Tokens fall in price because many investors make a profit after tokens reach stock exchanges and sell them for re-purchase at a reduced price.

Most of bounty hunters are selling their rewarded tokens after the tokens were traded on exchanges. Also some early ICO participants (with high bonuses) are also selling their tokens immediately. This are some problems why most of the token prices drops after the ICO.

Because some investors got enough profits and sold their tokens for profits. Or because some others think that it will drop more. It also can be  an action of the company creating the ICO if they sell their tokens for some profits. The price depends on the sellers and buyers.

many ICOs now are just scams so a wise investors will not hold that token forever they will sell immediately to get profit but sometime, the token value are useless or the bounty hunters are dumping huge amount of tokens so investors will not want to keep them and sell as soon as they can to cut losses as soon as possible.

in any case, the company still has projects in the ico market in which investors are not afraid to invest their money. This is not a dead market ico company. The fact is that a correction may occur and fraudulent projects will become smaller.

The real question is who the hell was willing to buy ICO tokens at 3x the ICO price.
What's happening now is completely normal. The weird thing was the actual bull market behavior.
Nowadays people are expecting to get rich within a day after the ICO. Obviously that doesn't happen so they start to dump.
Not to mention bounty hunters dumping.

Price principally drop soon after listing or after ICOs because there are no underlying value for/of the tokens, most tokens are driven solely by speculation and new investors are unwilling to take the risks because they risks are higher than those of already established coins in the market. The era of truely security tokens for real companies will someday be a reality and we will hardly have dumps.

Not only fake coins, but even potential coin price is also dropping after listing in the exchange due to because people will sell for short-term profits and it will dump to below price but once with the activity from the team and their potential development will help the coin to increase its price.

The price increase usually happens only for a short time and then everything will return to its original position. We can not trust this market and many false information makes investors face many dangers when investing. The best advice is not to invest in ICO and should wait for Bitcoin to rise to $ 10,000

I think the decline in prices after ICO is a common thing. it happens when many people sell their assets after entering the market. other than that, an ICO can be seen successfully or not, when their project runs, and sometimes it lasts for 3 months later. well, maybe within 3 months, the price will return to normal.

The situation in cryptocurrency market determines to a large extent how newly listed token or coin will thrive.  It is not always good to launch a project or listed a coin during negative market condition!

Ico is dead. Nobody wants to buy them due to the risk.

That's true, unfortunately. Very little success stories lately and lots of projects shutting down or postponing their ICOs.

but if in my opinion it is not right to say that the bounty hunter caused the price of the token to drop after the ICO was finished, because after the ICO was finished to distribute gifts to the bounty hunter it would not immediately be given and had to wait after investors sold the token

This is a myth about price drop because of bounty hunters) IMHO most ICO just too late with exchanges and roadmaps. So people tired from them and selling everything. Or promised great exchange and after that you can see them just on IDEX) Or for example look at fusion on bitfinex) They have no volume at all) And their price is not because of bounty hunters)

Are you a bounty hunter?

Anyway - there can be many reasons. Right now the major reason is the market situation. There just isn't enough people who want to buy and this driver the prices lower and lower.

You say that bounty hunters sell their tokens at cheap prices when finished ICO and drop prices on the market, does that make sense? so the allocation for the bounty hunters is very small. I'm not sure they can drop prices on the market.

It depends I guess. Some ICOs give more and some less for bounty programs. They might not be the reason 100%, but they certainly are part of the process.
