Wow, sounds good. As the industry grows, this should bring truly positive results

Of course, this is only the beginning of the road. And with the increasing cloud-first mentality of companies relying on SaaS products incidents are on the Rise...

Sounds good. Seems that the market for SLA is growing with the Cloud market itself Roll Eyes

Exactly, that's great point

And do you know, how many tokens are issued in total?

10 000 000 000 DSLA tokens in total Wink

Thanks a lot for clarifying it, appreciate the support Wink

Was happy to assist you in here Smiley
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Hi there sir. Sure, I am here Wink What is your question/idea?

I wonder - am I right that Stacktical couldn't be as efficient as it is supposed to be without decentralization?

Hmm, I believe you are right. Cause their system removes many intermediaries when it comes to managing customer expectations and settling disputes after service failures. More to this, decentralization aids the immutability of records

But if we are speaking about decentralization, how exactly is that realized in Stacktical? Kinda what are the decentralized things?

SLA are deployed as Smart Contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. And the point is that it makes them decentralized by nature, and able to borrow the properties of the blockchain, such as the immutability of records...

Exactly. Because now, unfortunately, customer service as we know it struggle to address these fundamental challenges. And with Stacktical solution everything can just be brought to an entirely new level

And do you believe companies will switch to Stacktical solution? Because you know, for some companies it is just hard to understand that they are performing bad in some way, so they will better be unaware of it than getting to know that..

The need for SLA will only continue growing. Adoption might be minimal at first but on the long run others will see how important it is in customer relations. Because nowadays, when there are more and more things influencing companies, competitive advantage is crucial and of course, with evaluating service level you can simply achieve higher results as you just suit the audience better and kinda more fully Wink

I mean are there any researches that evaluate how good customer service influence the income and profitability?

Yeah. Retaining 5% more customers can increase your profit by 100% Wink And even more important considering that a potential customer base is finite Roll Eyes

Hey there everyone. I am thinking more about Stacktical solution now and i am interested in implementation process. How hard is that? And a question as a continuation - do you guys have your own IT specialists that help to implement your solution into business? And then how it works if we, let's say, are in different countries. As I understand, you have the international solution, not for single country

Hey Artempan1ov. As far as I understand, the process is really simple. Like on the POC from an UI you will be able to publish your own Downtime Insurance. Theh help with the performance metrics monitoring and voila. You can give it a try at poc. stacktical. com

This sounds good. But I also believe that there is a work around optimizing the process even further.. Cause solution looks really attractive so far, so the easier it is to implement it, the more comfort you get and more happy with the solution you are...
