21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MCN] MonetaVerde CryptoNote based Merged mining CPU only on: July 13, 2014, 03:16:35 PM
Need more action here. Updates, news, giveaways. Whatever...
Agree. This alternative currency has a great opportunities here. But nothing will happen without devs.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MCN Moneta Verde Thread locked????? on: July 13, 2014, 03:16:02 PM
I literally got heart attack when i realised that i can't type at Moneta Verde thread. Now i know that that topic is only for announcements and the finest alternative digital currency is ok and that's why i am ok! Cheesy
Don't be such a nervous girl, ZoeJane, Your favourite currency is ok.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bytecoin [BCN] vs MONERO [XMR] who will be the winner in the Cryptonote War on: July 13, 2014, 03:10:21 PM
What the hell happened to this thread??!!! Shocked

I just read the last few pages and would also like to know what's happened here! Not to use a soundbyte but really guys, what are you hoping to achieve with all this? Surely making peace not war is preferable to bashing - what will that do for any coin's success or the community image? Both are vitally important, I'm sure you wouldn't disagree there.

Peace, brother. IMO the best way to understand what coin is better is to wait a year or two and see what has happened to both.

Good point, i'm staying with Bytecoin.
Me too. I was in love with XMR, but last two weeks literally convinced me to change my mind. It's become clear for me that XMR devs are scams
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero (MRO) Speculation thread on: July 13, 2014, 03:09:16 PM
I read that the devs of XMR use botnet to make fake demand for this coin. Is it true?

PS If it's true, I'll be very disappointed in XMR team

They won't answer your question seriously, dude. You just wasting your time
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - Secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: June 22, 2014, 04:04:17 PM
I agree but carrying about this points won't change the fact that reward for another block will be lower.
It's freaking obvious but we all should see the root instead of stupid number wich will tell us nothing.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - Secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: June 22, 2014, 03:25:36 PM
Question on mining rewards. I have about 9 KH/s spread across 3 pools right now. For the past day, i used to get .5 to 1 XMR per block found on each pool. Today, i've noticed that my reward per block has gone down to about .15 to .45 per block reward.
Is this because more people are mining on each pool?

Everyone is seeing crappier rewards, cuz everyone is mining harder/faster/stronger.
The thing is, reward will never be crappier if you will mine hard/fast/strong.
How it can be not crappier after tonnes of mining? The reward will be as small as my pet's brain.
No it won't. You know why? Because if you spend enough resourсes for mining you will earn extra profits from
1) Rareness of currency
2) A number of mined currency (more resources - more currency)
3) Your "technicall and financial pillow" will let you to wait for the best moment to sale all your mined currency.

    Monero Status Android Widget

A friend of mine made an android widget and app.

    Updates:
    • Difficulty Showing in app
    • You can choose Bittrex exchange
    • Volume for each exchange

    Updates 2:
      • You can choose Bter exchange
      • Total Volume also taken from exchanges and not only from coinmarketcap
      • Refreshing one widget refreshes all widgets
      • Bug Fixes

      Download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tr.monerostatus
The second update might not be already on google store, it takes a few hours for google to update...

Wow! I like how it combined with android interface[/list][/list]
I don't know why are you people still looking for such applications. They wouldn't help you to change the situatuion while you are on walk or in your office. The showing change of course can only make you panic... of course if you are such person

No they will not fix it. The same happens with bitcoin. Try not to generate those small inputs, if you are mining on a pool with small payouts change pool or if it is manual get bigger payouts.
      Hmm, I see.
Despite of the fact that I still consider this is a problem, comprasion with bitcoin sounds good and will makes BCN looks good.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin (CPU-mining, true anonymity) on: June 15, 2014, 06:31:53 AM
Devs are not working on this. You need a better understanding of the protocol. There are too many input transactions to make up your amount, by around 4 times too many.  Try sending a quarter of that amount, or even less, at a time.  Try wallet comand "incoming_transfers  available" to see the list of incoming transactions.  You have too many small inputs. You need to consolidate them into bigger transactions. You can send them to yourself if you like to do it that way.
Why did you decide that devs are not solving this problem? I'm strongly convinced that BCN developers are continuously supporting their technologies. Maybe this problem is quite tough and it will be solved later.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: T-bills are to Neutrino coin like Monero is to Bytecoin on: June 15, 2014, 06:19:17 AM
      What's your deal?
I believ that only BCN developers truly understand how the code works, because nobody except them release relevant updates for strategic development of the technology.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero Economy on: June 15, 2014, 06:09:22 AM
Don't be ridiculous. If the economy were to collapse tomorrow all your "deferred spending" and "future prosperity" did nothing to help it.
And what should we do? Forget about monero?
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero (MRO) Speculation thread on: June 14, 2014, 06:22:10 PM
Imo monero doesn't need the speculation thread because idea of unfair speculation. MRO's exchange rate can be easily explained by the fact that the pre-mined coins are being siphoned off by using literally pump-and-dump scheme.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [MRO] Monero Blockchain Explorer monerochain.info on: June 14, 2014, 06:15:45 PM
We should be honest that monero's launch wasn't... ehh... dishonest (What an irony) because of increasing hashrate.

And this website doesn't give any info about monero's pump-and-dump scheme.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: T-bills are to Neutrino coin like Monero is to Bytecoin on: June 14, 2014, 05:35:19 PM
monero was a clone of bytecoin because of the premine associated with it.

Therefore because neutrino coin is a premine coin with an interesting feature, I am suggesting that someone clone it the same way they did with bytecoin.
Oh now i think i got ya.
And yes, you are totally right - monero is just a useless clone of bytecoin.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: T-bills are to Neutrino coin like Monero is to Bytecoin on: June 14, 2014, 04:53:52 PM
What? I have  no idea how you can compare it with monero which is absolutely hilarious.
Monero developers suck - they can't do any simple actions to make they currency better.

You know, if you asked me about MRO two or three weeks ago, i'd say that you should buy monero but now i realized that you shoudn't.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ban Newbie Devs on: June 08, 2014, 05:18:57 PM
      number one policy advice :

"Don't ban entities just sort them in different ways"

in a field of information the best way too sort it in a basic way and then let the market define it.
How would you sort em? is it possible?
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto Institute - The Complete Satoshi on: June 08, 2014, 05:13:34 PM
It can't be. I'd rather believe that Monero sucks than there is Satoshi Nakamoto's institute!
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ban Newbie Devs on: June 07, 2014, 02:17:58 PM
cant ban them. best is to educate people against buying those coins. Less than 10 groups are responsable for 200+ scam coins that have saturated the market
+1.  There is a lot of... em... whistleblowers who want to persuade you to give them your money. But you can't ban all of them. It's impossible. But you can educate people and create a situation, when nobody needs to listen this jerks.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge vs AppleByte on: June 07, 2014, 02:03:47 PM
Doge vs. AppleByte? Pff, monero has already won this race!
I agree. Why are you people still working on other altcoins if you have amazing monero?
