21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Run from Bitcoin. Ethereum will flip it on: June 05, 2021, 10:01:17 PM
Both are crucial in the crypto industry, particularly bitcoin. They cater to various parts of the crypto business. One of bitcoin's most significant advantages is its widespread use. I don't think eth will make crypto users forget about bitcoin. They can, however, coexist and satisfy the demands of these crypto users.
I'm sure that Ethereum has more potential than this, and even we don't see their full potential yet. but bitcoins are quite different, in that they become the center of all crypto. maybe not from a market cap or a technology point of view, but from a public point of view and also the public's familiarity with crypto will always go towards bitcoin

23  Economy / Economics / Re: The Downfall of TSLA on: May 30, 2021, 02:02:15 PM
This is the same that I have been thinking, Musk is doing exactly what McAfee was doing and we know that this is not a good path to take and yet he seems confident he can do whatever he wants and there are not going to be any repercussions for his actions, but I think he is feeling for the first time some pushback as he has been trying to backtrack his previous tweets and trying to make it seem as if he is still onboard of bitcoin when I doubt he is holding any bitcoin anymore.

Obviously when he changes his stance every week or so, the pushback will be there. A lot of people invested in Bitcoin, when Musk tweeted positively about it. And they suffered heavy losses when he bad mouthed BTC after a few weeks. Even then, many of his followers joined the Dogecoin pump and pushed that shitcoin to the top-5 list. And now it looks like he has again changed his stance. But this time, there was hardly any impact on the market. The writing on the wall is simple - no one takes Elon seriously now. He is too unstable.
Which has made him not credible. actually Elon does have the capability to be able to make a good investment community if he doesn't do trolling too often or whatever he calls it. but for now, there have been many people who have received considerable losses and many communities have collapsed because of tweets? maybe that's just some of his vices, we don't know. However, whatever Elon will do in the future will be very different from before, because he is now a "less" trustworthy individual, imo.
24  Economy / Speculation / Re: I speculate Tesla has sold their coins on: May 30, 2021, 01:53:16 PM
Elon has self-confirmed selling all of his bitcoins, and that will also come from Tesla.
/cut/

Has Musk ever confirmed that he sold his bitcoins? As far as I'm aware, he has never stated (and probably will never state) that he owns them at all.
All he confirmed was that Tesla had sold 10% of their bitcoin investment, to prove the liquidity of the asset.

Yes, that is the first news. but the latest news caused this significant dump as many people speculated that Elon had already sold all of their bitcoin holdings. I've also read some articles from bloomberg crypto if I'm not mistaken that elon "might" have sold all their bitcoins
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold on: May 30, 2021, 01:50:00 PM
No, I'm not mad. there may be regrets sometimes, but I don't really think about it. when I sell, it means I make a profit. No matter how much profit I make, it's better than being late to sell. It's all about targeting, when the target is reached I'll make sure to sell it. never be greedy, it will only destroy you.
Yep, I used to have a very bitter experience because it was too early to sell my token, but that's in the past and for sure we will never be able to repeat it. it's what it's, as long as we get the profit that we want, I'll be happy with it
26  Economy / Speculation / Re: Famous Crypto Person warned of Bitcoin crash in Tweet to Elon Musk on: May 29, 2021, 03:35:54 PM
The tweet is meant to sell his e-book which is very expensive this is the first time I read about this guy his profile is interesting if his predictions come true this year, he will become a celebrity in the Crypto community and many will follow him and he could save many investors from losing their investment, by following his signals.
Lol, if that's true it is a very shocking scheme just to sell ebooks. I think answering a question like a crypto market crash will be very tricky, because the previous pattern is irrelevant if it is applied to the current bullish.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which best Altcoins to buy & HODL for some months on: May 29, 2021, 03:33:17 PM
My favourite ones to HODL are:

- Ethereum
- BNB

These are the best duo for me. For now, the market is in a bad shape but it will recover sooner or later. After that, I expect both of these altcoins to start increasing at a high rate again.
these two tokens are the best for short-term hold...

especially BNB, currently the price is really very volatile and attractive. many of the current successful defi projects are on the bsc network. BNB fell 50% from its ATH and for sure the price will go up again in the near future when the market returns to raise.
Ecosystem-wise, I think Cardano, Polkadot, Ethereum, BNB, Avalanche and NEO are pretty good choices for HODL. considering the products they offer today are really needed by the market

29  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it good time to invest in bitcoin? on: May 23, 2021, 05:13:21 AM
Buying on the dip is probably the best option in crypto investing. but we also have to look at the current market situation, is it possible to buy it now? I always take the view that crypto profits are always short-term, because of high fluctuations and also a favorable situation to get faster profits, but if you are a hodler type, then you must be able to make sure that the dip this time is really at the lowest point to get the price best buy
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Dogecoin reach 1$ soon? on: May 23, 2021, 05:09:38 AM
Currently, Elon Musk is in complete control of doge, he may have a doge #1, If he wants to make a doge $1 maybe very easy, he owns a tesla, and has a rich friend, also has a group of whales.
Elon Musk is probably very rich, has Tesla and has lots of rich friends too. but his actions recently made many members or the crypto community around the world lose respect for him, imo. Maybe if it was for doge, it wouldn't be the same as what was done a few months ago when the doge value was pumped continuously by musk
31  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anybody here sell their Gold to buy Bitcoin? on: May 22, 2021, 10:10:03 PM
I'm going to hold some of my physical Gold.
Sure, you don't need to sell all your Gold. If you want to buy Bitcoin, just sell a few numbers of your Gold only. We know Bitcoin investment offers higher profits and the holder may take profits faster than Gold. But investing in Bitcoin is riskier, so don't use all funds to Bitcoin. You should continue your Gold investment, while trying new investment in Bitcoin.
Gold investment is always the end goal. If you can make sure and predict that you will get bigger and faster profit, I don't think I will leave that opportunity. when the profit is in hand, I will convert it again to gold for safer and also savings
32  Economy / Speculation / Re: Catalyst for recent bitcoin dump on: May 22, 2021, 10:06:42 PM
-China Ban
-Fossil issue
-Elon Must Tweets.

Here are the several reasons on why we had dipped down in price in the sense that we didnt expect for it to happen but eventually we can really still have the chance
to recover and honestly this is the best time or spot for us to buyback on cheaper coins.

These events might not be precise but its quite evident that these are really enough that can shake up the entire market.
Elon musk is not the main cause of bitcoin prices down, but Elon musk is the first cause that makes bitcoin go down. then followed by an announcement from the Chinese that banned bitcoin suddenly. With the considerable capability and influence of Elon in crypto, of course the u-turn announcement on bitcoin has quite large consequences. besides, Elon is also a big bitcoin holder
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be Prepared for the big dump. on: May 22, 2021, 10:00:44 PM
in crypto trading everything that will happen like a continuous decline until recently we have to be prepared for it.  Getting profits and losses in crypto trading is actually in our hands, the key is that we have to be able to decide when to make a sale so that we can profit even though it takes a long time, the most important thing is to have the confidence to be able to avoid losses in trading
That is fundamental. but determining when to dip is quite difficult, even though you are an experienced trader. The most important thing is, don't get too hung up on price. just do it according to the formula or plan you want, if you already get enough profit, then stop and try to relax, so that your thoughts and calculations are still fresh

35  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you see yourself quitting after this bullrun? on: May 16, 2021, 01:18:40 PM
How about you? Do you see yourself quitting your day job after this current bullrun? I hope you make enough to start with a business of your own.

Not in my case, because I don't have enough invested by far. If after this bullrun I had $15M in profits, yes, I would quit. Another thing is that after a vacation, I would continue working but in a more investing facet.
Yeah man, it depends on the level to which you can make a profit, if that is not enough to even get the business going, I don't think I will go out that easily either. I will make sure that in the future I can get income regularly before leaving
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin do the same scenario in 2018 ? on: May 16, 2021, 01:06:11 PM
i am wondering if Bitcoin will fall again like it happened in 2018 after the Bull run !
even in this time the price raised too much faster in shorter time.
last two days Bitcoin price felt 10000 $
i know that some news affect the market, but should we sell now in this panic ! or should we hold  Undecided
i am a little bit confused

Crypto market is always changing and pump and dump is not new to us, after the bullrun there is always a big dip, the problem there is we don't know when that dip come. If only we know when the pump and when that dip will happens maybe crypto is become more way of making profit but it is not. That is why we need patience and we need to control our self emotion.
Its name is the market cycle, and it must have happened at some point. but I don't feel that bitcoin will experience the same scenario as the last bearish 2018, currently bitcoin has more large holders and is more trusted by the public as a quite profitable investment
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: May 16, 2021, 12:59:23 PM
Fact is he doesn't stop tweeting and now even announced a collaboration with DOGE developers. It depends on what he tweets and now that he announced a partnership I think a lot of investors hold their breath until they might reveal quite the surprise. For so long most of them will hold their DOGE.
What partnership you are talking about, he is trolling the market and the investors are finding this as an opportunity to pump the coin, all you need to remember is that the market will come down crash and hence be careful whenever he tweets about it. I think the coin has reached its all time high valuation and there is no way it will move further.
So anyone planning to invest now should do so considering the high risk.
Yep, Elon is very obvious about trolling on his twitter. Moreover, there are several wallets that have a very large number of doge coins. if they decide to sell it, it is certain that the market situation will turn into a bad or not favourable. because doge's price was heavily influenced by Elon's tweets, and that is a fact
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: May 15, 2021, 06:14:34 PM
It is possible for altcoins to replace Bitcoin. There are a lot of altcoins coming up in the cryptocurrency space regularly and a few of them are actually very good and have good potential. But they need time to grow and develop before they can compete with Bitcoin.
doubt. I think bitcoin is fundamental and also the foundation of crypto, imo. the simplest example is the bullish which is strongly influenced by bitcoin. although there are some coins that can still survive the influence of bitcoin, but we cannot deny that bitcoin is very influential in almost all altcoins
39  Economy / Economics / Re: The Reason Bitcoin Investment will be preferred more than Oil on: May 15, 2021, 06:11:46 PM
In order to get faster profits, that is a good reason to prefer bitcoin or crypto over oil. besides oil is also a little "less" environmentally friendly. and a lot of people will start switching to other businesses (even if it's difficult). we can see like an electric car with energy that is more environmentally friendly and also efficient
