will not be able to withdraw funds until we resolve the name mismatch. This issue needs to be resolved manually by our support staff. Given the necessity of manual intervention and the number of tickets we have received lately, there have been significant delays in resolving these issues. Unreadable IDs: If your ID is not readable or otherwise unable to be verified as a legitimately issued government ID, we will not allow you to proceed with our improved identity verification process. Please ensure that the picture of your government issued ID is clear. Non-Latin characters on the Government IDs: There are some countries where government IDs do not support the Latin character set. For these IDs, there are additional steps that Bittrex will need to take to verify the information on the ID, often including manual intervention. Given the number of tickets we have received lately, there have been significant delays in resolving these issues. Using international passports generally makes the process move more smoothly as these passports support Latin characters. Opening multiple support tickets: We have noticed that users are opening multiple tickets with regards to the same issue. While we understand that the delay can be frustrating, please do not open multiple tickets for the same issue as this will cause your support request to be delayed. Although this is not an exhaustive list, we wanted to provide some context for the delay in responding to individual support tickets. We trust that you understand Bittrex is committed to following the law and ensuring that it has a robust compliance program. We ask for your patience and cooperation throughout this process. The Bittrex Team Exactly. They must be DROWNING in 10'000s of requests ... still feels scammy ... I'm not giving up hope yet though ...

I think they are very busy with many requests. I have not had any problems with them since use. You try to contact with them in other ways. what other ways?

I wish I read this thread before signing up with Bittrex. Like everyone else, my money is also stuck there. And the only reason I used them is because I wanted to trade some BTG and this exchange is the first one listed on the BTG website!!! https://bitcoingold.org/? I have a BTG line in my wallet, and when I check on their site it allows me to buy and sell BTG. Not sure what your issue is The issue [like everyone else in this thread] is that when you want to withdraw your btc, YOU CAN'T. It's stuck in their exchange and they don't respond to support requests. yeah, it's one big fraud

Or why are people buying btc like crazy?

NK won't attack anyone. Just wants to call Donnie Dumb's bluff. And it's working.
NK wants nukes to protect itself, not to attack some other country first.

I like bittrex.
As for what coin? Hard to say. It's kind of like a lottery in a lot of cases anyway, especially if you're in it short-term.

Yes, moved it to Electron Cash.

Hi, I had my BTC in a MyCelium wallet. I transferred my BTC to Kraken after the fork. After having made sure that they have arrived at Kraken I then installed Electron Cash and when it first started I selected 'I already have a seed' and I entered the seed of my private key from MyCelium. That gave me access to my BCCs. So they're now in Electron Cash but I can't do much with them ... Do also check out this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2058473.0

|
Any ideas? I've still not found an exchange where I can move my BCC to?
|
|
|
I've restored my BCC to Electron-Cash. But where to send them now ... ? The exchanges don't seem to allow BCC deposits yet?
|
|
|
Kraken doesn't ... Bittrex seems to have this option but it's not enabled yet ... any other ideas? Right now I've got my BCC in an Electron-Cash wallet ... thanks!

but then back to normal levels. very weird though.

Current Bitcoin transaction fee: $2.18
Peer to peer gold and silver transaction: $0
Let's do a peer to peer gold transaction. I'll pay you double spot for an ounce of gold on delivery. Let's see about those $0 transaction fees. Here is my address. https://www.google.com/maps/@-43.1382064,147.2102165,17zThat address lol This is not Burger King motherfucker. Nobody said you get to have it your way. Not to mention the fact that any bitcoin sent would obviously be for a good or service, and that good would need to be transported to you still whether you use bitcoin or gold or silver. Best case scenario you are eliminating 1/2 of the round trip by using unsound money, increasing globalization at the expense of the local economy. Bitcoin is great for subsidizing the current status quo dysfunctional system. At some point down the road (probably sooner than later), that globalization paradigm will implode and either only the local economy will matter, or the local economy is going to matter a lot more. In that context of local economies (even in present day), there is no reason to use any form of money with usury fees tied to it which rules bitcoin out. Globalization only sucks because governments exist. Sans government, globalization is perfectly fine. At least complain about the thing which actually causes the problem. Besides, I like my beer from England, my wine from France, my cars from Japan, my tools from Finland and Germany, my handguns from Austria, my rifles from the U.S.A. and my women from all over. If I tried to get this stuff locally, I would be drinking piss, driving a broken down piece of shit that I couldn't fix, blowing my hand off, and fucking a goat. Bitcoin does not subsidize the status quo dysfunctional system, it allows you to opt-out of it. without governments there would be anarchy. or if not anarchy then societies would at least be much more primitive than they are right now.
