So I was out of a little while and trying to read everything. Too many delegates post.. anyway can someone give me a summary of updates what will happen short term/long term. What re the updates. What about the rebranding thing.

Everythings OK with Lisk team. They are developing now on SDK and rebranding through Roadmap. They will release a statement about rebranding soon. SDK on conceptualizing state. You can read all official announcements on Lisk Blog and watch all developments on Lisk Github. rebranding after a few months, thats cute. I guess I will come back in a few months/years and something meaningful would have been made and released. Wishful thinking I know.. I see you again in dollars 👋🏼👋🏼 |

The problem with ads right now is that when we do attract a sidechain dev or two, the most critical component is scheduled to be totally swapped out. So, the "right time" simply isn't just yet. Indeed, the perfect time to spend on PR will be when the new SDK is released to mainnet, which is why I've put a hold on the Lisk Awareness Campaigns... Until we have an SDK! They have begun coding it by the way... (Conceptualization phase) they are actively writing blocks of code. I know daytraders don't like hearing that, but like our fearless wizardess Isabella says "we're here for the MARATHON, not for the sprint."  It will be something special, that much we can count on. The team is sporting some pretty hefty talent. ..looking into the crystal ball... I see Lisk making Ethereum look like the mess it really is within a year. Keep us informed about the contest or any other PR campaigns. Like eitecstrike already said, PR is important. Would like to contribute my time to the community and project. |

Lisk v0.7.0Since yesterday our web wallet nodes, seed nodes, and blockchain explorer nodes are being heavily DDoS'ed. Because of this, we have made the decision to release Lisk v0.7.0 earlier than planned to Mainnet. The improvements found in this release will reduce or eliminate the effectiveness of these DDoS attacks, because this release brings some hefty performance boosts and security improvements. The key features are listed below:- Peers are now stored in memory instead of database. This brings a significant reduction in disk usage and boosts performance. - Refactored some SQL queries, yielding big performance improvements and lower CPU usage. - Provides better mechanism for API access management, with an option to disable API entirely. API is now closed by default, requiring a whitelist. - Improve the speed of sync negotiation, making the sync cycle faster. - Improved API transaction endpoints, providing more options (fromTimestamp, toTimestamp, fromUnixTime, toUnixTime). Please note that you will need to adjust your API settings accordingly with this release. Agree on that one. I'm also investing into Storj, BCY and MAID and i tell you guys all those 3 seem to have a lot more development going then Lisk. Buy BLOCK. Looks like they are releasing a killing app soon! Block? More info? |

Thanks! That explains it. I read through the last blog entries. There seems to be some major changes, such as a rebranding or the SDK. Unfortunately, there are no exact release dates. Is it possible to estimate when the SDK is released? No exact date but for example Q3 2017 or similar would be fine. I thought rebranding planned for Q2 and SDK Q4. If someone can confirms this with a link/blog please do. Don't have the time to do it myself. |

Yeah but as I said before I'd love to see more real world usage from Lisk, this should happen ASAP hopefully this year. Lidl is still young there may be real world purposes in future. For now just look at them losing value in your wallet sounds awesome. For now? Even the full developed project is losing its value now so what is your point? |
