Hi there
I have been playing some time now on justbit.io. Won some money, and my account stands approx 8 mbtc. I asked to withdraw 5 mbtc and today they asked me for KYC procedure (ID and other stuff). By their site states explicitly that they do not ask for KYC if crypto was used to deposit. Update: They confiscated today all my winnings without any other notice, nor waiting for me to send them the documents.

Nitrobetting is connected to Nitrogensports and as far as I know, Nitrogensports has not had a clean history here. Perhaps it's best to avoid both casinos at this point in time to avoid further future losses.
You should also include links showing your account was blocked or the message from them saying you were multiaccounting in the OP. Do you happen to have used a VPN when accessing the account before?
Yes i used vpn because my internet provider is blocking many of betting sites. And also included an email frkm them
Guys please check last email nitrobetting sent me. Now they are accusing me of choosing bets from internet sources and forums. So this is why they are connecting me with other accounts. They have confiscated me 500 usd for this 🙄. My bets have been mostly live and if the bets are suggested you don't wait to place live bets. Wow, just wow. Hello You may think that they are a great site to play at but they just took me 25 mbtc telling me that my account was linked to another account. I told them that I had an account on nitrogen sports, and there was no indication that was not allowed to play also on nitrobetting. I asked for proof of me having other accounts and they told me that there were "similitudes" with an older account without explaining what they mean by that. They told me explicitly that they will not share with me what proof they have. They just took 25 mbtc. I had 26 mbtc just as deposits and previously cashed out once 10 mbtc. They have not paid me since, just keep saying me to be patient. their site states the withdrawals do not take more than 24 hours. Really don't have to tell you much more. Have been playing for more than 2 months. My withdrawal is pending for 2 weeks now. They have not paid me since although their site states that withdrawals doesn't take more than 1 day and on live chat they told me that max 3 working days. now they do not answer me anymore on live chat... Worried about my money
Offer users a little more evidence then just saying you made a wd attempt and didn't get paid yet. Show proof of wd request, chat logs, or whatever you might have to substantiate your claim. hi there I have struggled to withdraw 563 usd on this site since beginning of May. they made various of excuses not to pay me, rejecting even management placed withdrawals. First they told me their platform had problems placing withdrawals, and they asked to sent a request via email which I did and they placed it manually. After almost a week they rejected it giving me no explanation. On live chat they told me that they have no clue what's happening and by email they also did not answer. After a while of contacting them they told me to place it again which I did but also that one was rejected. Then their site goes down and after a while a new platform appeared. On the new platform I had no access to my account. On live chat they told me to email to security some details of the account so they can restore it to the new platform. I did it but then they asked also the has transaction of the deposit I made. If I had access to my account I would find it in seconds... However I had 2 almost identic transactions on my bitcoin wallet made on the day I deposited with them and sent to them the 2 transactions also explaining that one of them was for sure the deposit to Bitlucy. First Bitlucy pointed one of them was it, and then they told me that it was not. This is just an excuse not to pay me. I'm 1 million % that one of the 2 transactions is the deposit. I also sent them the screenshots of my account with my balance on the old platform. Now they are not even responding anymore. This is just scam. It turns out that there is indeed something wrong with the payout of the system. The site may not feel like paying players, but it could also be a technical issue. Anyway, something isn't working. What I just don't understand: when you promote a new site, you make sure that all functionalities have been tested, right? It also kind of looks like the site wants to hold payouts for as long as possible in the hopes that players will still gamble their money. Not fair.
Do you try it by yourself or you are just using the post above by user betesport as reference for this statement. If you check his post history, You will notice that he is doing this same complaint about the problem on his account to other Casino here. His account was accused for fraudulent activity which is the reason for the delay of his payment. I don’t know if this is the same case for Bitlucy but don’t conclude without doing any research first. Most if the user post is complaint and scam accusation to different Casino, This guy seems problematic. You are for sure in bad faith, because you can read on that same thread that they offered me pardon and also 100 usd as a bonus for the error they made. I don't care who wrote what and who said what here. If anyone doesn't believe me, ask them to write to the e-mail address, and I lost all my winnings because I couldn't withdraw nearly $600. If they don't give me at least $150 of my loss, it's SCAM. It's as simple as that. I'm not going to write about it any more.
Calm down, Please! You are breaking the forum rules. You shouldn't post multiple times to say more and more. Just edit your previous post if you want to add more. I hope Moderators will merge those posts. It's better to not place bets if you are scared of losing your balance. Just PM Royse777 about it. I hope he will give you a solution.

My experience at Bitlucy so far...
Deposited and won some money. They paid 100 usd as a withdrawal really quickly. Today I tried to withdraw 200 usd. The system seemed to have an error. I contacted bitlucy on live chat and they politely told me that the system is new and right now is not running smoothly. They advised me to contact the management through email with the cash out details which I did, but they have not responded in almost 10 hours. A little bit worried. I have some money on this site. I will let you know If and when I get the money...
Give them some time. I know everybody is nowadays impatient but 10h is not such a long time also. I am sure they will come back to you and if everything is OK, they will pay. It has no use to open a site, promote it massively and than already start scamming after 1 -2 weeks in operation. I'm not complaining, just sharing. I have been paid before by them. In fact they now have initiated manually my second payment. it has not hit my wallet yet but I think it will. So till now my experience with Bitlucy has been more than fine |

My withdrawal was officially blocked several times, about $600, so I lost it. I played knowing I'd lost money I couldn't withdraw. I have proof. They blocked it over and over again for hours. ...
There are some red flags for sure. they are not bothering anymore to settle the results of the bets, even though the matches are live... The girl on live chat gave me an email to contact management which was not correct:) I have more than 500 usd on this site. Yes, they have reinstated. Although I do not accept any accusation. I have played with my own IP, have passed KYC and never did something wrong. I have won more than lose there but this is what all we bettors are aiming for. Some win and some loose.

Well, this is awkward. After you guys asked, I figured there's no harm in double checking all the bans and it looks like this particular user got caught in the crossfire.
His activity is very much synced with the fraudulent activity we've been fighting, but he's not part of any organized group as far as I can tell, therefore this wouldn't be a justification for a harsh ban.
We've reinstated his account and credited him for the win.
