21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: BitWings Reveals the First Ultra-Secure Mining Smartphone on: February 20, 2019, 12:53:56 PM
Yes, I haven't tested it out. I never said I did. I just think that based on the article and their website, the phone seems like an amazing piece of technology. Their team looks like they know what they are doing, so I'm positive that they will be able to create the phone.

$900+ for Helio? Are you crazy? I'm not even sure this core can mine anything...

In my opinion, the phone is totally worth it. Even without the mining, all of the security features it has along with the specs of the phone make it a powerhouse of a phone. Compared to the most recent iPhones that go for $1000+, this phone looks really promising.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: BitWings Reveals the First Ultra-Secure Mining Smartphone on: February 18, 2019, 09:33:18 AM
Can't wait for that. Seems like an awesome phone to have with all the security features and mining stuff
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Blockchain and Crypto on: February 04, 2019, 10:15:53 AM
There is no doubt for me that digital currency will be the future of money. And Blockchain will be part of every transaction. This technology will help to lower the cost of financial transactions

Yeah, it will revolutionize the financial sector and already is doing that, slowly but steady. But the financial sector is just one of the areas where blockchain can really benefit the whole industry. What you think would be the other sectors finding blockchain as a revolutionizing technology?

I think there are lots on industries that are going to benefit from blockchain. Here are some articles regarding this:
Blockchain and supply chain - https://cryptofinance24.com/2019/01/10/blockchain-and-supply-chain/
Blockchain and healtcare - https://cryptofinance24.com/2019/01/10/blockchain-and-healthcare/

I think those two areas can also be benefited a lot from blockchain. I know that Estonia is already using blockchain based healthcare system and is using blockchain in other services provided to its citizens.
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: People who bought BITCOIN at $1000 are now starting to sell, CCN article writes on: January 16, 2019, 03:52:56 PM
Michael Moro, who is a CEO of a major crypto trading company, talks about how people who bought into Bitcoin at the beginning of 2017 at $1000, are now starting to sell their coins. Is this an indication of massive FUD? Is this the time where we should buy and take advantage of the FUD sellers?

When did you guys first buy Bitcoin, what was the price of BTC and are you going to panic sell now?

Source: https://www.ccn.com/crypto-investors-who-bought-bitcoin-at-1000-are-now-starting-to-sell/

And why they didn't selling at the end of year 2017 ? Sometime we need to selling before the chance gone.
Greed is one of the factors to losing a good opportunity to sell. If we are already gain much profit, just careful when we want to gain more profit because it could be the last chance to gain such profit in that year.

Greed.. at the end of 2017 it was so nice and people were believing it is going higher and higher.. now we are here  Smiley
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Story time - your ICO success stories and biggest fails on: January 16, 2019, 03:43:55 PM
My most successful investment in the Docademic (MTC) project is that I don’t have any coins and I sold them at the peak of their value. Today - it would not be the most successful.

Wise choice, not many people can say that they sold it at the peak.

Right now there are too many ico who fail and also lie to many people. they are all very disadvantaged by the many ico scams. the funds obtained were large enough to be able to cheat many people

There is a significant chance that a product is never launched. Very few successful companies raise a ton of money early on and the best companies iterate at faster pace than competitors. Of course I don't know the details about each project mentioned here, so just speaking about general trends.

Yes. Also, the ICO-space is in pretty bad shape. Even projects who have a great idea and a trustworthy team do fail. Just because people have burnt themselves and don't want to invest into ICO-s.

28  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 prediction for Bitcoin? Time to buy now? on: January 16, 2019, 03:32:13 PM
Now we can start doing predictions for Q4 of 2019  Grin
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Token price dropping after ICO, why so? on: January 16, 2019, 03:30:45 PM
Ico is dead. Nobody wants to buy them due to the risk.

That's true, unfortunately. Very little success stories lately and lots of projects shutting down or postponing their ICOs.

32  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 prediction for Bitcoin? Time to buy now? on: December 19, 2018, 08:30:41 AM
I would say it's a good time but not only because of that Q4 prediction. It's a good time and been a good time since around March when Bitcoin hits $6,000. Bitcoin has been in this price range since 6 months ago so the support at $6,000 can be considered very strong and this might even be the bottom for last year bull run correction. It's unlikely that Bitcoin would break below 6K.
I agree with your view. I would also say that this time is the best time to buy. Logically, buying something is profitable to be invested later is when the price in low range. And of course bitcoin will not fall down to deep and break below 6K. Let's hope in the beginning of the year bitcoin will rise and get better after staying in bad range prices.

Totally agree. Even now when the price has been going up for a few days, it is still a good time, because the price right now is nowhere near the peak of it.

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Christmas gifts this year, all my money in Bitcoin on: December 19, 2018, 08:25:53 AM
Oh, do not be such a pessimist. Probably, this Christmas will give you something more than the profits from the cryptocurrencies. Moreover, BTC will gain in 2019, and you should live with this thought.

True and that's the reason I'm not too sad. I know there is a brighter future coming soon.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Christmas gifts this year, all my money in Bitcoin on: December 18, 2018, 08:26:14 AM
nah invest and thinking about future is important, but christmas must be celebrate every year:)

Yes, I guess you need to find the balance somewhere.

what price did you buy bitcoin? I think this month there will be no pump for the price because everyone has taken the money for Christmas. be patient if you buy at high prices, hopefully in the beginning of the year there will be a bitcoin pump price

I think I bought majority at $6k
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Discussion: Crypto backed by gold, what else? on: December 17, 2018, 01:41:57 PM
During the trend where prices are dropping, would it make sense to invest in the coins that are backed with real assets, will this hold the value at the same time when the other coins and tokens are falling?
38  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 prediction for Bitcoin? Time to buy now? on: December 17, 2018, 01:31:02 PM
I can now predict that Q4 for Bitcoin this year is going to be different than last years Grin Grin Grin
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Token price dropping after ICO, why so? on: December 17, 2018, 01:30:19 PM
maybe because major coins have decreased almost all crypto coins dropped in including ico tokens or other possible causes because bounty hunter or airdrop hunters sell their coins together

Yes, I think we can't give a good explanation in this market situation as everything is falling. Can't expect ICO tokens to act differently.
40  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Good Telegram groups for beginners to ask questions, chat? on: December 17, 2018, 01:22:24 PM
It's true that there are many telegram group about crypto. It's look to me telegram created for crypto (Lol). Automatically adding on unknown group, ICO or others advertising. What will you learn from them? Most of them are just trying to scam you. This lovely forum isn't enough to learn about crypto? You can search simply what you need. If not found, just make a thread with your question. Lots of skill member's will help you friendly. This forum is great and biggest crypto family. So feel free to learn from here.

This seems to be the case. Majority of the chats are just spam, scam etc. But, look around in this topic. Here are some good mentions.
