How is ARK different from Heat Ledger? Heat was the concept to connect multiple crypto together as one of its major applications. This is same?
I think they are quite different. From my perspective: HEAT targets businesses. it's scalable, has an exchange, a crypto-to-cyrypto exchange, and also fiat on the blockchain pending, read whitepaper for more. ARK targets consumer users from what I understand, and alot more too. Both unique, both great project in my opinion. I like both. |

I do not know why I have a good feeling about this one, and had great expectations, do you feel the same?  This is the reason for me in naming the brand, this name looks simple and easily spelled, so it is not make confusing to common people in general by the naming, especially if later in naming the ticker in the market remains to be named ARK, so it will remain 1 ARK is 1 Ark, no different in the naming and ticker, unlike 1 BTC for 1 Bitcoin, 1 ETC for 1 Ethereum classic and many more coin << I'm sure many people would be confused with this naming actual examples that are close for this is like Dash and Qora, its also same between the ticker and name, but I think ARK more sounds simple and sexy in spelling and writing, as it consists of three letters catchy >> ARK so this is a great brand for a coin that can be directed as the money or currency of the future and can be familiar to everyone in the world ( i hope so) the philosophy of the name is also nice stories about the "holy ark in the past" relating to the history of changing the quality of mankind and changes to the quality of world when God wants to upgrade the damaged earth with the flood disaster, and at the end of the story, from this ark all subsequent "new life" are begins. That's my expectation, so let us together transform and upgrade the world with this second holy Ark will you board? I will board this ARK. Many points well said. I agree, ARK is a brilliant name for an ecosystem such as this one. I hope we can see great things. By the way: 86 % and counting! |

after mainnet launch, we'll update the TEC site so you can withdrawal you ARK to your own generated passphrase. This is for your safety so there is not a list of everyone's passphrase out there floating around. So just to clear things up... if I've read the last few pages of this thread correctly... if the thresh hold isn't met will my investment be discontinued/refunded and the ark project discarded  I really hope we make it, but surly the current amount invested is enough to kick start ark? If we don't hit target. If you want, you can refund. If you do not refund, then you will get ARK at mainnnet launch. and like Mike said, bounties will be honored. Sounds great. I hope most of us stick to the plan and get ARK instead of a refund. I agree and I for one think that 2000 BTC minimum will be met and if not you'd be crazy to ask for a refund with a team like this coin will even if it hits 3000 - 4000 BTC by the end be undersold as opposited to some other projects that have gotten a lot more with no plan for development at all. I'm keeping it in no matter what if it takes a bit longer for them to deliver with limited funds. They have shown more than dedication in this project. Definitely, ARK has an A+ team |

A shot from the Nxt past... ALso how can heat help with IOTA? is there a possible collaboration or even combined wallet. WHy i say IOTA is it is different not a blockchain and not really for humans it is a machine to machine cypto payment system. I'm not sure that is the real BCNext. |

About 50% coins will be distributed to those who bought with FIMK. Those people are in huge profits now. The rest have only tiny profit and those who bought at the end are even on a loss. But for most people those are huge profits that's why they are desperately looking for a launch to dump, which is not good.

It depends on when you invested. With BTC the price was either 10k or 11k sat, so divide your investment with the token price and multiply by 1.5.
Unfortunatly there isnt a way to look it up.
I mean any sort of verification..Like, "most" other ICOs have a page that shows it's received your coin, and somewhat acts as a receipt. Just curious if there's anything beyond the "CLAIM YOUR HEAT" verification that says something similar in regards to confirming that the wallet has accepted that you have ICO tokens pending payout? You can do this to show what addresses are confirmed with your heat account: Try to do the following: 1. Login to your HEAT wallet 2. Click "CLAIM YOUR HEAT" 3. Select ICO source 4. Insert your address 5. Click "Continue" 6. Check off "I have safely backed up my passphrase" 7. Click "Continue" 8. Now it should show you the addresses which are confirmed to your account. Isn't working for me too. I tried the website https://alpha.heatledger.com and the local wallet. It's stuck at step 8... What does it show you after step 7 'continue' ? |

No. 1 is the least uninteresting
The actual colours proposed adds a whole new dimension to the logos. Yes, I can only recommend that everyone takes a look at the originals before deciding. Yes, please look at originals with colour. I think from a past of studying design for a while, perspective, 4 and 5 are too complex. I think 3,1,6 are the best options, respectively. |

Is there an error message when you click verify ? Did you wait for a confirmation of your transaction sent before clicking 'verify' ? I used BTC for the ICO, so I can only speak for my smooth experience. Sometimes there is a live support agent available for help too (I suppose the live support was unavailable for you at this time).
I don't get to the verification point. Right now I cannot go past the second Claim stage, where the client confirms that passphrase has been properly backed up. With the checkbox marked, "Continue" does nothing. Running 0.1.1b on Ubuntu 14.04. Hmm interesting. I see, I try it with mine and the continue button works, but I already did the verification so the call will be slightly different. I'm sure the support will get back to you. |

I am. Few days ago I tried to claim a NXT investment, but the 2 NXT tx was not received. Still I tried to send regardless my 1 NXT verification tx from investment account to the address provided ( https://www.mynxt.info/transaction/16382802873746269755) and the Heat client kept trying to run verification without success, no other options to try but wait. Today I tried again and after entering my PIN it won't even login. Using 0.1.1. Has a new client been released? Can anyone help? Sorry to hear about your troubles.
