We are already on a verge of war. Sa dami ng mga pinalalaganap ng mga terrorista nayon parang naghahanda na sila na matrigger ang world war anytime but I don't think world war III will happen. We've always been on the verge of war if we're going to take this point of view. No year has passed that there wasn't a terrorist attack in any part of the world.
