Can you give more details how we apply pencil hb and and which because at first photo you have the heatsink and I can not see good

I also just noticed the in the software log the only diff between the four good and the 5th was file cgminer
3.12.0-1 for the good miners and 3.8.5-1 for the 5th bad one.
Will the bin from above update the cgminer as well?

You're welcome...yes it looked like four of your miners were on the latest firmware already with the newer CGMiner and the 5th one just needed the update to match. whats the new firmware achieve? Im updating my miners now and there is no immediate effects - temps and 5min hashrates look roughly the same Less strain on the controlboard and an updated cgminer. |

Just to verify.... If I flash back to older firmware I won't brick this thing right? I have a January model that's working great with this older 3.8.5... So, shouldn't but.........

Guys, should be looking at the brightside of things.... Who cares if these are "used", so what, he made a killing off them before we did... all ASIC manufacturers do this.
these were never advertised as new, just in stock and ready to ship.
Should be grateful that we got a good price on them and that they work.

Hi Bitmain I have waited all week for you to contact UPS!! When will you do that and when will I get my refund? I was promised a refund before Jan. 25!!!! All I get is promises: "we may refund you before Jan.25, some materails need to be approved by boss. to be honest, it is so busy, we have no time to contact UPS so far, but we will trace the pacakge tonight. thanks!" |

Is there any particular reason I am being ignored by bitmain?
Not that it matters, as I got confirmed by MtGox (cheers ^^) today so I'll be taking my money elsewhere. But seriously, horrible customer service.
They will respond eventually (; As for their service to be called horrible; I would say that they might need to hire someone that knows to do "office stuff", seems like they are all "techies" and not used to deal with "millions" of mails piling up ( my correspondence with Bitmain is around 30 mails back and forth ) That is a nighmare for anyone not used to that sort of thing! Just my experience with Bitmains customer service (; P.S. Remember the stress dear Sushi had to deal with in the group buys (: |

2. As bitman says it was Holliday when you requested cancelation. Besides what was the reason for cancelation because you fill fucked up?
Or because of an hour shipment delay? are you a god or a god relative to complain for delay in hours which does not have any influence to your delivery date?
And finally do not forget that from a legal point of you btc payment bitman owns you NOTHING. Even spending his time to answer you
