Hi, our card service is temporarily stopped since our card provider suspended their card service. However, we are finalizing the deal with another provider and our card solution will be offered soon. Current SpectroCoin cardholders will receive new cards free of charge. Virtual Cards are blocked also ? It applies to all SpectroCoin debit cards. How about failed ATM cashouts (when money was taken from account but ATM didn't give it) ?? Do I will get al my money back despite all these WaveCrest problems with VISA? |

Hi,
I have been using my spectro debit card for some time now - never any issues. Tonight I tried to withdraw funds from the ATM, the machine told me the transaction failed due to insufficient funds or because I reached my limit (standard error message, I assume I reached my withdrawal limit for the day). Walking home I received an email from 'MyChoiceCards' to confirm a withdrawal was completed.
The funds are also withdrawn from my balance, I can't reach MyChoice as they don't have a phone number and I need some help to confirm the funds aren't actually deducted from my balance and an error has been made. Anybody know what to do?

Hi! Someone else having problems with ATM withdraw? Yesterday wanted to cashout but ATM showed - operation failed, contact your card provider. But recieved email that withdraw was successful... Because bank (that own ATM) answered me that this situation only could be solved when card provider contact bank to chek where money stuck..
