21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:28:15 PM
Well, as far as I know, they have always needed to collect data in order to trigger a SLA breach (hence a DSLA compensation). But what kind of data and how they are collecting them, is a necessary, ongoing thought process. New options appear everyday, and we're also building our own decentralized way to collect these information! Wink That's what I really like

Sounds breathtaking, happy to hear that they don't stop on what is already created
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:25:11 PM
Well, it's not really about quantity. You want and need a variety of different sources to be able to trust a given information. And efficiency generally decreases when you have to much data to work with  Wink

Hmm, you must be right! This is what we also meet in everyday life, cause to have a bigger picture you have to trust different sources. Btw, was it something you are coming since the first days - or a step in development? So a new idea of collecting metrics?
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:22:05 PM
Other tools. They are system agnostic, so the data could really come from anywhere, including a different department of the company Smiley

Oh, i see, got the idea. Well, this should also come up with much higher efficiency in the end, as more data is analyzed Wink
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:20:23 PM
Exactly. And if I am not mistaken, they are also looking forward to exploring decentralized ways of collecting metrics from other sources.. That's part of the reasons why they are monitoring some by themselves

What do you mean by other sources? Some other departments within the company?
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:18:10 PM
Service providers can create SLA policies around multiple kinds of metrics. Monitoring comes down to tracking the evolution of these metrics over time, like speed or availability. Stacktical can monitor some by itself Smiley

Hmm, this may bring the solution onto entirely different and higher level
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:16:16 PM
Yep, a bit different Roll Eyes

By the way, are there many creterias Stacktical uses to evaluate the customer service level? I mean integrated into the solution. Don't you know?

Hey. I believe you misunderstood the sense a bit! I just want to make sure that you are not talking about the Oracle database here... Oracles are basically transmitting the information that are necessary for the enforcement of service level agreements

Oh, yeah, looks like I misunderstood the meaning firstly, re-read the section now, makes sense
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STACKTICAL (DSLA): Earn tokens when your online services go down on: January 14, 2019, 08:12:23 PM
Hi thread. Just reading WP, great amount of really useful info in there, especially for those who want to get deeper into Stacktical Wink And I am here with a question about SLA monitoring - am I right that you have chosen Oracle technology to help you with this service?

Hello there community. I have just joined you today, but I am really inspired by the product you are launching so far. I wonder to know more about the miner itself. Am I right that the price is around $1800?

Hey there, even less, 1750$, if i am not mistaken. And you can even buy miner for tokens, this makes tokens even more attractive. So, let's say, if you buy tokens now with 30% discount, you can basically kinda get miner with a discount. And that's what I am looking forward to... Roll Eyes

Wow, sounds amazing. And as for maintainance, they are building special support centers? How much time it takes?

A great question. What i really like is that you can do everything on your own Smiley Maintenance takes 5-10 minutes

Hello there everyone, how are you today? What are you guys using as financial instruments? I mean do you prefer traditional banks or you, let's say, invest in some paintings that are supposed to increase its value?

Hi there, hmm, that's an interesting idea to invest in goods, price of which is supposed to grow. I usually invest in shares, mostly IT companies and leave money in banks

Well, this is also what WHISKY token is coming with. I mean this is a pretty similar idelology - you invest into a product, which price can only go up. And this is one of the reason of why I choose WHY token to invest in...

Sounds good, haven't thought of that for some reason... This sounds like you are building up own budget strategy, that's truly interesting

Yes! And I am always in search of great financial instruments, so I am really happy that I have finally found WHY that suits me perfectly as an investment instrument Roll Eyes

Greetings everyone. Is anyone aware of their budget allocation structure? I mean how much they allocate for R&D, how much for marketing etc

Hello sir. If i am not mistaken, they will use most of the funds for development and sales, than marketing and operations...And what I really love is that they have deliberately refrained from giving percentages because such decisions have to be made on the basis of market and situation conditions.

Hmm, this sounds great. I mean this will help to adjust the budget to get higher results and go more efficiently

Sounds pretty fair. Looks like blockchain can bring new air into the industry

Exactly. Because now, unfortunately, customer service as we know it struggle to address these fundamental challenges. And with Stacktical solution everything can just be brought to an entirely new level

And do you believe companies will switch to Stacktical solution? Because you know, for some companies it is just hard to understand that they are performing bad in some way, so they will better be unaware of it than getting to know that..

The need for SLA will only continue growing. Adoption might be minimal at first but on the long run others will see how important it is in customer relations. Because nowadays, when there are more and more things influencing companies, competitive advantage is crucial and of course, with evaluating service level you can simply achieve higher results as you just suit the audience better and kinda more fully Wink

That's right. And are there any calculations?

What do you mean by calculations?

I mean are there any researches that evaluate how good customer service influence the income and profitability?

Yeah. Retaining 5% more customers can increase your profit by 100% Wink And even more important considering that a potential customer base is finite Roll Eyes

Sounds great. Thank you very much!

Good afternoon. Anyone online, community? Just theoretical things to think over with me, if you guys have time now
Hi there sir. Sure, I am here Wink What is your question/idea?

I wonder - am I right that Stacktical couldn't be as efficient as it is supposed to be without decentralization?

Hmm, I believe you are right. Cause their system removes many intermediaries when it comes to managing customer expectations and settling disputes after service failures. More to this, decentralization aids the immutability of records

But if we are speaking about decentralization, how exactly is that realized in Stacktical? Kinda what are the decentralized things?

SLA are deployed as Smart Contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. And the point is that it makes them decentralized by nature, and able to borrow the properties of the blockchain, such as the immutability of records...

Sounds pretty fair. Looks like blockchain can bring new air into the industry
