Ryan, do me a solid and update this thread with any developments if you would be so kind.

Emailed the person Riverboat suggested we email and she said due to lack of evidence that a scam had been pulled and due to no official complaint from anyone within  the Florida region that she couldn't do anything about it yet

Or you return 1.5 BTC to this address: 1MiGfeabQqoFirXdcdToqdfxx2Cw1WotPy

As the title states. Escrow can be used if needed, will throw in 300 MSP shares as well. These companies can be found on Cryptostocks. Both are legit and have up and running companies.

I'll make sure to email her. Giving these guys $50'000 was a mistake, I'll probably never see a penny of that again no matter how this turns  out now.

He's gonna get jail time no doubt, but that doesn't help me get my money back.
26  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 20, 2014, 05:12:13 AM
I PM'ed you but you never responded, so you may respond in here:

What is the largest loan you would consider giving me without collateral?

It can be for 14 days or 30 and anything up to 2BTC I will pay 175%-200% after 30 days.

Now where are you going to make returns like that?

Read the thread, I have plenty of money (yes.. I could buy the coins myself) but the purpose of me wanting the loan is for a report I am writing on bitcoin and the community. An experiment, like I've said before.

i'll lend you .01 BTC and I want .015 BTC back.

It's for a 30 day period and since it's such a small amount I'd rather not accept it. Looking for at least 0.1 loans.

Will pay back 200% on all loans up to 0.35
29  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: August 17, 2014, 10:11:14 AM
If anyone is wanting to take the risk I'm selling 18740 shares for 2BTC

You can make an offer for a smaller amount if you wish. If anyone buys them all I'll throw in 600 autotrader shares for free.
It's too bad that it has come to this.  Obviously a risk but that is a crap-ton of shares.  Best of luck trying to off-load them.  Somebody will have to be willing to accept a huge amount of risk at this point.

Thanks.

Lowering the price to 1.5BTC. The autotrader shares are currently worth that alone. I just don't want to deal with cryptostocks anymore.
30  Economy / Lending / Re: Who wants to loan me BTC? And what do you want for it? on: August 17, 2014, 10:09:07 AM
No reference of how much you want lent?

Any amount. The more, the better but it's all part of an experiment I'm doing as part of a report on Bitcoin and the bitcoin community.

You decide what you are willing to lend and what you want back. Anything 0.5BTC and above, I'll pay up to 20% interest on over 30 days. Maybe even higher if it's a significant loan.
31  Economy / Lending / Re: Who wants to loan me BTC? And what do you want for it? on: August 17, 2014, 10:06:38 AM
I still might be able to fulfill the amount and duration you've requested in my thread, given that you send the watch as collateral. For reference:

I'm looking for 5-10BTC loan for in real life selling/trading (more profitable) and as a little social experiment on the BTC community and it also helps spread the word on BTC.

You say no collateral but regardless I'll give you shares on cryptostocks to the same value of the loan you give me to keep for good meaning even when I pay back you can keep them. I'll also pay back whatever % interest rate you want on the loan for 30 days. I can take more than 10BTC if you want, up to yourself.

Like I said I'm writing a report on BTC, the community and doing a little social experiment that I'll publish at the end of the 30 days.

Would you consider a Hublot Rose Gold Big Bang men's watch as decent enough collateral?

Yes, this would be a valid collateral. Although, I'm not enough of a watch expert to verify the authenticity of this watch, so if you can find a trustworthy escrow that is a watch guru and is willing to accept the item, then we can start working out the terms.

edit: The likelyhood of a reputable escrow that knows a lot about high end watches might be slim. If you're willing to ship the watch and wait until I take it to a watch shop for them to verify it, then if everything checks out ok, I'll send you the btc based on agreed terms.

Sorry but a watch that cost me a little over £15'000 isn't what I'd consider collateral for a 5-10BTC loan.

Would you consider a smaller, no collateral loan of say 1-3BTC, for the same reason I mention in your thread.

Thanks

Make your offers, lenders.

Original box, papers & lifetime guarantee card included.

Google it and you will see roughly what they sell for.

Like I said I'm writing a report on BTC, the community and doing a little social experiment that I'll publish at the end of the 30 days.

I can loan to you up to 10btc, provided that you have the proper collateral. Cryptostocks shares are NOT a good collateral at this time, and you know that. Otherwise you wouldn't allow me to keep them at the end.

Looking at the recent events on cryptostocks, it looks like these are nearly worthless now. Take a look HERE for problems, and HERE to see how people already got screwed. I'm sure you're already aware, that's why you offered them.

Since you seemingly have a real name as a forum account, I'm sure you have no problem verifying that you're indeed Ryan Milligan. If you can provide this verification, and also proof that you're working on your article and details on your social experiment, then I'll approve a 0.1btc loan. If you can provide PROPER collateral, then I can loan any amount. Otherwise, your request is denied altogether. You PM me if you'd like to proceed, otherwise just ignore my conditions.

Like I said I'm writing a report on BTC, the community and doing a little social experiment that I'll publish at the end of the 30 days.
And what if no article gets published, and shares becomes worthless (like it nearly is now)? I'm not waiting 30 days only to realize that there's no article, and you've already ran with the large amount of btc.

And why don't you just sell those shares if you are going to let the lender keep them anyways?

IPO flag is active just now + the whole point of me even asking for a loan is for the whole report/experiment thing I'm doing. I have 20BTC worth of shares and was lucky enough to get into BTC while it had just gone double figures.

The loan is part of the report on bitcoin, the community, wide spreading knowledge as well as a few things you'll see if you read it when I publish it.

Sorry this is just giberish. You haven't directly answered why can't just sell the shares to bring back 20btc rather than asking for a loan of 10btc. They're throwaway shares and the end anyways, and I don't value you them as collateral, so no reason for you not to sell them.

I'm denying the loan, so I guess your experiment is a failure. Be sure to include this in your upcoming report  Wink. However, if you want a real loan, the conditions are already stated in the first reply.

Wow haploid i think something is wrong with you if you turn it down xD
True, something is wrong with me. So why don't you go ahead and provide the loan if you're so confident? I'm sure you want the interest and free cryptostock shares. You wouldn't want to be a hypocrite would you?

The report is not a failure. It can't fail, it can't win. It's simply an experiment to see what happens.

What do you deem proper collateral?

40  Economy / Securities / Re: Less Than Half Price Coinpal.com Stocks - 18740 stocks to go! Escrow allowed. on: August 06, 2014, 05:11:25 PM
These are not worth .001. IPO flag is on because the asset issuer is a scammer, this whole asset is a sham. The shares were trading at 0.000057BTC before the IPO flag was raised.

Yeah because we didn't see a website or conclusive proof of any work. I invested 50 grand, so I took legal proceedings. The owner isn't a 'scammer' simply for the fact he is going to have to pay for this.

We know his name, address, fathers business, one way or another he will have to stick to his word. If he doesn't then it's large scale theft and his parole officer knows about it. It's just a matter of waiting between now and next month. He already owes me a huge amount in dividends so I don't care about the shares.

His father owns a profitable business and he actually got his father involved by using his networks and such to pull the site off. One way or another he sticks to his word or goes to jail leaving his debt for someone else to pay.

Read the thread, I've had lawyers looking in to it since the minute I called him out for pulling a scam.

Whoever buys these is getting a bargain. I don't need the money, if I did I wouldn't have blindly invested 50'000 in to the business in the first place. I just don't want the shares.

Also, to anyone who buys at least half of them I'll throw in 600 autotrader shares worth 0.0018 a share and rising.
