Value betting explained. Value betting is taking advantage of overpriced odds that are higher than their true probability. Simply put, when value betting, you will be placing bets that have a larger chance of winning than implied by the bookmakers odds. Source: Google

I am not sure this is the case, but I have a strong feeling it is.
On another gambling site, playing plinko aswell.
I have noticed that if i bet, say, 0.0001 BTC on a plinko game then if that bet wins me 0.001 BTC back, I can start playing with these winnings while my balance is still displaying 0 (or whatever i had in balance minus the bet i made) because the servers already credited the winnings before the animation plays through, and the balance display is updated.

Hello fellow gamblers! For the last two months I have been value betting for a decent profit, it is not an overwhelming return of investment, but it seems stable long-term, which is a lot better than most things you can do with your Bitcoins. After quickly realizing the mathematical advantage holds true in the long-term, I created a data-entry website so that I can upload the "true" odds for events I might bet on, and also build a betting bot that can read these true odds to determine if the given odds on an event holds value or not, and place a bet accordingly. I also implemented some stats tracking, it is very basic stuff but feel free to have a peek https://obscure-peak-68988.herokuapp.com/statsI never had a bankroll larger than 0.03 BTC in my account, and the bets range from 0.0001-0.0005 BTC depending on how much value is there. Weekends pack the most bets for sure, but on avg. i'd guess my bot makes 50-100 bets every day. Anyone doing something similar, and care to discuss their approach?

Just to be clear, investment and ponzi is not synonyms. Does your telegram bot invest, or does it take investments and promise high returns until it cannot sustain that promise and collapses?

There is a big difference between seeking help, and looking for employees. I think you should thoroughly consider which it is for you.

Why even wait for reputable members to take interest in your offer when it costs you nothing to share a tip or two publicly?
What I would love to see is a thread only for free tips, then mention your paid service where you will be giving the better predictions, or a lot more frequent predictions. This way, potential customers can easily glance your free service to see if you indeed can provide them an edge.

I am still confused after glancing through that thread.
You say that you do not want to offer an API but I don't see how else you want your customers to receive the data they pay you for?
You want to collect Binance trade ticks for all pairs, and make it available to your customers... But how??? Lets assume you have your project up and running as you imagine it, and i pay you 200 $ for your product. What do I receive, if not an API key to pull the data from your service?
As I and others have mentioned, this data is available from Binances API directly (probably where you get it) and although it's not giving us access to FULL trade history, in many cases, it gives enough data.
If someone said they needed a Python script that could periodically fetch latest trades on Binance in whatever pairs and save the data in a DB, i'd probably do this task for 10-30$ since it's probably less than 100 lines of Python.

|
I am not thinking to provide an API, just a form of database for local query.
I don't understand what it is you wanna charge 100 $ for, and what you mean by local query? Did you imagine a website that allows users to download .csv file of trading data for Binance where you charge 100 usd for access? How are you gonna get this data yourself in the first place? What makes your product different from just using Binances official API ?

|
There are many such services out there, so evidently, there is a market for it.
I do very much doubt that you will be able to compete with such services. Many of them are offering great uptime and often unrestricted access to API endpoints that are normally restricted. Some even offer customized queries.
If you can offer all this for 100 $ instead of 1000 $ then surely you will see sales quickly.
Since many of these competitors are catering to the more professional/institutional needs, you might have success pushing a less extensive, but similar product to hobby traders. Keep in mind that your customers will almost certainly know how to work with an API so simply re-selling binance API endpoint data is not gonna get you anywhere.

Hello folks, Dane here to confirm translation portofolio https://github.com/bendaniper/danish has obvious machine translated sentences throughout. Not sure if bendaniper is also the username of the bitcointalk profile using this portofolio to apply for jobs.

Google "Martingale" and forget about this OP. Unless you are gambling strictly with the faucet amounts, you are bound to lose money.

Any skill-based game that involves real-money bets will be abused. Unless you can effectively keep out bots from plundering your human users, I dont see it going anywhere.

I cant receive them, unfortunately. My account is not working still. Resetting my password "works" but still cannot login with new details after.

-- snip -- It can just be on win/loss/draw, doesn't have to be exact score predictions --snip-- so if my selection was 2:0 exact score, then I could bet x (draw) for this match in my multibet and it would count, or would it have to correspond with the outcome of my selected score?

Hello, hope i did it right and qualify to participate In order to 'back my bet' for bonus points, I need to create a single multibet containing all exact selections as submitted here ? Also, that would give me 6 points no matter if my selections gives me 0 points (all "loss").. Right? Yes, they said you get 6 points regardless of results. What they still didn't tell me is if it's necessary to choose the multibet option or can it be done in singles --image snipped-- I was thinking about splitting it up in two multibets, 90100 % sure it has to be a single multibet with exact selections though.
