21  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Kulboi123 is a Scammer - BEWARE on: April 13, 2024, 11:31:52 PM
OP It's really sad that you got scammed like this. Any member of this forum should always use escrow in any kind of dealings to protect himself from such scams. Because after dealing with a member a few times, you may think that he is trusted, but this is actually a wrong thinking, the trusted member today can scam you the next day and you can only realize it when you are scammed by him.

Hope other members will be careful after your experience, and use escrow before transacting any amount to make a safe transaction.
22  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: April 13, 2024, 10:53:59 PM
In many gambling related topics I have seen such advice as "use as many money on gambling, as much you can allow to lose". For me this is the most important indicator. I dont understand why should I bother keeping records of my gambling sessions, tracking progress, filling tables with bets data, when I make a decision that today I can spend X on gambling, and I go and gamble?
It's important to track the progress of how much I'm spending and how much money I'm earning in gambling, this will give me an idea of whether I'm really doing well at gambling or not. When a gambler checks his gambling history, the gambler will understand by himself whether he can afford to lose the money he is spending on gambling or not. But yes tracking these is a lot of trouble but if it is helpful then I am willing to take that effort.
23  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xBet Biggest Scam and Violation of Terms on: April 13, 2024, 10:40:17 PM
1xbet, and 1xbit are both scam sites, they have already scammed a lot of gamblers money by showing various excuses. So I think you can't get your funds back because of the bad reputation of this gambling site they don't care about their reputation.

It is always important for gamblers to do enough research before choosing a casino to check their reputation and whether there are any scam reports against them. The community will support your complaint, but it remains to be seen if the outcome will be positive.
24  Economy / Gambling / Re: My betting strategies on: April 13, 2024, 10:17:56 PM
If there had been a particular strategy to use in gambling that is the best, then everyone would have opted in for such and wouldn't as well mind of paying in other for them to make use of same strategy, gambling is what we need to understand the whole procedures on how it runs, this will make us to know how we can best perform in it to our personal interest and satisfaction, this has make as many as possible gambler developed their own personal strategies to use when gambling after making their discoveries.
Many gamblers think that strategy works in gambling, and they spend a lot of time trying to find those strategies. In fact, these gamblers spend so much time looking for shortcuts that they don't spend enough time gambling to actually research where they are gambling. In fact, if gamblers read gambling well and try to develop their own strategy, then they would get better results, rather than depending on the strategy of others to gamble. Gamblers make gambling more complicated by trying different strategies, causing them to lose a lot of time because they spend more of their attention on finding shortcuts.
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Time to Buy More BTC? on: April 13, 2024, 09:57:35 PM
For me yes this is the right time to buy bitcoin both as a long term or short term basis,  this is significant enough since most of the market speculators are cashing in on all the befits of bitcoin both at long term or short term basis and this is what is most Important for any investor,  some of the gains of holding bitcoin is that it value always changes at frequent time and is out of the control of any centralized or individual influence or control so bitcoin will continue to recover even if it falls below your buy price.
Every time Bitcoin goes into a correction it gives us an opportunity to buy more Bitcoin. Because we don't know how much the market will correct but we know for sure that in the future Bitcoin has the potential to trade in a much bigger price range than it is now. Bitcoin has been in a healthy correction for the past few hours after the last big uptrend such a correction was important, creating the basis for the next uptrend to further fuel the market.

Long-term investors buy Bitcoin every time there is a market correction to average their buying price. Because long-term investors know that if the market goes down, the market will recover from it, although it may take time, but they have the patience to keep their bitcoins in their wallets.
26  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FixedFloat.com stole my funds on: April 13, 2024, 09:45:30 PM
The fact that it was the same hackers makes this a lot more concerning, it's like they didn't even bother strengthening their security after they got hacked the first time. There's also the chance that this was an inside job(though I am not really sure) but who knows.
When hackers succeed in hacking an exchange a second time, their activity may become suspicious. Because exchanges always spend big budgets to improve their security, and here it is the opposite. Now it is difficult to say whether it is an insider job or not, because everything has resulted in such a way that even if it is an insider job, it is difficult for us to understand.
27  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is age a limitation in Bitcoin on: April 12, 2024, 07:27:14 PM
I totally agree with you because nowadays it's as if some children are born with technology in their brain, you will see a child of 7-9 years operating computer and running codes like it's nothing ( I mean very easy). But one thing is paramount, under age will always be under age no matter what because they are yet to experience things, despite the fact that they are smart their brain is yet to be matured that's why they easily fall victim of fraud online because they are easily convinced and carried away by what they hear and see.
When children in the under age get all the advanced devices, and they start using it, they become much smarter than their age. As a result, children get overconfident so that they are more influenced in the wrong direction. Because age brings maturity to people, even though they have smart brains, they cannot identify cheaters easily because they think everything is normal. So along with making children smart, they need to be warned to keep themselves away from frauds.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why technical analysis is not reliable on: April 11, 2024, 10:57:47 PM
Technical Analysis is just a tool that could help the trader but of course, it doesn't mean this will be the only reason why they succeed. But those who think this is useless or not reliable, I couldn't think how they become a trader when all traders are using this market analysis.
 -in fact, TA has a huge impact in making decisions and this is the way to determine if we have to sell/buy. Maybe some people don't think it was useful because they don't even trade in real life or never know how to use it.
Technical Analysis helpful for a trader, an experienced trader knows very well how much TA helps him while doing market analysis. Nothing is perfect, sometimes even the best things can fail, if trading was so easy, everyone could profit from trading. TA is widely used in the trading world for market analysis, and many successful traders have used TA to get into these positions. I think it is most important how a trader can see the market and predict the next movement of the market, and trading is all based on guesswork, no one or any system can predict the next movement of the market with 100% certainty.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodling or selling? on: April 11, 2024, 10:44:21 PM
People have certain thoughts, those who haven't sold Bitcoin yet after crossing the new ATH are actually waiting for the halving, they think the effect of the halving will give a big boost to the Bitcoin price. Investors who bought Bitcoin last year are now in big gains, so they can wait for the halving, because the minor correction now doesn't affect them too much emotionally because if there is a big boost in the Bitcoin price after the halving, Can secure even bigger gains.

Every investor has their different long term holdings, I am no different here. I will hodl my bitcoins for a few more years after seeing some more ATHs. So everyone's perspective is different, every investor has set a target when they will sell their bitcoins, it doesn't matter how emotionally the market affects that investor.
30  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Changenow.io Scam - 4100$ in BTC! Never send money to this cunts!!! on: April 11, 2024, 08:11:02 PM
Yes they can send. I got this coins from my friend he played casino as he told. And the casino Plattform I don’t know what they are doing ! But as you told like other plattforms if they are not accepting the coins they need send it back, but they stealing. Just read all the posts here and at bestchange or reddit. They are scamming many peoples. They are thieves! I haves already up to get the money back, but need warn the peoples from this scammers!
It's frustrating that they have blocked your funds now asking you to do verification, now it's a very difficult situation to give you proof of where your funds came from. If your funds did not come from a blacklist address then they should have returned your funds to the same address, but they didn't. There are already many complaints against this exchange, community members should be careful while using this exchange, as any member can become a victim at any time. Can you add more evidence to your accusation? what kind of conversations you had with them would give a clearer idea of their intentions.
31  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: April 06, 2024, 07:21:34 PM
I find it simple - dont gamble at all if you dont want to play under their rules. Open your own casino and do whatever you want. I strongly believe that casino will never ask for KYC just for fun, just because you are some kind of a special player and their security team decided to pay attention to you. They do ask KYC if they find there is something suspicious about you. If you havent violated anything, there will be no problem to pass it. Scared of loosing identity, go to decentralized casinos. Quite simple, clear and no need to stretch this situation, turning topic into hundred pages long.
Gamblers are free to make decisions about registering with a particular casino. Now if a casino makes KYC verification mandatory and a gambler is not interested in doing kyc then that gambler will refrain from joining this casino because casinos will never force gamblers to join their casino. However, if some casinos do not make kyc mandatory, casinos use kyc as an excuse to withhold the gambler's winning funds when the gambler wins big. And the casinos that engage in such activities can never be trusted casinos, they can create even worse situations for the gambler in the future.

Do you mean to say that casino with mandatory KYC is more trusted than those casinos with no mandatory KYC? If you think so, I have to disagree because once players created an account in casinos where KYC is not mandatory but there is clear statement that the casino reserves the right to ask KYC at anytime or for special cases, means that players agreed with this terms already. Casinos asking KYC for big amount of withdrawal can be said as normal thing, although I dont like KYC but I can accept this situation. As long as the casino release the withdrawal once KYC is completed, there is nothing wrong with it.
No. The casino will not be more trusted if KYC is mandatory. I only said gamblers have more choice to choose casino, even after KYC verification many times gamblers face problem in kyc mandatory casinos. When a casino is a top rated trusted casino I will be interested in doing kyc in that casino because I know where I am joining, yes it is true by doing that I am revealing my personal information to that casino. Many casinos promote that they are No Kyc casinos, but they write in their T&Cs that they reserve the right to ask for KYC verification at any time. And they take maximum advantage of these T&C. So here the reputation of the casino is the most important, so that you can be aware of any problems in the future.

33  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetCrypto.cr, won big now feeling scammed out of 26,000 Euros on: April 05, 2024, 07:03:53 PM
Before I mistakenly gave your casino a shot, I was using Gamdom, and they support multiple accounts & are one of the biggest casinos in the space.
Before creating an account in any casino, it is most important to read the T&C of that casino properly. But you missed everything here. T&C may be different from one casino to another, it is not good to ignore T&C while creating account on assumption which may lead to problems at one time. You're in that problem now and the casinos will take advantage because they have you to catch, and that's what they're doing.
34  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CEX.IO & My Frustrating Experience BE CAREFUL on: April 04, 2024, 09:25:00 PM
Due to CEX.io's poor support team, there are currently many complaints against them. It is really sad that they are delaying solving their customer's problems, so that the aggrieved customer has to wait for his problem to be solved. I think CEX.io should provide their customer support faster and resolve the pending complaints, their reputation is getting worse day by day because they don't manage their customers well. Because customers are losing faith in this exchange.

36  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Emails requesting Bitcoin. on: March 29, 2024, 08:33:23 PM
Exactly, that's how they do it with a lot of these scams, once they know that you can be ran over and they can easily get more money from you, they're definitely going to try again, basically paying them once will make them hold you by the balls. This was taught in one of our cybersecurity course in college, you got your computer infected by a ransomware, don't pay them, just learn to back up your files and move on because the moment you pay them, they'll just come back again after some time.
Since they send emails to a specific account holder in a targeted manner, once that account holder sends money, they will target him again and again in various ways. This is the character of scammers. And this is why it is important for crypto users to have knowledge about cyber security, because the main target of scammers is crypto users. I always use my secondary email address on various websites and scammers flood my inbox by sending such emails. So those who work online and need to create their accounts on various websites, there is a high chance of their personal data being leaked and that's why never trust such emails.
37  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org - SCAMMERS CONFIRMED - Pending Litigation on: March 29, 2024, 07:27:44 PM
For everyone who has suffered from Freewallet's actions!
We managed to contact British law enforcement. They are prepared to launch a formal investigation, but only if the victim reports the crime to the UK or local police authority.
I kindly ask everyone who has lost money to write in private messages or email freewallet-report@tutanota.com
We will help you draw up a competent application; all you need to do is send it!
No law enforcement agency is taking action against this Freewallet despite so many reports which is actually beyond the expectations of the crypto community. You keep collecting complaints, I think one day due to these complaints someone will successfully take action against this scam. I will also tell crypto users who are victims of freewallet scam to report them and remove this scam from crypto world and those behind this scam should be arrested.
38  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] BC Game closed account with my winnings! >$90.000 on: March 24, 2024, 07:42:00 PM
Can I at least ask them to show evidences accordingly to their terms of service, of any failure from my side? We are talking about over $90.000 claim, so I'm not asking too much. More than "interpretations", physical evidences supported by their terms.
BC.Game has already decided their decision on this case, the charges they filed against you make it clear that you violated their ToS, until you can provide any proper information against their charges then it's a settled case. The community agrees with BC.Game's decision, because BC.Game has enough evidence that your claim fails. Now nothing depends on what you expect, a decision has come and explain whether you have any evidence against the allegations made against you in that decision or else your claim will fail.
39  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bothered about every DIP? It's just a mental check. on: March 22, 2024, 08:34:46 PM
Traders always think about both scenarios, when there was speculation that bitcoin would go to 100k among maximum crypto investors I thought a correction in bitcoin price would happen soon. Because when maximum people are on one side, the market reacts in the opposite direction. Bitcoin went to new ATH without any correction from 50k, so a correction was expected here. So when the market is now correcting here I am not surprised because I was prepared for it.

I have written many times that Bitcoin will go to 100k but it needs time for the market to make a healthy correction and regain momentum to move to new ATH and even go to 100k.
What we called a market is something that its price would be going up and down and its composed of buyers and sellers and the market sentiments that plays around isnt something that could be know but we could always make out those assumptions on how it would really be moving basing up on the history and past events that we had been able to experience. This is why if you are someone who had been here on this market
for a while now then you would really be expecting those price movements and possible dips or corrections on which we know that this is something that very normal for a market to have.
It is difficult to predict which direction the market will go, we can only guess how the market will react in the future. Those who trade for a short period of time analyze the market movements and try to come to a conclusion. Market price moves depending on buyers and sellers, and after going to ATH, there were many sellers which made the market not stable in that price range. There is much more discussion when the market goes into a correction than when the market goes into an uptrend. We're talking about market prices because we're here, and I never panic about short-term bitcoin price corrections because for me it's the long-term price that matters.
40  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] BC Game closed account with my winnings! >$90.000 on: March 22, 2024, 07:30:11 PM
~~~
Some weeks ago, I contacted you regarding this matter in order to resolve everything accordingly. However, my attempts were ignored, as you may be aware. Despite completing my KYC process and providing all the necessary evidence as requested, my account was closed without any satisfactory explanation or evidence provided, and all my funds were confiscated.
I no longer have confidence in your services and will not engage in any further verification processes directly with you. In the meantime, I will retain my winnings while pursuing alternative avenues for complaint, including your gaming licensing authority.
Moving forward, all communications pertaining to this issue will be conducted through a third party, as I no longer trust BC.Game.
You already possess all the necessary information from me; this appears to be yet another pretext to avoid fulfilling your obligations.
~~~

It is just another pretext from them to keep saving my funds. I'm not against it anymore as I mentioned. I requested them to send me a meeting to do the video call through email. What else do I need to do now?
They are sending you invite link, if there is no problem with your KYC then join the video call and clear all doubts. The document, photo that you used while doing KYC verification of your account is of a woman, now if this account is controlled by a man and if you have used any fake document then there will be problem with that, because if that woman is not really with you. And you know very well what you have done and what is the story behind it. So you are putting all the blame on BC.Game to cover up your work so that your story is covered up. So my request is to join you on video call and solve your account issue if you have done everything with real documents.
