This is a great project, but unfortunately, they have barred people from certain countries, including one which I am from.

To whoever is on here from the ETN team. Firstly, I would like to say that I am still extremely bullish on this project. However, you guys have to seriously get your shit together. You should have postponed the launch to ensure that you are able to handle the capacity instead of a doing a second botched launch. This was the PERFECT time to win over new users and you guys screwed it up (again).
Many are losing interest because they can't even get the app to load due to heavy usage. Transaction time is worse than BTC and that says a lot! Can you explain to us how you plan on addressing these capacity issues? Besides for security, capacity should have been your 2nd priority. In the crypto world, things move in milliseconds and FUD plays a big part. You guys need to COMMUNICATE more effectively on how you are fixing this.

To all those complaining. Stop. I also invested in this ICO months ago, and had I held the BTC I invested, I would've had much more. But, I'm not complaining. This is the risk with investing in ICOs which we all took. Irrespective, I believe in the team and will still continue to HODL.

The process is the same as for whitdrawal wings tokens from the forecast. Ony one moment - there no reward for half a year. We all shoul wait to be rewarded. Of course only thouse whose forecasts are right Which ICO was the last payout? |

I have been quite a big supporter of Gemini over the past year, especially when they compare with Coinbase, but can no longer recommend after my recent experience.
I sent over a wire from an account which I used multiple times before and yet, this time around, they appear to either be overwhelmed with the amount of processing they are doing or become grossly incompetent. One rep claims that they received it, but because the name in the wire message did not match my account name (which is impossible as I have used the account dozens of times before and confirmed with my bank), they are in the process of sending it back. Another rep claims that they never received it at all! What the hell is going on??? As soon as these exchanges start getting serious business, they decide to either cut corners and either remain understaffed OR they are deliberately trying to fuck over their customers (i.e. Coinbase with the whole Bitcoin Cash debacle).
I am now entangled in this whole chasing, while missing out on multiple opportunities. To be honest, I am starting to believe that the Crypto world needs regulation and regulators to put people like them in check when they decide to slack off or misbehave. Other recent examples include the whole Tezos infighting, greediness taking over the BTC foundation. How can we hope that Crypto can go mainstream if it is the wild wild west and there are rampant scams and manipulation and negligence going on??
